I booked this apartment between the 22-02 august. It was perfekt. You have everything you need. The view from the balcony is amazing! This apartment was like wow! Pam was a really good host! She organized everything we need and reacts just on time. I can recommend this one. I will be there next year again if no one booked it already! Thx Pam loads of love :)

Perfekt geschnittene Wohnung mit sagenhaftem Blick

Bevor wir zu einer Kreuzfahrt in die Adria starteten, waren wir für 5 Tage in der Wohnung in Sliema mit direktem Blick auf La Valetta. Pam haben wir persönlich nicht kennengelernt. Sie hat aber sehr sehr viel gemailt, um sicher zu stellen, dass alles gut verläuft. Vor allem hat sie uns Denis vermittelt, der uns perfekt betreute. Denis ist Engländer und lebt seit 10 Jahren in Malta. Wir waren 6 Personen. So kam Denis mit 2 Wagen zum Flughafen, um uns abzuholen. Er übergab uns die Wohnung, völlig unkompliziert. Am nächsten Tag kam er wieder mit 2 Wagen, um uns in den Süden von Malta zu Peter´s Pool zu fahren. Nach Ende unserer Kreuzfahrt übernahm er unser Gepäck an der Pier und brachte uns später wieder zum Flughafen. So konnten wir noch einen ganzen Tag in La Valetta geniessen. Er ist super höflich und zuverlässig. Zur Wohnung: Sie ist perfekt geschnitten, ideal für 6 Personen. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nie benutzt. Durch Öffnen der Fenster geht eine herrliche Brise durch die Räume. Der Balkon ist ausreichend groß. Die Betten sind mit guten Matrazen belegt. In beiden Bädern gibt es neben Badewannen auch Duschen. Über in der Decke eingebaute Lautsprecher kann man sich leise beschallen lassen. Das Essen auf Malta ist nicht der Hit. Wir haben daher auf unseren Touren mittags warm und abends in der Wohnung Salat, Käse und so gegessen. Es ist einfach toll, die Abendstimmung bei einem Glas Wein vom Balkon zu geniessen. Der Einkaufmarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Für uns etwas ungewöhnlich bzw. gewöhnungsbedürftig waren die vielen Zettel mit Hinweisen, was zu tun und zu lassen ist. Ebenfalls sieht es bei uns in den Schränken etwas sauberer aus. Das hat uns an Hotels in London erinnert. Vielleicht sind wir Deutschen in diesem Punkt auch zu pingelig. Dem Gesamteindruck macht dies keinen Abbruch, daher die 5 Sterne. Hans-Joachim

Easy pick up at airport with taxi associates with the flat. Buses and ferries leave from across the street, gym right across the street and large shopping mall with grocery store around the corner. Several excellent restaurants within a few blocks.

Prachtig appartement op uitstekende locatie.

Ruim appartement met een goed uitgeruste keuken. Heerlijk balkon met uitzicht op Valletta. Veel restaurants in de buurt en een groot winkelcentrum om de hoek. Ook fijn dat de Ferry naar Valletta dichtbij is. Parkeren kan lastig zijn voor het gebouw maar er is een parkeergarage dichtbij. Op dit moment wordt er gebouwd aan de achterkant van het appartement waardoor er in de achterslaapkamer erg veel lawaai is. En we hadden heel veel last van muggen. Maar voor de rest hebben we een heerlijke week gehad en heeft Pam (op afstand) goed voor alles gezorgd.

Wonderful

I had a lovely stay at Pam's flat. The check-in process was stress-free and very convenient, which was greatly appreciated because I had a late flight that also turned into a delayed flight. Pam was very kind, quick to respond to any questions I had, and very informative about what was happening at the flat. By this, I mean any maintenance issues with the lift/emergency lights and the construction just behind the building. That little head's up was greatly appreciated. The flat is exactly how it is described with beautiful views. I think all of Pam's friendliness and helpfulness was the key that made my stay extra special. I would definitely recommend starting at Pam's place.

Amazing stay!

Pam's place was excellent and even better than the pictures. The view of Valletta from the balcony was to die for. The apartment is a quick walk away from the ferry, and close to restaurants in Sliema if you don't want to cross the harbor (I would recommend Ta'Kris). Everything in it is new and very nicely updated. We arranged a four hour tour with the driver, Paul, who was excellent. He took us around the island and showed us the highlights, including Mdina, Dingli Cliffs, and Marsaxxlok. He let us get out and walk around instead of just driving past the sights. He also took care of our airport transfers. Very friendly and convenient! Pam was in touch with us the whole time, and left us a lot of information in a welcome packet in the apartment. All in all, couldn't have been better!

Amazing location and views

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (2 boys ages 10 and 13). We were so close to restaurants, groceries and the ferry to Valetta. We enjoyed drinks on the balcony at sunset (the view is extraordinary). Pam was a very helpful host and we appreciated her input on things to do and see. The apartment is well maintained and extremely clean. We had an amazing introduction to Malta and would love to come back soon.

Absolutely fabulous!

A fabulous experience from the moment we booked and right throughout our stay! Pam really is a Superhost. The view from the balcony is truly iconic - at any time of day or night. The apartment is beautiful - spacious and spotlessly clean throughout and really well equipped. It’s very convenient for the Strand with all its coffee shops, bars and restaurants and of course the ferry over to Valetta. There’s also a bus stop right outside so getting around is so easy. Pam was an amazing host. She responded really quickly to emails and made sure the apartment was set up for us with lots of helpful tips and advice about things to do and places to eat. I would definitely recommend you use the chauffeur service to pick up and drop off at the airport. This made everything so smooth it really was stress free. I would highly recommend Pam’s apartment and we will definitely be returning. Thank you

bel appartement avec un beau volume, nous étions 4 et avons apprécié de ne pas être sérrés.

Pam s'occupe de tout et c'est très sympathique d'arriver à l'aéroport d'avoir une personne qui vous attend pour vous conduire sur votre lieu de vacances. Sliema est très animé, mais nous avons préféré la valette; Mdina, les 3 cités, car nous aimons l'histoire. Cependant Sliema est très bien desservi en bus.

Doesn’t get more relaxing.

After a break of three years I returned to Malta for a four week winter break. I’d previously chosen to stay in a good hotel but as this was to be a long break I elected to stay in a self catering apartment in an area that I was familiar with. I wasn’t disappointed. This balconied sixth floor apartment was ideal. I can’t remember spending a more relaxing holiday. An easy on the eye southerly view across the water to the skyline of Valletta; the sun rising and travelling across the front of the apartment through the day, always plenty of light. The beds that we chose were very comfortable, the bathrooms clean and airey, the fridge/freezer, cooker and kitchen worked well. The owners available at the end of an email (or mobile) if needed and keen to make sure all was well. There’s a supermarket a short walk away and if your first ‘big shop’ is big enough they’ll even deliver. Good restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes and pockets are all close at hand. Wonderful stuff! All the plans that I had for travelling around the islands went out the window, I was happy enough where I was. Would I return? You bet I would.

Million-Dollar View

That view! It was hard for us to tear ourselves away. All day long, the light on the water and Valletta changes; even the website pictures, as lovely as they are, don’t do it justice. The apartment is very clean and modern, with loads of closet space and outlets, and it’s close to shopping and lots of restaurants. I don’t think we could have made a better choice in Malta.

it is a well furnished appartment for a short stay at Malta, close to the center of Valetta ( by boat). Also very friendly hosts, who really provide very good service (very detailed information on all aspects, taxi service on request , and the rented car was delivered in front of the appartment.)

Beautiful apartment with postcard view over Valletta

Perfect well equipped and extremely spacious top floor apartment. South facing balcony looking directly across water to Valletta. Unrivalled view. Absolutely gorgeous. So comfortable and everything thought through for our 5* comfort and convenience. Brilliant place for a holiday. Ideal for one or two couples with a sofa bed for a third.

Excellent location for exploring Malta, with a truly stunning view

We enjoyed an excellent stay here in Sliema, which is very easy to access from the airport. The flat is spacious, comfortable, modern, clean and an easy stay, with a supermarket a 5 minute walk round the corner, lots of cafes, restaurants and shops on the doorstep, easy access to Valetta via the frequent and cheap ferry just a 5 minute walk away, bus services to the rest of Malta, and boat trips to Gozo, etc a few minutes walk away. We were able to swim in the sea just a 2 minute walk away. The view of Valetta is stunning, must be the best on Malta, and we would definitely like to return at some point, highly recommend.

Fantastic views, great location, luxury living

This is my third visit to this beautiful apartment that is in a perfect location close to the Sliema to Valletta Ferry, bus terminal and central Sliema. Pam is a wonderful host and is extremely well organised. The view from the apartment balcony and front rooms is amazing both during the day and in the evening. This is a perfect five star holiday.

The apartment was stylish, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. And there is a supermarket near the apartment. We loved beautiful waterside scenery of Valletta that we looked at from the balcony. Best view in Malta!

We had a fabulous 8-day stay in this apartment (#6) earlier in May. To start with, the view from the balcony of Valletta across the harbour is simply postcard-perfect and the various light conditions provide one opportunities for so many different great photos. We were fascinated by the ever changing activity below and were even treated to several spectacular firework displays! The location is also very practical, only a short walk away from bus and ferry stops, cruises, tours, shopping, and endless dining options. A 5 km long waterfront promenade right outside the front door helps in burning off some of those delicious calories :-) The apartment itself is super comfortable and spacious enough for anyone in our group of 5 to disappear at will! The furnishings are of the highest quality. Pam was great to deal with, providing lots of information and advice about the area and promptly responding to all questions and emails. She is a very caring owner who goes out of her way to ensure that everyone has a great stay. The “manual” that she prepared for the apartment is one of the best I have ever seen, right down to operating instructions for all appliances and troubleshooting of utilities! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

Fabulous location

The apartment is stunningly located, with fabulous views and easy access to the Valletta ferry, restaurants, bus and boat tours. It is spotlessly clean and very well equipped, making dining in a pleasure. The best bit is dealing with the owner Pam, she takes a personal interest in ensuring a smooth stay, including for example, arranging airport transfers if you so wish.. Overall a fantastic holiday experience, which we hope to repeat for a third time.

Fabulous views overlooking Valetta! Top of the line appliances and lots of space!

We had a fabulous time staying in beautiful Malta! Pam was most helpful and everything was perfect and as described. The apartment was larger than we expected with fabulous views of Valetta. The kitchen was up to date with top of the line appliances. The location was perfect. We were close to the shopping mall, bus stop, and ferry. I felt very safe and ran along the water several days alone. Pam was great to work with. She even offered for us to stay an extra night when our flight got cancelled. We hired Paul to take us to the airport and pick us up at a very reasonable rate. He was always on time and very courteous. We also hired Paul, to take us to Gozo. We were able to see so many beautiful places on the island we could not have seen otherwise. I would highly recommend booking this apartment through Pam and hiring her driver, Paul. If we should be so blessed, we hope to come back and visit again!

wonderfull stay

the flat is very large with several beds, a big kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. There is a gorgeous view upon Valetta. It is magnificient. Pam gave us all the explanations we need. I would like to go back and stay at pam's flat another time.

Great apartment with a fantastic view of Valletta and central to just about everything including tour buses/boats and the ferry to Valletta. Shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Nice comfortable apartment. Pam is very helpful and will help you with any arrangements or queries you may have. A great place to stay in Malta.

Million dollar view in Malta

Pam's unit is on the top floor in Sliema with arguably the best view across to harbour to Valetta. Even in January, which is supposed to be winter, but which was delightful this year, we had to drag ourselves off the balcony to go sightseeing. The bus link was a a few steps to the right down the elevator. The ferry link a few more. The trendiest shopping centre is a few steps to the left, up another elevator to a bridge, past a decadent French cafe with seriously good coffee and delectable pain au chocolat -- but you likely won't make it without a stop. The apartment is amazingly spacious: just perfect for a stay in Malta. A week was nowhere near long enough. How we will miss that interesting country and that amazing view!
