Dieses große, 3500 Quadratmeter große Stadthaus bietet alles, was Sie für einen perfekten Mehrfamilienurlaub benötigen. Sobald Sie Ihr Auto geparkt haben, werden Sie es nie mehr benutzen. Schritte vom Strand, Promenade, Funland, Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen Panoramablick auf den Atlantik und die Stadt Rehoboth oder genießt die Privatsphäre und Ruhe einer der anderen 5 Decks.

Diese Reihenhäuser wurden kürzlich renoviert und um vier Stockwerke, Hartholzböden, Küchenarbeitsplatten aus Silestone, 9 Fernseher, 3 DVDs und WLAN erweitert, um nur einige der Annehmlichkeiten zu nennen. Zu den Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung zählen Angeln, Krabben, Bootfahren, Golf, Outlet-Shopping, Spielautomaten, Trabrennen und Kinos. Rehoboth Beach ist zentral gelegen. 2 1/2 Stunden von Philadelphia, Washington, DC und Baltimore.

House was the perfect size and location for our family! It is less than a block from the boardwalk and beach, and right in the heart of everything. We used the terrace every day and really enjoyed our time here!

Beautiful Rooftop deck, plenty of space for friends to spread out for a fun weekend trip. Parking was ample. The only inconvenience was having to bring your own bed linens and towels, but otherwise the kitchen was well-stocked and the location was perfect to everything in the heart of Rehoboth. We had a great stay!

We came with a group of family and friends that enjoy the party vibe along with the calm of the ocean and friendly faces! Our only complaint the squeaky headboards and low toliets.

Fantastic place! The kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and the location is perfect: less than a block to restaurants, the boardwalk, Thrashers, and Gus & Gus grill (our favorite). There are dozens of restaurants within a half mile. We never got into our cars until it was time to leave. The multiple decks, especially the rooftop, are a fun place to relax. We stayed here as a group of 10 siblings/spouses and had plenty of room. We would definitely book again.

Great location and view!!!

We stayed at Jordan’s place for our annual Polar Bear Plunge. The place is fantastic. Great location in downtown Rehoboth and an outstanding view of the ocean and surrounding area. Everyone in our group loved it the house. Jordan was very responsive and great to work with. We will be back again!!!

My college roommates and I get together about every year for the last 20+ years and this place fit our needs perfectly. Everting from the initial inquiry through the stay was smooth and easy. Amazing location and huge!

We have a group of 16 that heads to Rehoboth Beach every year and this was, by far and away the largest, most convenient, and most comfortable property we have rented. Its a block to the boardwalk (id go barefoot at times) and in the middle of shops and restaurants. When all 16 of us were in the house, it was possible to still have alot of personal space. Communication with Jordan was quick and helpful. If we do it again next year I'll be looking to book this property again

Rehoboth in June

This house is in the perfect location - right in the middle of South Rehoboth. It holds a large group (16), has two living areas (a beautifully finished basement and living room), nicely furnished kitchen and 3 onsite parking spaces plus two parking passes. There are balconies off 4 bedrooms and a rooftop deck with a bird's-eye view. We were a bit concerned that it may be too noisy, but it wasn't at all. Jordan, our contact, was very responsive if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

3 generations go to the beach!

This was a perfect property for my husband, myself, 3 daughters and sons-in-law and 4 grandchildren aged 7 months to almost 4 yrs old (there were 12 of us). This location was central to the beach, Rehoboth Avenue and the boardwalk. There were several great restaurants right on our street. Penny Lane with Cafe Papillon (croissants and crepes) was right across the street and an easy cut-through to Rehoboth Avenue. The backyard was great to be able to store our beach chairs and gear; outdoor shower was very convenient. Front porch was good for people watching:) The basement was a great place to set the kiddies up with their toys. As they tend to get up early, we could take them downstairs to play and not wake everyone else up. The carpeting was easy on their knees and provided good sound insulation. The roof top provided the perfect view to the fireworks and was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just as described - this is an all-around great property - no complaints, whatsoever - spacious, comfortable and convenient to everything! The A and B unit are totally separated including outdoor spaces such as porches, roof top and back yards. Thank you!

Thanksgiving for 36 people

We rented 4 houses. This property was the largest so hosted 36 people for Thanksgiving. Accommodated us well. Only issue was bringing sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc as many of us flew in. We had to purchase most of this while there and donate afterwards. Two of the houses we rented provided these, two did not including this one.

Amazing views and excellent location!

The property manager was super helpful and responded immediately to the few questions I had. The location can't be beat! Basically walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted to go downtown and just steps from the beach. The roof deck is beautiful and the property was clean and spacious!
