Great house and very accommodating host. Summer even went as far as to help ship back some expensive gifts that we accidentally left at the house and didn't realize until we made it to the airport! The house itself is very spacious and worked well for our group, and was around plenty of food and stores for our needs.

Cool house

Very cool house in a good location. The house was clean and great for a family get together. With four small children it was nice to have bedrooms that were away from the living room so adults could talk without fear of waking the children. The game room was a big hit with everyone.

Wonderful family vacation home

Great house for a group!

We had two families (10 people) stay for 6 nights. The house was well stocked and had plenty of space for everyone. The location was a great jumping off point to explore Red Rocks, Golden, and Boulder. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded quickly. Would highly recommend this home.

Our group of 12 adults had a great stay in this Mid Century Mod! This is a huge house with plenty of space. The backyard space is great, we spent most of the day outdoors! Plenty of parking for several cars. No shortage of space on this property! Nice neighborhood, with shopping and restaurants close by. Owners were very responsive, and accommodating. We would definitely stay at this property again! Great rental experience!

Great place for a retreat!

We used the house for a three day retreat. There were two wonderful living rooms for meeting. The outdoor area also would have worked well except it was too cold outside. The kitchen was great for preparing meals and hanging out. Five of the bedrooms have two queen beds which was fantastic for people to share a room and have their own bed. It is a wonderful location with close access to all necessities, plus relatively close access to the mountains. Thank you so much!

Wedding Stay

I can't say enough about this property! The house was perfect for my family as we were in town for my son's wedding reception up at The Red Barn in Golden Gate State Park. There was a total of 18 of us, including an infant and a 2-year-old. Summer made sure that everything was already thought of including a crib and a pack and play. The game room was unexpected but quickly caught the attention of several of the kids in their early twenties and they had a great time! Overall, the house is great and we are super glad that we picked it.

Memory Filled Weekend

Our family met in Colorado to go the football game and be with our daughter's family who are moving to the Denver area. This house was perfect for our group. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had all the condiments we needed, the backyard was perfect for the kids to safely play with it being fenced in, a sandbox and various outdoor games provided. The garage had a ping pong table that the kids enjoyed as well. There were lots of thoughtful amenities including books for kids, shampoo and conditioner. The owners provided things that alot of VRBO's don't have making us feel right at home. The location is quiet and yet close to everything we wanted to do. It was a great weekend to reconnect with our family.

Wedding Party Weekend

We did a destination wedding in Denver and selected this property to stay along with our wedding party. It was one of the best decisions we made and truly made the weekend extra special! The house was just as advertised, clean and well decorated. There was ample lighting and spacious seating areas. We had about 20 guests but it never felt crowded. The hot tub was ready to go on our arrival and Summer even gifted us a lovely smores basket for the fire pit! Plenty of towels, which is impressive with that many people. I would like to specifically point out how comfortable the beds were, soft sheets and awesome black out curtains! There was plenty of games all throughout the living spaces (the guys spent the weekend in intense chess matches even though none of them play chess regularly) and the game room was tons of fun. Definitely a place where there is something for everyone.It's in a great location. 4 minutes from a Costco, 5 min from a Wal-Mart. Tons of good shops all within 10 minutes!Our host Summer sent friendly reminders, quick tips, and was always quick to respond if I had a question. She was gracious enough to allow us an early check-in and was an absolute delight to work with! Overall we had a wonderful time, highly recommend this property, and would absolutely return!

It was by far the best VRBO we've stayed at. Tons of room for everyone to spread out. Clean. Nice amenities. Easy check-out process. The only "issues" were exceptionally minor: In the Master bedroom, for example, one of the lamps was a little wonky & the remote for the fan needed batteries. A couple of the windows wouldn't open. But a running joke was "we need a refund!" because the place overall was just exceptional.

Very nice home with plenty of bedrooms. Everything was great for a larger group. Plenty of room for meetings.
