Great family resort and this room was perfect!

We were very happy with our stay and the room had everything we needed! The view was great and the room was a very short distance to the elevators. We have no complaints and will check availability for this room for our next trip to Panama City!

Great Family location

This property was great for our family with small children. Its right on the beach and they provided beach chair rentals with our stay which was awesome. This kids loved the pools. We also liked being on the first floor so we could take the stairs and avoid the loooong wait for the elevators.

Great Fall Break trip

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The first floor location was wonderful because we could avoid busy elevators and use only stairs to access to beach and pools. Our balcony view was beautiful. Panhandle Getaways were easy to reach when needed. My only negative is that the condo had a strong musty smell.

Convenience

So convenient! Donuts in the morning, a burger or pizza for lunch and quesadillas for supper along with your favorite frozen drinks or snow cones for the kids. Covered walkway to Alvin‘s island….you truly never have to get in your car. Granddaughter loved the splash pad, even though it was a little cold. It would be nice if the water was a little heated. Since it’s completely in the shade, the water stays cold.

Great place to stay

We loved the condo It was perfect. But was upset that the lazy river and other pool was covered up. The bar and grill was not open either. The walk to and from your car is a lot to. But the kids had fun with what they could do and the staff was friendly especially lady in gift shop.

Nice way to end the Summer

Nice clean condo. Well equipped. Great access to stairs to avoid the elevators. Shower stall door is very difficult to close-needs repair/remodel and Splash property maintenance is lacking but can't beat the access to the beach.

Have loved this property for years now

We started coming to this property after having kids and we've fallen in love with it. Sure, there are some minor things we could complain about but overall, our stays have been wonderful. This time around was at the tail end of a hurricane which passed through so it was cold but it was still nice to enjoy the beach and the hot tub on the cold days. Our room this time around was the best yet. There were even beach toys and books and puzzles left for kids to use. We had a blast.

Great spot!

Pros:This is a great spot if you have small children. The condo had everything we needed on hand. Cons: property does not do movie nights as listed. The elevators could sometime have a 15-20 minute wait to get on. Stay on lower level so you can take stairs. Just running up to the room could be a 45 minute process during peak season.

Honestly wont be back

The elevator issue alone was enough for us to not return. Theres 2 elevators for each tower and 1 was always broken leaving 1 single elevator for 20 something floors. We waited over an hour for the elevator and ended up carrying our luggage down the stairs. Our youngest is autistic and an eloper so this was very difficult for us. There was mold in the water dispenser on the fridge. The mattress had springs stabbing us when we laid down. I have never stayed somewhere with a mattress that horrible. The living room curtains was stained. The dishwasher had rust in it. And we had 3 kids so one needed to sleep on the fold out sofa which had no sheets on it and the mattress on that was gross. We had to buy sheets to go on it. I have pictures but it wont lwt me upload them.

Beach Vacation

The beach view is amazing and that alone makes this Condo a great rental. The carpet smelled a little musty but some room deodorizer helped that. The couch and cushy chair in the living room are comfortable. The patio furniture is a bit rusted but does the job. The one downside is that I was awoken almost every night during my week stay by the garbage truck coming to collect trash in the middle of the night right outside the building. Perhaps the upper floor rentals or sound sleepers would not hear this noise. We appreciated that two beach rental chairs were included in the beach service. For the most part my two teenagers and I had a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

Fun place.. 104w needs mattresses on all the beds,they are all hard as a rock. Garbage disposal doesn't work,tub drains need cleaned out ,so water will drain .. overalll a good place to stay...

Quiet location

Away from the very busy touristy area, this condo has less traffic and was easy to get to. Very easy access to the beach, the kids loved the pools and splash areas. The unit itself is clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed. And I loved being on the first floor of units so I didn't have to worry about elevators often. Only complaints are about the building, not the unit itself. Slow elevators, and arcade is a joke.

Will never rent this condo again

Very disappointed. Carpet is filthy in living room & bedroom. Bottom of kitchen trash can is caked with food. Coffee maker had mold inside. Hair dryer falling off wall. Hand soap dispenser filled with water. Master Bath/ Shower does not drain properly. Condo needs a deep cleaning & to be updated.

The property is nice if you have small children (splash area, pools, covered skywalk). The common areas need some freshening up. Our room in particular was nice but my parents’ room wasn’t near as nice.

Room was nice but needs a few things

Very impressed with the property and the grand kids love it just wished the lazy river had been open. The ice maker needs work it makes ice but doesn’t come out the door. I love college football and both TV keep losing signal and going out.

Condo was as described. Great view, and location in building. Easy to walk without having to wait on elevator.
