Wunderschön eingerichtetes Stadthaus (98 m²) mit offenem Grundriss in einer Wohnanlage direkt hinter dem Augusta National. Dieses Stadthaus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 1,5 Bäder. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett in einem Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bett im anderen Schlafzimmer. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls im Gerät. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein privater Außenpool nur für Gäste und Anwohner sowie eine private Trainingseinrichtung im Clubhaus der Einrichtung. Dieses schöne Stadthaus verfügt über zwei Großbildfernseher mit Comcast-Kabel. Dieses Stadthaus wurde mit allen neuen Armaturen, Badezimmern, Farben, Teppichen, Keramikfliesen, neuen Arbeitsplatten und neuen Küchengeräten, einschließlich einer eingebauten Mikrowelle, komplett renoviert. A short walk to the Masters

Excellent location for attending the Masters! No issues, good communication with host, water and some snacks provided, no coffee but a Kroger store less than 1 mile away. Would come again if going to the Masters.

Visiting Grandkids

Long weekend to visit grandkids. Condo is perfect for them to stay with us since the guest room has twin beds. Great location. Plenty of room to spread out or just visit. We are repeat guests and will definitely stay again in the future.

Last Minute Trip

I decided to make a quick trip to Augusta, GA to visit a young man stationed at Fort Gordon. I searched the usual hotel/motel accommodations, but decided to check VRBO. So very glad I did!! I booked this condo/townhome and cannot say enough nice things about it. Owner is awesome! Provided beverages in frig and snacks on arrival, plus was in contact with me during my stay to make sure things were going well. Will be back!!

Clean and Comfortable Condo

We had a wonderful experience staying this condo. We (two adults, two kids) stayed here for over 3 weeks while waiting to move into our house through a move. It was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay, including enough room to spread out a bit! We were able to cook meals in the kitchen with enough items to make do. Koli was responsive and took care of our needs. The property is close to Kroger, Publix and Whole Foods, among other shopping areas. Although the traffic on Washington was a headache, we were central enough to get anywhere we needed. We would definitely recommend it for others!

Inaccurate Description

The description says there is a king-size bed in one room and a queen in the other. One room has a full-size bed, and the other room has two twin beds pushed together that are very different heights and very cheap. The place is within walking distance of the entrance of the Masters, and that is accurate. That is a bonus and worth staying there for, but not for any other reason. Thank goodness there were only two of us, and we each slept in a different room, although we actually preferred to sleep in a king bed. There were other issues that the owner immediately fixed and others (such as no dishwasher soap or sponges to clean dishes with) that were not fixed. The lie about the beds could not be fixed on the fly, and I am always kind to owners about things that can be fixed that weren't deception in the listing. This owner was really trying to make the other things right and I appreciated that.

Nice overall but needs deep cleaning

The location of the property was perfect and neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The check in process itself was easy we just had to contact the manager because we didn't receive the check in email. The property managers communication was great, she was prompt to respond anytime we had a question. The check in time stated online was earlier than what the manger told us it was.So we had to drive around for a bit to wait to get in. The carpet was freshly vacuumed but the edges around the base boards had packed dust/dirt and debris in all the rooms and the stairs which makes it look dirty. The upstairs bathroom floor had old dirt/dust in the corners and edges of the floor too. It appears it just needs a good deep cleaning. The kitchen had dried spaghetti sauce sporadically on the counter and there was huge pieces of chopped veggies from the previous renter in the garbage disposal that didn't even work. There was not a dish cloth provided to hand wash dishes and the pans had dried food stuck to them. We had to be rewash them before using. I was very disappointed that there was not a coffee maker. The pool house was nice and pool area was nice too. The unfortunate side to the pool was that the water was cloudy/murky.We understand that can happen from time to time with pools but thought it was worth mentioning. Over all we were happy with or stay but feel the details and fine cleaning need to be addressed...oh and add a coffee maker...coffee is almost everyone's love language.

Excellent property

This property is in a great area with close access to the highway, lots of restaurants, and downtown Augusta. It is a terrific space with really great owners; I had a quick question and sent them a text message of the days. They responded super fast and seemed genuinely happy to answer. Recommended!

What’s the best but ok for the price

Convient to all store and local attractions The house was clean the issue was the tvs they weren’t checked to make sure they were in working order as I the remotes needed batteries there was a issue getting in the ckub house to get to the pool. And the neighbors dog was insanely loud and barked continuously.

Great Location

The location of the condo was perfect for our needs - size was sufficient; very good location. At check-in time - I had still not received the check-in information. A call to the host resulted in a sincere apology and immediate forwarding of the information. The condo itself was as described and clean with everything you could need in the kitchen. It could use some updating (fresh coat of paint and carpet replaced). Really my only complaint with the stay was that the host did not respond any of my messages that I sent through VRBO. In all my past VRBO experiences - the host response was 100% and in a very timely manner. None of my questions for the host were critical but would have appreciated responses. Would I stay here again - probably...

Silverfish are home!

This property is very tired and outdated. Part of the description said 2 bedrooms 2 baths; that was not the case. The carpet is very "tired". The blinds did not work. The AC couldn't keep the upstairs cool. It was a good deal on the dollars spent and the location is good, but that's it! The silverfish were there!
