Recently renovated and located on Half Moon Bay in the northern part of Akumal, this condo is within walking distance of Yal Ku Lagoon and Akumal Bay. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Its elegant decor and clean lines create a sleek contemporary environment.

An open-concept layout offers guests a stunning view of the ocean from the living room and dining areas, which lead to a furnished covered patio and beachfront sun deck. A fully equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar, is ideal for starting each morning with a breathtaking view from sunrise to sundown. Everything was perfect. Santiago was so nice and even brought the kids coconuts that he opened for them to drink out of. The cleaners were the best. We were so surprised the even did our dishs for us. The village is so cute. We rented a car and we would highly suggest that. The pool is awesome and WARM!!! So much fun!

This condo was fantastic! Nicely renovated and very clean, and everything we needed was provided. So spacious and a great location for restaurants and other activities!

Nice condo

Loved the condo. Impeccable and well stocked. Appreciated the supplies, our, salt lots of coffee etc A bit disappointed about the beach, not really able to use it because of rocks and stuff. We also missed having a pool. We were impressed about the availability and helpfulness of the staff. From management to maintenance.

Half Moon Bay has a slightly rocky entrance due to its proximity to the coral reef, but with water shoes, you can easily enjoy the beach and the wonderful snorkeling out front. Unfortunately, this condo doesn’t have a pool or advertise one but we're happy to hear you enjoyed everything else :) Happy travels!

Wonderful property, perfect for our family

This is a beautiful property both inside and out on a quiet street... perfect access to the surrounding areas to get the most out of the Cancun/Tulum area. It was so nice have house cleaning daily considering the tropical environment, sand, and potential for critters. The property management was very responsive and attentive to making our stay comfortable and seem less. The ability to snorkel right outside our door was magical, where we saw stingrays, eels, lots of tropical fish, and a sea turtle. The only negative was that the kitchen wasnt fully stocked with everything you may need if you are actually going to cook,

There were some slight inconveniences, including not being ready for check in until almost 5pm. It was also difficult to understand that the check in office was up the road at la joya. A couple days the cleaners weren’t around until 4pm, a few dirty dishes found in the cupboards..Things happen, and this aside; the property was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed.

The thought the owner gave to the kitchen and all of the kitchens amenities was incredible. Also, the owner gave a great deal of thought into having extra napkins, extra paper towels, extra toilet paper, extra garbage bags Things that I didn’t have to call and ask for because they were already there. The interior of the place was beautiful.Everything was functional from the fresh Culligan water to the Culligan water that made ice out of the fridge to the grill on the patio.We had extra towels we had extra bedding(mind you we do not have house keeping come in— we like being self sufficient).Overall beyond stellar we will be back definitely!!!! See you next year💗!!
