Willkommen in Kennebunkport! Unser komfortables Zuhause erwartet Ihre Urlaubsträume. Dieses Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern liegt nicht weit vom Zentrum von Kennebunkport und all seinen Angeboten entfernt. Unser Zuhause liegt auf halber Strecke zwischen Kennebunkport und Cape Porpoise. Ein offener Wohn- / Küchen- / Essbereich ermöglicht großartige Unterhaltung. Haus verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock (Doppelbett), ein Badezimmer und eine Waschküche. Im zweiten Stock gibt es eine kleine Sitzecke, ein Badezimmer und drei weitere Schlafzimmer (drei Einzelbetten und eine Königin). Draußen sitzen und grillen für Sie!

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Töpfen und Pfannen. Klimaanlage befindet sich auf beiden Ebenen des Hauses und es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe. Das Anwesen ist mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und Strandtüchern bestückt.

Unser Haus ist zehn Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt von Kennebunkport entfernt, die viele wundervolle Restaurants, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bieten hat. Colony Beach ist fünf Autominuten entfernt und erfordert keinen Strandpass. Goose Rocks Beach ist zehn Autominuten entfernt. Im Sommer können Sie eine Strandgenehmigung im Geschäft am Strand erwerben. Kennebunk Beach ist eine fünfminütige Autofahrt mit Parkplätzen im Sommer.

Wir sind vierzig Minuten nach Portland, wo es großartige Restaurants, Museen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Fähren zu den Inseln gibt.

Amazing Place

Amazing place to stay. What a beautiful home in a great area close to downtown. Kathy was amazing and made you feel wlcomed and would make you feel like it was really your home. Kathy was very helpful in giving us ideas of what to visit and where to eat. If we needed anything she was there to help. The house is stocked with everything you would need. Exceptional property

The house was very clean and the host very accommodating. She put the outside lights on for us when we were out after dark on our first night there. The house was very organized, had everything we needed. The location was superb. We definitely recommend staying at Kathy’s place!

Charming, comfortable,and convenient

This house is just delightful. It's quite spacious, comfortable and well appointed. There were plenty of dishes, towels, extra blankets, etc. And it was impeccably clean. The neighborhood was so quiet! Kathy and Buzzy were gracious hosts without being intrusive. They offered great tips and were extremely responsive and communicative. The big benefit is how close the house is to everything. Bring your bikes because it's an easy ride (and parking can be tricky in town). We felt right at home and can't wait to return.

Wonderful house situated walking distance to town (0.8 miles) and an easy bike ride to a sensational beach (4.8 miles). The place couldn’t have been nicer, nor the hosts more welcoming. Me and my whole family had a sensational time.

Hidden Gem in Kennebunkport

Excellent experience staying at this property. Bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival, nice touch after flying in from the west coast. Owners were responsive to all our needs. The beds were comfortable, nice linen and plenty of towels. The layout of the house was perfect and had everything we needed for a wonderful, comfortable stay. The location was excellent and easy walk into town. Had a great dinner at Hurricane's. I will definitely book this property again. Thanks Kathy and Buzzy for a wonderful stay at your home! Loved our stay!

We had a great week in Kennebunkport! The house was a perfect layout for our group of 6, had a well-stocked kitchen, and was very clean. The owners live right next door and were so good with communication. Whatever the question or need, they were quick to respond. My one comment is that the house is not an easy 10 minute walk to Dock Square. It is walkable, but took our group (ranging from kids to a grandparent) closer to 20 min. We ended up driving (or having one of us drop off/pick up) more often than not. But, we loved the quiet location, and the nearby playground was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again if we return to the area! Thank you Kathy and Buzzy for being such generous homeowners and making us feel so welcome.

Perfection!

Kathy and Buzzy are wonderful hosts- they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. My family felt instantly at home. The location is on a tree-lined, private and fantastically QUIET private road, yet still within walking distance to the heart of Kennebunkport. The cozy and immaculate home was more than big enough for our party of six, with a great layout for family to gather- and beautifully appointed with plenty of local flavor. We've been visiting the Maine coast every summer for over a decade, and this was our favorite stay yet. Thank you, Kathy and Buzzy! We'll be back for sure.
