Diese luxuriöse 540 sf. Die Studio-Wohnanlage wurde komplett renoviert und ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem 55-Zoll-Flachbild-Smart-TV, einem Kingsize-Bett, einer zentralen Klimaanlage, einem geräumigen Badezimmer und einem Waschtisch, um mehr Platz für Ihr besonderes Abendessen auf Maui zu schaffen. Luxuriöse Bettwäsche, Daunendecken, Kopfkissen (Viele unserer Gäste fragen nach, welche Bettwäsche wir verwenden, um sie zu kaufen und zu Hause zu genießen!)

Der Wohnraum öffnet sich zu einem überdachten 90 sf Lanai. Wachen Sie mit der süßen tropischen Brise und dem herrlichen Rauschen der Küste auf. Die sanften Silhouetten von Molokai und der Insel Lanai werden Sie dazu verleiten, auf Ihrem privaten Lanai eine Tasse Ka'anapali-Kaffee zu genießen. Dies ist ein erstklassiger Ort, um Wale zu beobachten. Sie werden oft Schildkröten im kristallklaren Wasser sehen und von Dezember bis April die Wale von der Veranda aus beobachten. Mit dem Fernglas können Sie das Leben im Meer aus nächster Nähe betrachten. Sie werden das Gefühl haben, auf der Welt zu schweben.

Große Strandtücher, zwei Tommy Bahama Liegestühle und ein Kühler stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung. Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo is in the perfect location with a grocery store and food trucks within walking distance. We saw 1 whale on our first day and many, many sea turtles throughout our stay. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the lanai waiting for the turtles to pop their heads up. We will definitely be coming back...hopefully soon!

Great View and Location

Oceanfront unit, listen to the waves every night as you fall asleep. Close to coffee shops, restaurants and the food truck lot with many food trucks is within walking distance just 2 mins away. Beautiful beach boardwalk out and to the right that goes on forever. Pool was super clean and hidden from the wind with lots of loungers. Did not disappoint!

Great location just some issues

The room is in a great location and is beautiful! Absolutely love the balcony and the availability of beach towels and chairs. Bed is very comfortable! However the room smelled like weed several times and killed over 25 bugs here! The bed sheet also had a blood stain on it when we arrived.

The building is gloomy and old I do not recommend it. Now I understand why resorts are so expensive like Sheraton or Marriott because you pay for what you get!!! If you want to rent this place is ONLY for TWO (2) and they need to change the carpet and remodel the place by photo is totally different.

Paradise!

This condo is not new. That is a good thing because it was built before they required setbacks from the water. It isn’t huge and it isn’t fancy. It is, however, clean and well equipped. The view from the lanai is to die for, especially during whale watching season. Food choices are more take out than sit down (take them back to the lanai and eat there). Lots of beaches within an easy walk.

Right on the water but not great beach access or walking distance to restaurants.

The condo had a great view of the ocean. We watched the turtles, rays and even a shark swim by. It’s hard to get to the beach from the condo. The rocks and waves make it difficult. There is a short walk to the boardwalk and public beach. Not great restaurants in the area or shopping. There were some food trucks but they weren’t very good. Condo is small, perfect for a couple. The bed was very comfortable and shower was nice. It has a small pool and grills you can use.

Best Choice!

This unit was tastefully furnished, adequate in size, and met all our needs. It also has a private lanai overlooking a killer view of the water just below; where we enjoyed our meals, wine, and several games of Rummy! It was a quiet and private unit and we highly recommend it! Only possible con is if you want to sightsee all over the island, you will spend some time coming and going from this area of the island. As examples of time measurement, it will take you thirty minutes to Kihei, an hour to Paia, and two hours to the top of the volcano from this lovely unit.

Great spot for couples

Came here on our honeymoon. First time to Hawaii. The condo was neat and the lanai was absolutely beautiful and private. No one between you and the water. We had a lot of fun spotting turtles from the lanai while drinking our morning coffee. We were north of all the restaurants we went to, but it was nice and quiet at our condo. So that was ideal for us. The building is older but well kept. We used the laundry facilities but not the pool. The beach is right out front, so we didn’t bother with the pool at all. Definitely enjoyed our stay. Would recommend if you’re looking for a quiet little getaway.

The overall property infested with cockroaches - they were all over countertop to microwave . When asked to clean were said to use a spray . Also this property gets advertised for 4 adults- it’s not . It’s a dinky single room with sofa bed .

Cockroaches everywhere!!

Condo is crawling with cockroaches!! We slept with lights on. We did not feel comfortable even eating in this unit. Carpet is old and filthy. Construction going on in unit next door with lots of banging all day. We would not stay here again.

Excellent Oceanviews in quiet building!

The unobstructed views from the balcony were spectacular. The soothing ocean sound created a peaceful rest all week. This was a cozy stay for my 60th birthday. Quiet building with quiet hours 10pm til the next morning. Majority of mature adults staying in the building. I like that the building was away from the more crowded hotels & resorts. Parking was always available. The place was clean. Decorations were nice. Bathroom a bit smaller than anticipated but manageable. Air conditioner slightly loud but grateful it worked and kept the temperature of the room comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Yes, saw a couple on tiny roaches as indicated on earlier reviews but it was no biggie. I would definitely go back to this peaceful oasis.

Perfect Anniversary Condo

My husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary here. This was our first trip to the islands and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The view out the lanai was spectacular, every sunset was stunning. The view out our front door was unreal, we could see the mountain and the the tropical trees and the jungles. The condo had every thing we needed, the fridge was full size so we could a full grocery trip, walking distance to the beaches, food trucks, boardwalk, and grocery stores. The condo was clean and was welcoming the moment we opened the door. There was plenty of storage space, beach equipment and a cooler to take snacks on our road trips. We watched paddle boards, boat and the occasional turtles popping up from our lanai. The waves muffled out any neighboring noise, the A/C worked great. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. I am already planning my trip to come back and would love to stay here. Mahalo

Roach infested

The condo was infested with roaches. The kitchen, bathroom and climbing on the walls. We couldn’t eat in the condo because they would crawl up to you plates. It was awful. We called to let them know and the solution was to drop off bug spray and bait traps for us to install/use on our own. The carpet was also a shag carpet while was really gross for a tropical environment. We had to leave after 2 nights because the German roaches were so bad. German roaches are know to carry diseases.

Horrible Experience!

Such a HORRIBLE experience right from the start. We get there, and they have roach traps set-up ALL over the apartment; on one corner of the kitchen counter they had three thrown carelessly-like someone was in a hurry and tossed them in the corner. Now if the traps actually solved the problem then i'd overlook it, but it DID NOT! we saw several very large roaches in the room--this was unacceptable-paying for proper pest control should be a top priority. Not only was there essentially an infestation of roaches, the pictures online made this property look beautiful-almost pristine and it was far from it. The carpet was disgusting-- I had to buy slippers to walk around in and everything else just looked dirty. t's ironic, we looked at 100s of properties in the area to stay in; which were much more reasonable than this one, but I wanted something "nicer" (it's our honeymoon) which was why I opted for this one- but was I wrong. Aside from that, they failed to mention that on one of the days we were there, they had construction all day-not a huge deal, we didn't want to be there anyway, but it just added to the already terrible experience. Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to stay, I promise you won't regret it.

First thing we noticed upon entering Unit 506 at Kia was

506 Maui Kia was cockroach baits on counter top and thr out room. Later we stressed over cockroaches on ceiling and bathroom. Paradise Properties were made aware of this gross unit condition. We should get some $ refunded for the unacceptable room condition. I won't use VRBO for lodging reservations.

The condo was everything as described and then some! Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants and the grocery store. The pool area is nice but doesn't have a beach view. Perfect Hidden Location

We loved staying at this hidden gem right on the water. It's close to a whole bunch of cute shops, little hole in the wall restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, and just enough beach to relax and put your feet in. Our place was easy to check in, very clean, looked exactly as pictured, and had great amenities both in the room and on property location. Would highly recommend for a getaway with your spouse or significant other!
