Diese neu renovierte Unterkunft befindet sich im charmanten, historischen King & Prince Resort in den South Villas und bietet Zugang zu allen Annehmlichkeiten, darunter Zugang zum Hauptpool am Meer, zu Tennisplätzen, Fitnesscenter, Businesscenter und Spa. Diese Eigentumswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich in günstiger Lage im ersten Stock des King & Prince Resort South Villas-Gebäudes mit Blick auf den Atlantik und St. Simons Strand. Genießen Sie vom Wohnzimmer, der Küche und dem Hauptschlafzimmer einen atemberaubenden Meerblick. Mit brandneuen Möbeln, hochwertiger Bettwäsche und neuen Fernsehern in jedem Zimmer. Geschmackvoll renovierte Küche mit Granitoberflächen und neuen Geräten, komplett renovierte Badezimmer mit benutzerdefinierten Fliesen, neuen Waschtischen und Armaturen. Das Master-Bad bietet eine ebenerdige Dusche, einen Doppelwaschtisch und einen übergroßen Kleiderschrank. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit neuen Travertinfliesen ausgestattet, die ein sauberes, kühles Finish bieten. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, das Gästezimmer über 2 Einzelbetten und das Wohnzimmer über ein Queensize-Schrankbett, das sich perfekt für 2 Erwachsene eignet. Das Beste an dieser Lage im ersten Stock ist, dass Sie beim Gehen zum und vom Strand und zu den Pools weder Treppen noch Aufzüge hinauf- und hinuntersteigen müssen - stellen Sie einfach die Terrassentür auf und gehen Sie direkt zum Strand!

Property is well located and comfortable. Very clean. Bed linen quality could be better. Television in master bedroom of limited use as when we had it on, it would cut out and the alert, “too many devices were connected to YouTube TV” would appear.

Perfect sun and beach getaway

This place was just perfect. Great set-up in the villa, perfect location with access to all of the King and Prince amenities. We rented bikes and never used our car for the entire stay. Highly recommend this place!

Great Beach Vacation

The property was great, and perfect access to the beach. We just wanted a quiet weekend on the beach, and that is exactly what we got. The condo is great, the beds were comfy, and the location is perfect. There is great access to the beach. Restaurants are within walking (or biking) distance, and really, it is all you need. I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
