Willkommen in Cole Bin, einem alten Häuschen im Florida-Stil mit entspannter Strandatmosphäre im Herzen von Grayton Beach. Grayton Beach war die erste Gemeinde in der Grafschaft South Walton und heißt auch weiterhin Reisende willkommen, die die einzigartige Strandatmosphäre genießen möchten. Cole Bin liegt im Herzen dieser Strandgemeinde, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand, der Red Bar, dem Western Lake und dem Grayton Beach State Park entfernt. Cole Bin ist ein haustierfreundliches Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern für 12 Personen. Das Haus hat ein tolles, offenes Konzept mit einem sonnigen Raum in Florida, einem Billardtisch und einem privaten Rückzugsort im hinteren Teil des Hauses.

Cole Bin ist ein einstöckiges Haus mit eigenem Eingang, Parkplatz an der Straße, einem umzäunten Hof für Haustiere und einer großen Terrasse zum Entspannen im Freien. Wenn Sie eintreten, gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Billardtisch, TV, Schlafsofa und viel Sitzgelegenheiten. Auf der rechten Seite des Wohnzimmers befindet sich das erste Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem Einzelbett mit Zugang zum Badezimmer auf dem Flur. Durch das Wohnzimmer gibt es ein großes Esszimmer und eine Waschküche, die sich zur Küche und zum Florida-Raum hin öffnet. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer auf der linken Seite des Esszimmers verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten und ein Einzelbett. Dieses Schlafzimmer teilt sich das Badezimmer auf dem Flur. Durch das Florida-Zimmer gibt es ein großes Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad.

The location was great and wonderful to allow dogs. The new kitchen and two refrigerators was a plus. The property is old and needs repair and new furniture. We called maintenance on three doors that wouldn’t shut and broken chairs. They came out quickly to address the problems.

The location of this house is great. It’s not a new or immaculately maintained property but it was clean, had appropriate amenities and had a fenced in yard for our dogs. I recommend this property for families, dog owners and those that want access to 30A with a little more seclusion and access to nature.

Cole bin was great for our family. The location was perfect. Close to beach and restaurants. Kids played pool the entire trip. Check in easy and property management took care of any issues. Will stay again.

The perfect location with the worst house

We have been coming to 30a for 15 years, several times a year. We owned a home here for a Period of time. We are not complainers and have never left a bad review but I have to honestly say that this was the worst. The house location is great but that's where it ends. It's old and not maintained well at all. The furniture is old and the Master bed is uncomfortable and creeks at the slightest movement. It's also very nasty. While I was dressing one morning a roach ran across my foot and when I got a bowl from under the cabinet to put popcorn in it had mouse droppings. I truly feel that this property should be torn down. I wouldn't even walk on the floors without shoes and we never used dishes or glasses without washing in the dishwasher first. We had a wonderful vacation because of the location but this is a definite scratch off to never stay here again. Also, I forgot to mention the deck and outdoor furniture being kind of dangerous and furniture should go in the garbage. I'm really shocked if we're the only ones who have complained. The deck from a safety standpoint point this is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Great stay at Cole Bin!

This was our second time to stay here. House has everything you need and you can't beat the location. We brought our dog and when we checked in, the backyard grass really needed to be cut. We asked about it and they had some one out to cut the grass the next morning. Little things can make a big difference in your week of vacation. Can't wait to be back!

Nice spot! Close to the beach!

We loved this house. It is very close tot he beach and restaurants. It is on a side street so it is still pretty quiet. Plus it has a pool table! We’d stay here again.

Always have a special place in my heart for Grayton Beach, and the location of this property was spot on. Easy walk to the beach and Hotz Ave! The fenced yard was a plus for the pups that wanted to chill in the sun!

LOCATION!!

This place was the BEST location. We came with toddlers and dogs. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Other reviews are pretty accurate on the house, but it was perfect for our family.

Labor Day at Cole Bin

A perfect beach cottage with tons of room and amenities. Beds were comfortable, great kitchen, awesome water pressure. The place stay cooled off in the heat! Within minutes to the beach, two fabulous bar and restaurants! Can't wait to come back

Location, location, location!

5 stars for location to the beach, Red Bar, retail, and walking/bike riding trails. There’s no need to get in your car once you arrive. The house was perfect for 2 families and kids. The yard was perfect for our furry baby.

This is an older game that has definitely been loved. If you are looking for high end this is not it. If you are looking for a roomy home with room to spread out, and a pool table, 5 minutes from beach, Red Bar and other eats/drinks, look no further!

Great Location

This house is an easy walk to the beach and cool restaurants. Fenced yard great for my dog. We have a house in watercolor and this is a very different feel. Old school beach house. Very roomy. Price for location was exactly what we wanted.

Moldy smell

As with our previous stay, we enjoyed the location of the house and the pool table. However, the house has an overwhelming mold smell and the master bedroom bed is old and makes a lot of noise. Also, we would have liked to had a broom so that we could sweep up. We have fun when we stay here, but I think this will be our last time. The previous time we stayed there was a rat, so I think we're done. Honestly, you guys should offer us a huge discount on a future stay at another house for not making a bigger deal out of the rat and mold.
