The response was that you should have contacted us sooner regarding the broken toilets instead of informing us after checkout. As I explained, we could have sent our maintenance team out to make the repairs to ensure that you and your guests had an enjoyable experience.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. Our cleaning staff visited the property and what you mentioned as paint on the toilet was actually the manufacturer sticker. I've sent you an image of the sticker. We were unaware of the broken window and this issue has been submitted to our maintenance team. The window will be replaced as soon as the new custom window arrives. The chair in the corner of the kitchen is the reading corner. That was the idea of the staging company, you are the first guest that has ever mentioned the reading chair. The TVs are connected to an antenna, however when it rains or is cloudy the signal is low, which makes for bad reception. Unfortunately we have no control over nature. Most of our guests usually connects with Roku or FireStick TV. We appreciate all of your feedback and we are reviewing your concerns with the owner in order to make every stay a unique experience. It is so easy to leave a not so pleasant review after you have broken all of the house rules by having a party not follow any of the check-out procedures. You fired a confetti bomb off inside of the property and didn't clean it up. The cleaning fee charged by the cleaning staff does not cover removal party confetti, decorations, ballons etc. There were also stains on the couches that required additional cleaning and special cleaning solution in order to remove the stains. Our beds are very comfortable. We have top brand mattresses on each bed as well as additional padding for extra comfort. All of our fees are listed and outlined on our booking, therefore you are aware of what the fees are, prior to booking.
