Schöne 4100sq mit 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Vollbad im 1. Stock.
Es gibt ein großes Zimmer im Obergeschoss mit Queensize-Bett, WC, großer Couch und TV.
Zuhause ist Internet / Wifi bereit.
Die Küche hat Granitarbeitsplatten und ist komplett mit Theke und einem Esstisch für 6 Personen ausgestattet.
Es gibt einen weiteren großen Esstisch drinnen und auch einen draußen auf der Terrasse.
Es gibt ein Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch und Darts.
Der Garten ist sehr privat und verfügt über einen Pool und einen Whirlpool. Schwimmen Sie im Pool und entspannen Sie sich im Whirlpool (gegen Aufpreis wird es beheizt), während Sie am Gasgrill in der eingebauten Insel mit 4-6 Sitzplätzen grillen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt gibt es keinen Zaun um den Pool, aber wir planen einen Zaun zu installieren.

Family Vacation

We (group of 10) just spent a great week in Litchfield Park! The grandkids loved the upper loft, pool and backyard!!! Dana was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. The location could not have been better as there is plenty to do for all ages! Lots of very good restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The grill in the backyard also came in very handy. Can't wait to return!!!

PHOENIX golf trip

The property was part of a great trip for four couples. A golf trip for the men and a relaxed trip for the spouses. The home is very roomy and worked great for a group of our size. The hot tub and pool are a wonderful bonus. We love the outdoor area in the backyard. The owner was very attentive in his communications and easy to contact with any questions. We would stay there again without a doubt.

Good location, great pool!

The pool was awesome, and the location was great. Central to many restaurants and things we wanted to do. The air conditioning was not working properly in half the house, the owner was actively trying to fix it when we were there. The patio furniture was old and could use some updating. Most cushions had large rips in them.

Special family time

The home was beautiful and laid out perfectly. Communication was easy. The pool water was perfect. Plenty of room for outside time and inside meals together. The kitchen was stocked and easy to use. We loved every minute there. Will definitely go again!

Lovely home

Generally, I don’t do surveys, but Christine was so accommodating with all our requests, from golf course to restaurant information she was always prompt and cordial, that I wanted to thank her. If you stay in Arizona in the Winter and want to use the pool you really need to have it heated and again Christine was willing to accommodate us. We enjoyed the stay and all the extras she provided.

Great Pool

The house is very spacious. Beds are comfy. Lots of bathrooms. Very well stocked kitchen. Great dish option with lots of channels. Kids loved having a tv in their room!! Pool and hot tub were great and owners are great with keeping it heated to a perfect temperature. We had a great time and will return.

Great house for extended families

We had a great time staying at Christines. The home was very well stocked and spacious. Super close to the NFL stadium. Grocery shopping and restaurants within walking distance. And the kiddo had a great time in the pool.

Terrific rental for a spring break getaway!

Perfect pool house for our family

So much room for us to stretch out and relax. Great dining table for games every night. We paid extra for pool heat and were swimming all the time though it was hard to get out, into the cold 60-70’s air. Great yard for playing around and sunning. Everyone loved it! Too bad we stink at playing pool.

Great location and amenities!!!

Was so nice to have baby items available since we forgot to ask! They had a pack n play, highchair and walker for my 1 yr old Granddaughter!! Also, lots of towels available for the pool. Not alot of towels for the bathrooms, but we washed and we're good to go!

Perfect family vacation

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Lots of space for our family including the teens who used the upstairs as there own private hang out. Christine and Dana were very responsive with questions and quick to resolve small issues. Our July stay was very hot, so spent lots of time in the pool, but too hot to fully enjoy the patio and outdoor space. (The pictures really don't do this place justice) We would love to visit again in slightly cooler weather.

Nice house and kind hosts

Beautiful home. Hosts were very kind and had snacks and coffee waiting to welcome us. We enjoyed our stay. Slightly disappointing they wouldn’t let us use the hot tub and the upstairs beds are pretty uncomfortable. But the 4 beds downstairs were great. Sleeps 8 beautifully. Christine went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Overall good experience.
