Great location for beach and shopping

Enjoyed our stay convenient to coligy plaza for mother-in-law to walk to the shops while we golfed and not feel abandoned woth nothing to do. Same for going to the beach by bike or walking. Onky downside is its 2nd story, but thats only a pain at check in and out :) good views of relaxing lagoon from 1 bedroom and famiky room. We'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful getaway!

This property is great and my family of 5 would stay here again. The kitchen is very nicely stocked and Wal-Mart will deliver to the location. The pool was amazing and the kids loved the 1ft kiddie pool! We had plenty of space and enjoyed the 2.5 baths - especially for quick showering turn around after a pool or beach day! The check in was easy, as was the checkout. It is close to Coligny, but my family drove because we have little loves who complain about walking 2 feet haha. We went down a bit to Alder Beach access and it was FABULOUS. Great place!!!!!!

Great experience

Location was near everything, but far enough away to make it a restful and relaxing experience. Everything was very clean. Loved the shower in the master bath. Bed in the master was very comfortable.

Worked for our needs

Apartment worked fine for us. Comfortable bed and I appreciate the 100% cotton sheets. Shared walls do not keep the neighbors noise out. Convenient location to beach, restaurants, golf, bike trails etc.

July 2023 week long stay

The room was nice and clean, decorated very pretty. I thought the price for the room was very reasonable. Extremely close to new park and playground. Walk to the beach was a little long but not bad. Downsides would be a flight of stairs to access the room and a set of stairs inside. Taking a packed cart to the beach wasn’t easy because of the stairs. Pool has no hot tub. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay that doesn’t break the bank.

Fell short on a few things

This is our fifth trips to Hilton Head. We always have great memories from each trips. But I must say we’re a bit disappointed in our accommodation this time. The condo is located a great location, but there were few things that could’ve been better. The condo was rather outdated, from the coffeeMaker, glassware (dirty), rooms (dirty), to the TV/streaming ability. The kitchen was not stocked whatsoever with the exception of salt and pepper. The window in the spare bedroom was broken. And there was an empty water bottle in next to the bed (the cleaning people missed that??). Other places that we stayed at would have more spices, beach toys, beach towels (regardless whether they were supposed to provide the tenants with them. For the price we were expected a bit more. I do t think I would recommend this condo. Communication with the owner was great but I don’t understand how they would let their property to be managed or kept up this way.

We are honestly a little stumped on this review. Springwood 111 has been recently renovated as the photos reflect and is in really good shape for a rental unit. The unit also has smart TV's in every room with Hargray Cable and Internet provided as well. Not sure we understand how the coffee maker is outdated either. It is a traditional Mr. Coffee coffee maker that we replace whenever necessary. We are also transitioning to the new Keurig-Duo coffee maker in all of our units and 111 will be receiving this upgrade soon. We were also not aware of the window in the guest bedroom being broken. We have never had this issue reported to us and hasn't been reported by the last two guests who followed this stay. These "issues" reported are a first for us in this particular unit and do not believe this is totally accurate based on how often our property managers are in the unit and how most of our guests often rate this unit rather well. As for the amenities provided, we clearly list these on all of the websites we advertise on and the rental agreement that the guest signs also lists all provided amenities. We do not provide beach gear or towels because these items tend to break or go missing frequently and are difficult to keep track of. We are also beginning a new partnership with a beach gear company that will be offered to all of our guests beginning in 2023. We are disappointed to hear that the guest found a water bottle next to the bed and dirty glassware and will make sure to discuss that with our cleaning company. We are also beginning to schedule our annual fall deep cleans for all of our units as well. After the busy summer, all of the condos on our rental program begin to show wear and tear and most of these items (such as baseboards and underneath furniture) are not able to be thoroughly focused on during a traditional turn between guests. This unit will be deep cleaned within the next month to take care of the minor cleaning issues. With that being said, we do not believe this review accurately represents Springwood 111. This unit receives many great reviews from our guests and is in not dated in any shape or form.

Did try to put a pull out in and room to small. No curtains on Livingroom window. Can not open Livingroom windows for fresh air no screens can fall out of window dangerous. Patio only divided by a small wood wall. Patio window only has sheers and all can see in from next door. Kitchen smaller than looks in picture only 1 person can be in there at a time if you want to move around. Great location. Can walk to all easy. Great décor. Seashore staff amazing. Loved meeting them. Will recommend them to anyone looking for a place. We will not be staying at this location again. Is great for a younger couple with no kids looking for a place to lay head.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the one bedroom was advertised as a queen and a twin bed in the same room was actually a king with a cot in the closet. It didn’t matter to us but it may to other families. The location is perfect. Walkable to the beach, Coligny Plaza and so much more. The pool is well maintained and big enough for several families to be there at the same time. We had an amazing stay and cant wait to come back next year.

Liked being close to Coligny and restaurants. We walked or biked everyday. Love not having to get in car. Fish restaurant has great music especially on Sundays. Amigos is our go to for Mexican and always have to check out Kenny B’s and Southern Coney. Walked or biked to all of these. Rent a bike and there’s so many bike paths you’ll have a lot of fun. We really enjoyed the pool and found the villas to be everything we like.
