- No events, parties, or large gatherings. We have a caretaker just in case of any emergency. The caretaker is on a RV Trailer right next to the house and guest don't have any access to this side of the property and caretaker has no access to the house or any area of the primary residence either. We have a huge 1 acre lot.

- NOTE: There is an optional daily pool heat fee of $150 + fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay (Sept-May)

-NOTE: The maximum number guests allowed is 12 people. Guests #11 and #12 will have an extra fee of $40 per person/per night (including any individuals who do not stay in the house). We are currently doing a small remodel outside of the house and a few things inside the house but our contractor will stop everything on every stay and won't affect your stay at all. We do have some boxes and paint inside the garage but there's lots of parking right in front of our main door (there's parking for up to 12 cars on our concrete circle and another 6 cara right outside the property. We have an acre lot...it's a huge residence.
