Constant Surveillance by Neighbor next door

The next door neighbor ruined our spring break, took videos of us, the management was constantly calling me, needed to see my ID (I'm 62 years old), broke into the house, kicked my kids off the beach (14 year old boys fishing at night). There are rules here that you need to be aware of, apparently parents are not allowed to go out to dinner and leave 14-22 year old children alone in the house.

Perfect beachfront

My family loved this house! I’ve been vacationing on the emarld coast for 45 years and this location is one of my favorites. Having the beach right off the deck is key for families with kids. The set up is perfect for two families. And the kitchen was very well stocked.

Perfect property for two families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in the most perfect location for our families. We have two children and traveled with another family with two children. The layout of the home was wonderful for us, sort of the upstairs is split into two separate sides (one staircase per side) - we loved being right on the beach and enjoyed all the beach toys that the house had to offer. Communication was clear and precise from the property management company. During our stay, we had multiple people ask us about the property and how to go about renting it. Kokomo is Highly recommended from our hello

Nice House

This house is very nice. Beautiful views, updated decor, lots of room, kitchen is well stocked with bakeware, etc. great parking. We went the week of Memorial Day. This beach was very crowded and congested. Although we got 3 umbrellas and 6 chairs, we were packed in like sardines with lots of other umbrellas. Also, nowhere in the description did it tell us you were not allowed to use canopies or tents. We probably will not be going back to this area.

Great place to stay, especially for large groups. We all had private rooms and bathrooms. And the views are amazing here!! Easy walk to the beach!

Wonderful Stay

Our time at this house was one of the best vacations we have taken in a long time. We spent a week there and we feel like we had a month-long break. We felt like we had been transported to a different time and place. We rented a golf cart which I highly recommend. There is a great shopping area within a couple miles with several choices for restaurants. The house has plenty of room and would be good if you were taking a trip with another couple/family. There are two bedrooms on each side which provides a good separation if needed. The house is Gulf front, so our favorite thing was just relaxing watching and listening to the waves. Bring a good book and prepare to unplug from everyday life. I didn't want to leave!

The units next door are under renovation, and the construction crews show up at 8:30 and start pounding and sawing with loud music. The beach needs signage for the "private beach" as the public does not understand it is a private beach. Many of the other places have such signage.

The house has 2 bedrooms with ocean front balconies and 2 additional bedrooms. The house easily accommodated our 12 guests. The main living area has an incredible ocean view. The house has a wrap around balcony/porch, fire pit, bbq grill, access to 4 bikes and plenty of outdoor seating. You will not be disappointed. We definitely will be back . Highly recommend!

Never wanted to leave!

What a dream come true Kokomo is! We had all ages from newborns to grandparents at the house, and it was the perfect family space. The views and private beach were stunning and it was so convenient to step right outside the back door and onto the sand! Every single piece of furniture was comfortable as can be. The kitchen is stocked with high-end cookware and both a coffeemaker and a Keurig. Having a pack n play and an infant bath tub at the house already was such a thoughtful touch. We grilled on the propane outdoor grill several times and even rode the bikes into town! No luxurious detail is left unnoticed by the Kokomo owners (soft-close drawers! Cedar-lined closet! Ample parking! Generous fans throughout!). Our toddler especially loved running along the wraparound deck and thought the outdoor shower was just his size :) Truly a fantastic property in the perfect location. Already planning our next trip back!

From the initial booking, to regular communication leading up to our check in, to the check in process - everything was seamless! I've been booking rentals on 30A for over 20 years and none have communicated as well as Exclusive 30A. Richard was a HUGE help and so pleasant to work with. We will be back next year!

This property was exactly as pictured…a beautiful, clean and very spacious beach house 6 steps away from the beach!! We had 3 families with 4 children and there was plenty of room. The only problem we had during the week was one of the shower drains was stopped up. They came immediately and took care of it!! We all loved the Kokomo and will definitely be back next year!!!

Best location and floor plan!

My entire family loved it! We had 2 sets of grandparents who got there own bathrooms then my family (4) and my in-laws family (5) and the other side was perfect for spouses and kids! Not to mention you are right on the beach! We never wanted to leave!
