Diese Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern wurde komplett renoviert, mit Granitoberflächen, neuen Geräten, Fußböden und Möbeln. Jedes Zimmer hat einen 42 "-Flachbildfernseher, im Hauptraum einen 55" -Flachbildfernseher. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad sowie ein Queensize-Bett. Der Wohnbereich hat eine Queen-Size-Ausziehcouch. Hat eine Waschküche mit brandneuer Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, damit Sie ein fantastisches Essen zubereiten können. Wenn Sie jedoch ausgehen möchten, sind Sie in vielen Restaurants und Geschäften genau richtig.

Draußen gibt es ein privates Deck. Bringen Sie Ihr Haustier mit. Vorne befinden sich zwei private Parkplätze, so dass Sie Ihr Auto abstellen und zum Augusta National laufen können.

Ich wohne in der Nähe und kann für alles sorgen, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Urlaub großartig zu machen. Ich habe auch eine andere Wohnung 3 Türen weiter unten in Sie brauchen mehr Platz.

Clean and comfortable

Normally we come to Augusta for my son’s swim meets twice a year and stay in a hotel but this year we decided to try a VRBO for more room. We are so glad we did. The property is very clean and spacious and the owner was easy to communicate with before the stay. We will book again next year.

The location was good. It was not cleaned well, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and something sticky on the living room floor. It was nice that the owner provided a self-cook meal there if it was needed (we didn't need). We had internet connection issues also.

This was a very nice house. The pictures make you think the house is by itself. But it is connected to other houses, but it was still very quiet. The owner was very nice and very responsive.

Weekend Stay

My friends and I had a wedding to go to for the weekend and found this place. The area felt very safe and was close by to restaurants or target for a quick trip to get snacks or necessities. It was incredibly clean inside and was a good size for two couples and a single. The property manager was very clear and quick with responses and information which made it easy to get in and out. We greatly appreciated our stay and would do it again!

Weekend wedding

We had a great two day stay here. The property was on a very quiet and safe street in a nice area that had easy access to the main highway. The check-in process was smooth. Clean and comfortable and everything you need. Had great communication with the host. Highly recommend condo and would definitely stay here again. I would suggest a little TLC for the back deck though. It could use a small table and chair for morning coffee. I know Augusta was hit hard by Helene but the fallen tree and debris need to be removed for safety issues.

My son and I truly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and the area is very quiet. We felt very comfortable in the home. Communication was awesome with Alicia. Her response time was immediate and she answered all of my questions. I would definitely book this home again.

Meet me in the water

We arrived on Friday afternoon and stayed until Monday morning. Our host, Alicia was EXCELLENT !!! She is very accessible and quick to respond and easy to contact. The unit is very nice and stocked with just about anything you will need to make your stay comfortable. The rear deck and yard were not useable during our stay due to damage and boards that were rotten and tree limbs that are down all over the lower deck and yard.The inside of the unit is very nice and beds were very comfortable. The shower heads and water pressure were awesome. All in all, it was enjoyable and we would stay again.Alicia, Thanks again for bery very easy to contact and helpful

Perfect Place!

We are incredibly pleased with this location and Alicia! She never failed to answer all of my questions and offered to come by if needed! We were looking for a place to stay for our son’s surgery and this fit our needs! It was peaceful and quiet little area & never heard a sound from anyone outside! We were very pleased to find it as the listed stated. The kitchen has all the cleaning supplies,laundry needs, & even body wash/shampoo if you forget yours!!! We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!!!

I am a mommy to 4 beautiful but crazy kids. We love to travel all over. My perfect day would be relaxing by the beach reading a book, or doing something exciting and fun with my family! I live only 10 min from the property and am available whenever you need!

This property is a perfect place to stay in Augusta for 3 main reasons! 1. It is in a super safe quiet community. 2. It's close to EVERYTHING. Whether you golf and want to walk to the Augusta Nationals, walk to the grocery store or restaurants, or a short drive to Ft. Gordon or downtown. This home has a fully stocked kitchen and is extremely comfortable with 3 large televisions. Oh and we love your fur babies, bring them too!!
