Atemberaubende Wohnung im ersten Stock am schönen Guadalupe River. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, 3 Flachbildfernseher, Kabel und WLAN. King-, Queen-, Full- und Etagenbetten sowie Queen-Size-Sprengung stehen zur Verfügung. Private Terrasse mit Gasgrill und Feuerstelle bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Fluss. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Strandtücher, Stühle und andere Flussutensilien stehen den Gästen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. In der kleinen Stadt Sattler zwischen Canyon Lake und New Braunfels gelegen, können Sie Ihre Haustür ausstechen oder das berühmte "Hufeisen" treiben. Tubing-Verleih und Drop-offs sind nebenan verfügbar. Genießen Sie im Sommer den neuen Pool und die Grillmöglichkeiten, im Winter die Tierbeobachtungen und das Fliegenfischen. Gruene und Whitewater Amphitheater sind gleich die Straße runter.

Die maximale Anzahl der Personen in der Wohnung beträgt 8 Personen. Bitte überschreiten Sie nicht 8. Die Maximalbelegung wird strikt durchgesetzt.
-JEDER Gast muss ein Armband tragen, in dem die Condo-Nummer (107) und das Abreisedatum angegeben sind. Bands werden beim Check-in in der Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt. Dies wird durchgesetzt. (Vom Memorial Day bis zum Labor Day)
-Nein Haustiere erlaubt - 500 $ Strafe
- Keine laute Musik oder laute Geräusche nach 22:00 Uhr irgendwo auf dem Grundstück erlaubt. Kein Feuerwerk ist erlaubt.
-Keine unlauteren Sprachen oder unzüchtiges Verhalten zu jeder Zeit
- Kein Holz oder Holzkohle auf dem Grundstück erlaubt

Good times at Rio Grande Condo

Very nice place for for my family and I to stay for a few days. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the Guadalupe river was wonderful! Would definitely consider staying there again.

Communication with the manager was excellent. Property is well maintained, clean, and comfotrable. Check-in and out process is simple. Location on the river is perfect. Always a great atmosphere. That is the reason we've booked this property 2 years in a row. We'll be back again.

Great River view

Location was great. Bottom floor so walk out right on the river. Condo was clean, well stocked, & as described. If I had one complaint it would be mattress in the master bedroom was pretty worn out & uncomfortable but that is minimal & everything else was great.

Perfect location!!!

I love that this rental is as advertised. It had everything we needed for an amazing family weekend and easy access to white water amp for the Willie show! Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. And the patio was amazing. Walking just steps down to the river to fish or read was exactly what we needed.

Loved your place!

The property was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We were there with friends for a weekend music festival at the property next door. Previously, we'd stayed in the cabins next door but for just a little more $, we got way more space and comfort (and quiet) by staying here! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!! Our group especially loved the patio area. What a great place to begin or end your day!

Great Location

The location was in a perfect spot. We were close for floating and for the concert we came for. Plenty of room, clean and amazing view from the Patio. They don't mess around with the rules make sure you are wearing your wristband at all times!

Perfect Family Getaway!

We enjoyed our time so much! The property was FAR better than we hoped. Having a family with little ones and the ability for them to have separate rooms was great. Property was very clean. So many aspects were considered that we didn’t even think would be there! We are already planning a trip back!

River vs Beach

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful condo with river front view. We could walk right out and start tubing. We have always done beach trips for our family vacation but now the river is the place for us!!!

Perfect getaway

Perfect place to relax with friends or family. Everything you need is close by. Tube/Kayak rentals, groceries store, restaurants even the liquor store. After posting pictures on social media 6 friends asked for info on the condo. Thank you!

Wonderful And Relaxing Stay

This condo was exactly as described and has a tremendous and peaceful view of the Guadalupe River. Plenty of loving and sleeping space for all seven of us. You do have to travel to some tourist locations 20-40 minutes from condo but worth it. I recommend staying here and enjoying the cal river and peaceful sunsets on Canyon Lake. Must do Jacobs Well, Blue Hole, Comal River Tube Ride, Six Flags and Guerne.

Owners need to make some improvements, considering the price. Mattresses in all 3 bedroom were old & uncomfortable, in addition to some broken patio furniture that was left in a pile in the corner of the patio.

Great location!!

We had a family reunion next door at one of the big pavillions/hall. We just had to walk around a fence to get there. The condo was perfect, no issues at all. We had 6 of us that stayed and had plenty of room. The patio looked over the river, beautiful scenery! Just walk down the hill to get into the water. Shallow enough to sit in or walk across to the other side. Would definitely stay there again, just needed more time.

Great place to stay and float or just relax

The condo was very nice and clean. It is close to town so you can get whatever you need and don’t have to drive far. Close to Whitewater Amphitheater so it will be great when the concerts start back up. This place is for a family or low keyed group. Definitely not a party group place. The only issue we had was the security guard is nonstop walking by at night. I like having security but not to the point where I feel like someone is always looking over my shoulder. I would definitely rent her again.

Beautiful sights

The property was very nice enjoyed being right on the river. However if you’re looking for a place that has a pool the pool was closed because maintenance never got the phone fixed. And they can’t open the pool without the phone working. They did tell me they were working on it about two weeks before but never got it fixed.It also could use some curtains in the bedrooms. It was really bright and hard to sleep in. First pit was really nice. And the place was very clean and nice. Would for sure come again.

Amazing Family Getaway

This property is wonderful. It is very clean, the pictures are true to what you get and it has everything you would need to enhance your stay. There were 8 of us on this trip and the size was perfect for us: my parents (70s), my sister and I (40s), my 19-year-old daughter and 16-year-old son with two of their friends, both 18. We checked in on a Monday afternoon and checked out on a Friday morning. While there were families there, the river wasn't crowded. I loved that the unit was on the ground level because it was easy access to the river. I also loved that this unit's patio jutted out so we had a nice cross breeze. There was a nice grill though we didn't take advantage of it. There were river toys, chairs and noodles. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need so you can cook with your own groceries, including a crockpot and blender. There is a grocery store very close to the condos. While the adults took advantage of just perching in the river, the kids did rent tubes next door (walking distance) at Rio Raft and they floated the river. We love visiting the New Braunfels area and we will definitely return. But my family wants to always stay here now. Property management always responded quickly to my emails prior to arrival. We didn't have any issues while we were on vacation but I have no doubt they would be responded quickly.

Spring break

Nice, comfortable experience. Enjoyed the 1st floor unit with view of River. Walked down to river and did fishing, paddle boarding and swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Guadeloupe River.Neighbors were all friendly.
