"AFIMI2" ist eine spektakuläre neue Villa in einer schönen Wohnanlage mit 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst in den Ausläufern von Montego Bay mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und die umliegenden Hügel. Beim Komfort und den Annehmlichkeiten wurden keine Kosten gescheut, darunter ein Infinity-Pool mit beheiztem Whirlpool, der von einer großen Holzterrasse umgeben ist und viel Platz zum Faulenzen bietet. Die Villa besteht aus vier modernen und klassisch eingerichteten Schlafzimmern mit eleganten Badezimmern. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit LED-Fernsehern und Sonos-Lautsprechern mit Amazon-Musik ausgestattet. Die Villa verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit hohen Decken und einer weichen Buchtenbeleuchtung. Best birthday trip!

The staff at the villa was so nice. Ms Claudine made sure we had hot breakfast and dinner everyday! Ms Rose made sure we stayed with fixed beds, fresh wash clothes and towels and anything else we need. Fabian was also a pleasure checking in on us to see if we needed his services or to be transported somewhere. 10/10 experience

Fantastic personalized vacation

Wouldn’t change a thing. The house and property was perfect. The chef was amazing and the housekeeper was very attentive. My famtand I enjoyed quality time and personalized Jamaican experiences. The driver was also attentive and available whenever needed. One of my top vacations to date.

This was an amazing villa/home that l highly recommend. Our stay was amazing from beginning to end. The staff was the best, very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful in every way. Fabian the driver was always on time, very helpful and an overall amazing person. Ms. Claudia was our personal/private chef was an amazing cook, food was the best. Ms. Rise kept the Villa tidy every day and was very helpful… everyone was just wonderful. We will be back again this summer!!!! Thank you all for making my family feel at home!

Best Decision Ever!

Booked this for a birthday vacation and everything was perfect! Claudine is the chef and every meal she made was amazing! Fabian the driver knows everywhere to go and booked the excursions for us. Rose was so sweet and kept everything tidy and washed the clothes the day before we left. The house is clean and looks even better in person. We had no worries and didn’t want to leave. 10/10 definitely recommend. We will be back!

Best Staff ever!!

Everything about the property was accurate. It was very nice and also clean. Me. Claudine was the best part of the trip. She was amazing. He cooking was perfect and she went above and beyond with her dishes. She got everything we asked her to cook and more. We were having a birthday celebration and when we came back from our day she had the entire place decorated and a nice dinner and even made our cakes and cookies. I would definitely recommend staying at this place. We also felt a sense of relief knowing that they were very strict with who came in and out of the villa so that our our minds at ease. This was definitely worth it.

50TH BIRTHDAY

Absolutely one of my best vacations I've ever had! This villa and its staff were amazing!!! The accommodations were as perfect and comfortable as they appeared online. When we arrived at the airport, our driver Fabian was quick to greet us with a warm and welcoming smile which added to our excitement and each time he drove, he arrived on time, was never far when we needed him and ensured that we traveled to places where we felt safe. Our housekeeper Ms. Rose was the best! The house was kept in perfect order during our stay. We appreciated how kind and polite she was and how much she paid attention to the details! Ms. Rose even helped my friends surprise me by decorating for my birthday dinner:; which turned out to be absolutely beautiful. We ate like Queens - thanks to Chef Arlene! We had a variety of meals ranging from traditional Jamaican cuisine to a few American favorites. I very much appreciated her helping me plan our menu for the week because satisfying our group seemed overwhelming - but she pulled it off with ease! We had everything we wanted and she even baked homemade cookies for us that were absolutely delicious! We can't wait to vacation here again next year! A Very Special Thanksgiving in Jamaica

When we arrived the staff was ready for us and made the check in process smooth. They gave us a great tour of the property along with how to operate things (hot tub, sound system, etc). Everything we had requested before we arrived was at the house. We enjoyed the house a lot during the week. The rooms were big and there was plenty of space for the 8 of us. We loved the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and safe. We walked most mornings around the neighborhood. The first 2 meals were exactly as requested, they even found an out of season fruit for one of the meals. The house was always clean, the beds made and we never wanted for towels (bath or beach). The butler was constantly checking on us to see if we needed/wanted anything. He provided drinks, checked on local excursions including times/prices quickly and also called our driver when we requested it. Every meal was amazing, as well as the service during the meal. They went above and beyond to treat us so well and made a very special (and delicious) traditional Thanksgiving meal for us. The presentation was beautiful, too! The staff made a couple of extra trips to the grocery store along with several ice runs and didn't mind doing it. The staff was amazing and made our week a great one we won't forget. This is the only way to visit Jamaica!!!!! Thank you owners Stuart and Nicola, and thank you wonderful staff Arlene, Colroy, Rose, and Donovan!!

Incredible property and stay!

We just returned from a blissful week at AFIMI2, and already can't wait to go back. Stuart and Nicola were very responsive to our inquiries and made sure our entire trip went smoothly. As far as the property itself, the pictures really don't do it justice - it is so spacious and open. Our group of 4 adults and 4 young kids had plenty of living space, and the adults especially appreciated the TV room with a sliding door as the perfect place to corral the kids for an activity or movie for some down time. The house provides 5-star accommodations - comfortable, clean, and modern decor, and nicely appointed indoor and outdoor space. We loved the seamless indoor/outdoor living and our morning coffee/ evening cocktails on the outdoor patios. We were also pleasantly surprised by the hosts' thoughtful details, like the beautiful table settings that changed for each meal, pool floats and toys, and an outdoor movie set up one night. Of course, as others have mentioned, what really made this vacation special was AMIFI2's incredible staff. Rose the housekeeper somehow managed to keep the house in impeccable condition despite 4 children running around. Donovan the gardener kept the pool and grounds looking great all week (as a side note, the landscaping at AMIFI2 really stands out as exceptional within the Tara Estates neighborhood). We have to give two special shoutouts: First, to Chef Claudine, who indulged our request to try as many Jamaican dishes as possible, worked around dietary preferences, and created some really outstanding meals that stand out as highlights of the whole trip (our visit to Scotchie's was something of a let down after we realized how much better Claudine's jerk chicken, rice and peas, and festival were!) She thoughtfully whipped up homemade chicken fingers and fish sticks if she thought the kids might not like the main meal, and introduced all of us to all kinds of tropical fruits and dishes. Second, our butler, Ricardo (Ricky) made our visit extra special. Ricky always greeted us with a smile, was endlessly sweet and patient with our kids, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. In Montego Bay, we'd recommend Doctor's Cave Beach and skipping the Hard Rock beach. AMIFI2 is also great base for day trips to Negril and Ocho Rios, but you might not want to leave the property!

Beautiful Property/Amazing Staff

Our overall stay was great. From the very first email Nicola and Stuart were very responsive and thorough in answering our questions. Fabian is the driver who picked us up from the airport and he just a great guy. He was personable and even though we rented a car he still checked in with us to see if we needed directions or his services for anything. Claudine, the chef is a sweetheart. We didn't require her services because we all love to cook and my mom is a chef herself but she was very helpful on our first day and gave us the house tour. Rose, the housekeeper was at the property everyday. She is very nice. She refreshed towels, kept the house clean and was happy to answer all of our questions and have friendly casual conversation. The gardener Donavan is very quiet but extremely helpful. He was quick to attend to any task we asked of him. The house itself is beautiful. My entire group enjoyed the beautiful pool and the manicured grounds. We also felt safe in a gated community with 24 hour security. No one was permitted beyond the security gate without being on the list you provided. On our last day my mom forgot the code to her safe and Stuart came right over with the master key so we wouldn't miss our flight. There is AC in each of the 4 bedrooms and the TV room but none in the living/dining area. However, there are ceiling fans in all areas so we weren't negatively impacted. I would definitely recommend this property.

Listing doesn't completely match the staff and amenities.

Overall the stay at this property was nice. Claudia was more than accommodating and we enjoyed our time with her, she is a great chef and person. Fabin our driver for the week was also personable and knowledgeable. Rose on the other hand was not that accommodating, when we arrived to the property she did not greet us with a smile she pointed us in the direction of the hand sanitizer and began to give us the run of the house. We didn't even have time to settle in after a long day of traveling. It was disappointing and took the excitement we felt right away. In the listing it said that the staff would wash our clothes if we purchased detergent and when we asked Rose about this she told us "I only wash on Monday". We weren't even allowed to wash ourselves. The final straw for me was when I asked for an additional blanket because my legs ache at night and Rose told me, she could only allow me to use the one on the bed. The restrictions were a bit much, but overall my family had a great stay. We have rented several properties over the past 10 years all over the world and I do not think we will travel with rentals that come with staff anymore. Too many rules.

Thanks for your review. Your comments about the housekeeper is somewhat troubling but could be a result of a misunderstanding. All villas are under strict new governmental Covid guidelines and that includes all arriving guests sanitize hands and fill out temperature and liability forms. In addition, the normal checkin procedure of any villa with staff is to highlight the amenities of each room and how to operate the electronics and the pool/jacuzzi. That’s a part of checking in, so the housekeeper is just following stated guidelines which you stated you are not accustomed to renting places with staff services. Secondly, she could not "greet you with a smile" as the staff are required to wear face coverings. Glad you enjoyed our chef experience and the transportation services from Fabian.

Amazing getaway!

We had an amazing time at the property. We were two families, 4 adults, 4 kids (2 teens) and everyone enjoyed our time alike. The property is as advertised, clean, modern and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were a fan favorite and eating on the patio never got old. However, the staff is what makes this spot exceptional. Chef is AMAZING, all our meals were out of this world! We could feel the love in every meal prepared-honestly we could have stayed forever! The housekeeper took great care of us, keeping the home clean, doing laundry and just helpful all-around. I particularly liked that they were intuitive and could sense a need before it was voiced. The driver was also great, he got us around safely while giving us a history lesson in Jamaican culture which we truly enjoyed and appreciated. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing place

Two things make this villa extremely memorable: everything in the house is top of the line and maintained perfectly and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. We felt taken care of and we had a lot of fun staying here.

A slice of Paradise - Luxury home rental in Montego Bay, Jamaica

Discover a private paradise in beautiful Montego Bay, Jamaica! Afimi2 villa has outstanding luxury qualities and is nestled within a privately gated community overlooking the town of MoBay with ocean views. Our family had a wonderful experience that left us with fond memories, while likely instilling a yearning to return next year. The staff including Miss Rose (who took amazing care of us and the house daily) & Chef Claudine who prepared the best meals for us were fantastic. Also used Raymond and his transportation team to get us around town and to Ocho Rios & Negril for day excursions. Each day we tumbled out of bed and into the waters of the infinity swimming pool with waterfalls then relaxed in the adjacent jacuzzi . This luxury home has a seamless indoor/outdoor living plan. Its disappearing walls of glass open to a large patio with outdoor dining & a large built-in bar, was great for entertaining our family and friends who came to visit us and had ample seating where we relaxed and had drinks by the pool each day. This stunning vacation rental is so close to local attractions including rafting on the Martha Brae river which our family thoroughly enjoyed and the famous Doctors Cave beach. Custom designed with high end interior and exterior finishes, including an open concept very gracious living room, media room with a large screen television and comfortable seating. The designer kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining with decor to captivate a mood that inspires creativity alongside a gas burner stove, warming drawer, built-in fridge and walk-in pantry. There are 4 large bedrooms with very comfortable beds and 3 very spacious bathrooms with luxurious towels and lots of cupboard space for clothing. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit to keep you cool on hot nights and the master bedroom has a large flat screen TV. We are already looking at booking again and coming with friends on the next trip. Thank you to our gracious hosts and home owners Stuart and Nicola as well as the staff at Afimi2 for their very personalized touches and for making our stay so wonderful! We will be back!!!!

Beautiful view in a great location attentive staff

My family had a great stay, we were impressed with the house, it was brand new and tastefully appointed and decorated. The living spaces extended to a huge deck and pool, which absorbed the whole family in luxurious comfort. The ambiance was enhanced by the sea view but the best for us was the staff and the delicious meals! Ricardo is a treasure and we can’t wait to taste Claudine’s creations again. We will be back, we can’t wait to return to the relaxation and pampering!

Spectacular villa in paradise!

This villa is everything I could have imagined for a welcoming & relaxing vacation paradise. The property is exceptionally designed with a feeling of luxury. The care and attention of the owners shone through! The infinity pool and outdoor living space has spectacular views of Montego bay, while in a quiet gated community. The bedrooms were spacious with extremely comfortable beds. Extremely clean and well maintained. The professional team of Ricardo, Claudine & Rosie made this stay extra special with their warmth and truly special attention to detail...thank you thank you thank you! I feel truly blessed & look forward to returning. Definitely a 5-star. Highly recommended!!!!

Luxury, pampered and many memories made......

When our bus arrived at this villa we were greeted byour butler, Ricardo. He wore the biggest, warmest smile and a held a tray of fresh cool towels for our group to refresh from our journey, I knew that our eight days were going to be an exceptional experience. The villa is beyond words and has been so carefully thought out for guests! Whether it is the en-suite for each room, or the individual air conditioners to suit everyone or the Alexa to suit everyone’s musical genre ( travelling with six young adults this touch was an incredible treat). Each night we would climb into the most comfortable beds which our housekeeper Rose made sure was turned down and ready! Each morning we awoke to the smell of fresh brewed coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and the aroma of incredible breakfast treats. Travelling with a group with food allergies and restrictions was never a problem for our amazing chef, Claudine. Each meal was prepared with such flavours and beautiful presentations. I have recreated many of Claudine’s dishes since coming home (although not as amazing as hers, I try). Our housekeeper, Rose was always available. No task was ever too much for Rose, whether it was getting a stain out or being sure that our beach towels were ready and waiting for us every morning. The view from our villa was beyond words. We watched the sun rise over Montego Bay with fresh coffee and the shooting stars in the hot tub with special cocktails made by Ricardo. Our only regret was that we had too many day trips planned and could not just stay at the villa and soak up all of its splendor! Thank you to our hosts and the staff for the many memories that our family created in your villa!
