Diese familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt am Strand im Herzen von Panama City Beach. Unsere gut ausgestattete Wohnung befindet sich im Regency Tower in der 10. Etage und bietet einen unverbauten, atemberaubenden Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und den Strand.
Unsere wunderschön neu eingerichtete 2-Schlafzimmer-Wohnung mit 2 Bädern verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss, eine voll ausgestattete Küche in voller Größe, eine komfortable Kombination aus offenem Ess- und Wohnzimmer mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa und 2 Badezimmer in voller Größe mit einer Dusch- / Wannenkombination.
Die raumhohen Fenster in den Wohnbereichen ermöglichen einen Panoramablick auf die weißen Sandstrände und das blaugrüne Wasser des Golfs von Mexiko. Eine Schiebetür im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer verbindet den inneren Wohnbereich mit Ihrem privaten Balkon, auf dem Sie alles sehen können, was der Strand zu bieten hat, während Sie in einem bequemen Stuhl oder im Bett bei einem eiskalten Getränk oder vielleicht einem schönen Drink entspannen Kaffee am Morgen.
Direkt vor Ihrer Tür finden Sie an unserem privaten, zuckerweißen Strand endlose Möglichkeiten, Ihren Tag zu verbringen. Planschen Sie in einem der 2 großen Salzwasserpools am Strand (einer davon im Winter beheizt), lassen Sie Ihre Kinder im Kinderbecken spielen, entspannen Sie in unserem Innenwhirlpool, spielen Sie Tennis oder Billard, trainieren Sie in unserem Fitnessraum. Der Aufenthalt in unserem Resort bietet Zugang zu vielen Strand- und Wassersportaktivitäten. Unsere perfekte Lage ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einigen der besten Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten am Strand entfernt. Breath taking view! Clean, spacious, kitchen well stocked, and easy access to the beach! Perfect location and quieter end on Thomas Drive. Treasure Island Condos are clean and Suzie is a terrific host and quickly responds to any questions you might have! Oh and it’s located between Schooners and Patches!!!

This is the 3-4 time we’ve stayed here and we love it!

We have stayed at all of Suzies properties at Treasure Island, this was our first time on the 4th floor. It was nice. View right over the pool, still beautiful views of the Gulf. Condo was clean and inviting when we got there. Plenty of bath towels provided for our family of 5.

Repeat Stay - Excellent Accommodations & View!

This is our second stay and couldn't be happier with the accommodations, view, and property overall. Owner is very responsive - just had one minor question and resolved immediately. Property is well maintained by on-site maintenance staff. Comfortable sleeping, large dining and kitchen, too. The pool and beach access - along with the view - can't be beat! We will definitely come back.

Very clean & spacious!

Mojito Treasure was the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of towels and washcloths provided, the kids really liked the idea of the bunks in the kitchen area. Plenty of dishes, nice updated appliances, absolutely no complaints whatsoever! They even have all of the screws on the light switches and receptacles turned the same way! Very nice place.

Love this condo. Always love coming back each year. So clean, so simple, so fun with all of the colored utensils and dishware. So beachy, and Homie at the same time!! go to the beach, do the fun activities in PCB, wonderful resort with gated entrance and security. Watch dolphins right off of your deck!

Nice place in a nice environment

Nice condo in a nice building. People are very friendly and the building is well taken care of. The kitchen is fully equipped, plenty of pots and pans, plenty of counter space. Nice TVs. Beautiful view of the beach and sunsets. The dishwasher would need to be replaced though, and the washer and dryer are very noisy. The swimming pool was heated and very clean. The hot tub was also very nice. We were there for two months in winter and we enjoyed our stay. Overall I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good time at the beach.

Awesome week!!

Our experience at Susie’s condo was wonderful! Check in was easy and the keyless entry worked out great!! From the time you first opened the door the cleanliness was evident! The smell of a freshly cleaned condo was met on arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. Bedding was nice and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were updated and nice. View was beautiful from the balcony. Susie was able to be contacted easily and quick to respond with questions! Only con was on arrival on Saturday, everyone is coming in and there are only 3 elevators, so there were waits or you had to walk 10 flights of steps, with kids this was a little difficult. Overall it was a great experience and I would book with Susie again at her beautiful condo!!

Fall Adventure

You definitely want to stay at Mojito Treasure 2. From initial booking to check out everything was a smooth process. Suzi has made it a point to try and think of every detail you may need all the way down to plenty of towel racks and hooks to hang towels in the bathrooms. The condo itself is lovely with gorgeous ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need. We cooked several meals and had every gadget we needed to make a complete meal including Thanksgiving dinner with homemade pies. We really enjoyed hanging out on the expansive balcony to play games or watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening. The beds were comfortable including the pull out couch so everyone was able to get a good nights rest and be ready for the next days adventure. The fitness center was nice to have onsite as well as the heated pool and jacuzzi. We also enjoyed the fact there are a few restaurants within walking distance and many others close by. We especially enjoyed Sombreros Taco's & Bar next door. Suzi is a great host and was available immediately the couple of times I had questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful views and wonderful condo stay!

The Treasure Island Resort is probably one of the best kept condos in PCB. The crew that cleans and picks up around the property work tirelessly on keeping it clean and nice. The condo itself is very nice and well kept. Felt like home! The view over the pool, and the Gulf of America is amazing! You can see perfect sunsets right from the balcony. Honestly, the only thing we would say to do, is make sure you check all the fine print if your bringing a pet! You'll love this place!

Home Away From Home… Already Booked For Next Year!

Mojito Towers is truly a PCB vacationer’s dream condo. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The kitchen is stocked with any possible appliance or cooking tool you will need. We were able to stream our cable service on all three of the flatscreen tv’s and had amazing wireless service. The keyless entry was nice… no keys or cards to keep up with. Suzie was wonderful to communicate with - she always responds the same day. We can’t wait until next year!

Loved our state here!!

We just got home from a fun filled week here! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. They had everything you can really need to enjoy your stay including extra TP(brought my own just in case), shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, dish soap/pods, hair dryer and pretty much any appliance or pan you would need! It made the stay extremely easy and comfortable. The check in was a breeze and the elevator was never an issue. The only thing I did not care for was the karaoke down at the pools. Not my thing. Especially when it seems like it's right outside my bedroom window! But I only remember that 1 night and it calmed down by 10. Definitely did not impact my stay! The door was easy to unlock, the washer and dryer in the room was a lifesaver for sure! When we arrived one of the fans was making a terrible noise and after looking at it, the glass was cracked. I notified Suzie of it and within a day or so someone was there to replace it! I highly recommend renting this condo!!! Hopefully we will return in the future!

Hi, I'm Suzie — a Panama City Beach local who grew up with this beautiful coastline as my backyard. 🌴

The beach has always been my peaceful place — where life slows down, the emerald water puts everything in perspective and everything feels a little lighter. Some people discover PCB on vacation. I was lucky enough to grow up here.

What started as a dream of owning a beachfront condo for my family turned into something I never expected — a genuine passion for sharing that same feeling with families and guests who love the coast as much as I do.

Over 225 five star stays later I can honestly say this is more than a rental business. Every condo is personally managed by me — not a call center, not a property management company. Just me, genuinely invested in making sure your family has the vacation you've been dreaming about.

I think about the details — organic sheets on every bed, a fully stocked kitchen, exclusive discount codes waiting in your welcome packet — because I know how much a great vacation means to a family.

I'm always just a message away and quick to respond. When something needs attention our in-house maintenance team handles it fast. You're never on your own here.
