The listing stated there were 3 kings, 1 queen, 2 twins and a pull out sofa bed. There are actually 2 kings, 1 queen, and 2 twins- no sofa bed. We had to purchase an air mattress to accommodate our guests.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures do not do the home justice. The house was beautiful. Very new resort. Resort pool and amenities were great. Home was able to accommodate a family of 8 comfortably. Sleeper sofa in the upstairs living area blocked the other two rooms occupants from being able to get downstairs when it was pulled out(minor inconvenience).Sleeper sofa should have been downstairs in the living room. Home was not cleaned very well as hair was on floors in bathroom and showers. Shower stall floors are very slippery when wet and can present a safety issue . Some issues with the pool that were never resolved but overall a great stay.

Lots of space. Beds and furniture comfortable. We put the kids upstairs and we used downstairs bedroom. We each had our own bathrooms which was great! Close to attractions, restaurants and food stores.

Wonderful, quiet getaway

The resort splash pad and pool were very nice and provided some entertainment for our 5 year old. We were close to the Disney parks (we only did Disney Springs and Blizzard Beach) but far enough away that it was quiet and not crowded. The house was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments: Nice resort and management company but the townhouse had nasty carpet, scuffs on the walls everywhere, water leaking by the hose in the backyard leaving a nasty smell, ants in kids bedroom and bathroom. Overall pretty gross and talked about getting a hotel the last night.

Nice Place but Townhouse Blues!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself was nice but being a townhome we had to experience loud neighbors at all hours of the night and early morning. Also, because there were no curtains on the window clad front entrance we had people looking into our place regularly. The place was well stocked but the wifi was terrible. It was supposed to be secured but was not and anyone in range could log onto it for free and decrease our service. Pool was small but nice!
