Nikte Ha Condominium # 3 ist eine wunderschöne, brandneue Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf das Karibische Meer. Diese luxuriöse Unterkunft mit 3 Schlafzimmern befindet sich im zentralen Teil der Half Moon Bay von Akumal, in der Nähe des Restaurants La Buena Vida und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von vielen lokalen Annehmlichkeiten wie der Yalku-Lagune entfernt.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen, offenen Wohn- / Ess- / Küchenbereich und alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten wie zentrale Klimaanlage, Flachbildfernseher und WLAN. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Gästezimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem Einzelschlafsofa sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Etagenbett mit einem Doppel- und einem Einzelbett sowie einem Doppel-Ausziehbett. Excellent Property!

This place was amazing! If your looking for a quiet but great place for snorkeling and fun food in the area this is it. If you are going to stay in Akumal I would recommend renting a car. This property had all the amenities listed and the check in/out process was easy. I will definitely come back!

Perfect Couples get away

The condo was amazing. Clean, great location, beautiful views. Beach and pool right there. Amazing communication from the management company and very helpful concierge that set us up with spa services and restaurants. Perfect for 3 couples! Would love to come back to this place!

The managers are proactive and thorough communicators, providing details on nearly every question we came up with. We arrived late at night, but check-in was easy with the key conveniently placed in a lockbox outside our unit. We took advantage of the lovely sapphire of a pool that’s always cool and clean. The surrounding sand, shrubs and small lawn are meticulously maintained. A shade structure kept us cool while lounging by the pool. The three rooms are exactly as described and perfect for our large family. A bathroom in each room is a game changer! The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and silverware, and all appliances work well. Maybe most importantly, the AC absolutely cranks out cold air when we needed it. We enjoyed access to Netflix and Disney+ on the main room TV. The friendly staff maintains a super clean unit and building. They also had the impossible task of carving a small patch of open sand out of the thick sargassum sea grass. It’s hard to describe how imposing the mounds of smelly, reddish brown sea plant is on the beach. A wall three feet high blocked our access to the sea, which we didn’t want to swim in anyway because the patch of seaweed extended dozens of feet into the ocean. This was true for nearly the entire bay. We understand it’s a force of nature, and we appreciated that the property management gave us a head’s up before our trip. But the reality is we spent most of our beach vacation trying to get away from the beach. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent at Nkte Ha again - although we’d confirm it’s the off season for the sargassum first.

We had a fabulous time at Nikte Ha #3. The condo was just as seen in the photos.

This condo by far was the newest, up to date, cleanest in the Half Moon Bay area of Akumal. We had the best time for our week and hope to go back in the future. Everything worked properly, plenty of nice kitchen equipment, washer & dryer was a huge plus. The management company was very accommodating and helpful.

Quality Stay

Place was nice and clean. The views were beautiful and the location was nice. Swimming and snorkeling was rough as the sand and a fair way off the shore was rocky and the water was a cloudy. If we had to do it again we would have rented bikes so we were closer to more restaurants near the entrance of Half Moon Bay. Moringstar was great for breakfast, Buena Vida was close but food was avg at best.

Lovely Unit!

This was a beautifully clean unit within an easy walk to two pleasant on the beach restaurants….swimming in the ocean was not the greatest at that location due to rocks and seaweed, but the pool was nice and never crowded….owners and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating!

perfecto!

We had a group of 7 spanning over 3 generations and it worked out perfectly. Our 86 yr old Grandma really appreciated the elevator! Green Eyed management was awesome. They were at the ready for anything we ever needed. We’ve stayed in several towns on the Mayan Rivera and we feel Akumal is the absolute best for relaxing family time in an authentic Mexican beach town!!

It's a Gem in a sleepy town

Excellent and comfortable apartment. Wonderfully located, about a mile walk to the small town. Beach front with spectacular views of the sunrise and water. Fully equipped. Only complaint is that the apartment quickly runs out of hot water, so if everyone in our party of 5 wanted to take 'short 3 minute showers' at the end of the day on the beach, the last 2 people had cold showers ;-( We brought this to the attention of management a few times then gave up. Otherwise, it was a great vacation and we ate at really good restaurants nearby.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great experience staying at Nikte Ha! Absolutely loved the location right on the beach and that it was walking distance to a couple of restaurants. The market across the street was super convenient as well. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Akumal is an awesome town away from the busier areas like Tulum, while still close and convenient enough to see all the local attractions like the ruins and cenotes. The calm clear waters of Half Moon Way were perfect for snorkeling, just don’t forget your water shoes as it’s quite rocky. We appreciated that purified water was provided inside the condo for free. The daily housekeeping service was great and communication with the host was excellent. They even had a concierge contact us after booking who was able to book our transportation from the airport and also had lots of suggestions for excursions and rentals. Overall a great experience!

Half Moon Bay is a coral reef, so it is rocky in the water, but fantastic for snorkeling. Water shoes recommended. The condo was great, however, one day there was a problem with the gas line resulting in no hot water and use of the gas stove. On our last morning the water was completely shut off for some reason, leaving us in a panic to get ready. It was resolved in about an hour though. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo and location to anyone.

The perfect place to stay in Akumal!

This was our third trip to Akumal and by far our favorite stay. The building is located just past Akumal Beach on Half Moon bay and offers beautiful ocean and pool views. The building is newer, well kept and the housekeeping is friendly and stops by daily to clean and provide towels or anything else you may need. AC cools the place off quickly and the condo was very spacious for our family of five with comfortable furnishings and all the essentials we needed. The host provides lots of information for you in their guest book and is very responsive to questions and needs. Just a 5 minute walk to La Buena Vida (our favorite restaurant) in one direction and the same distance to La Lunita in the other direction, which we now know is awesome as well. There is even a small store with all of the basics right across the street from the building. There is currently a huge invasion of sargassum seaweed going on in the area, making the beach a bit of a bummer right now but the hosts were quick to reach out and make sure we were aware as soon as we booked. This was a wonderful place to stay and we will absolutely return on our next trip to Akumal. Thank you!

We did encounter sargassum, but it didn't hinder our fun. We snorkeled in Half Moon Bay a lot and did a different activity in the area every day: Akumal Bay, Yal Ku Lagoon, Playa del Carmen, etc. The restaurants nearby are excellent. It was truly wonderful.
