Please be assured that this detailed procedure is in place to protect both our guests and the property. I would like to inform you that we were lenient regarding some incidents that occurred during your stay. We took care of the repair of the pool's rolling cover, which was damaged by children's toys left in the water when it was closed. Despite a slat being broken, we decided to cover the repair costs. Two parasols were also torn by the wind because they were not closed. We covered those repairs as well. However, the ping-pong table was damaged because it was not closed and fell over. We need to replace a few parts and the net to fix it. We have not yet decided whether we will deduct a portion of your deposit to cover these costs, but please be assured that we are doing our best to minimize any expenses you might have to bear. We will inform you of our decision very soon. We hope you had an enjoyable stay despite these small issues. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are very important to us.
