Wir haben gerade unser Haus im April 2019 auf vrbo gelistet und würden es gerne mit Ihnen teilen! Wir hatten viele Gäste und 12 "5 Sterne" Bewertungen in zwei Monaten!

Kajak, Spielzeug für den See, Tretboot, Paddelbrett inklusive! Plus die Bettwäsche ... was am See selten ist !!!

Unser Haus wurde ursprünglich 1974 erbaut und im März 2019 komplett renoviert, darunter eine neue Küche, Badezimmer und Möbel. Diese Eigenschaft hat Seeblick von fast jedem Zimmer im Haus! Im Familienzimmer ist ein 54-Zoll-Smart-TV zum Streamen von Netflix mit der fam. Aus dem Wohnzimmer ist der Wintergarten, der einen spektakulären Seeblick bietet. Vor dem Wintergarten befindet sich eine geräumige Veranda mit neu gepolsterter Terrasse, wo Sie sitzen und essen können.

Die Küche bietet alle neuen High-End-Geräte, Theke und ist voll bestückt. Wir haben einen Keurig, eine traditionelle Kaffeemaschine, einen Mixer, einen Toaster, Weinöffner, Weingläser, Auflaufformen, Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck und vollen Service für 12. Die Hauptebene umfasst auch zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Das erste Schlafzimmer ist die Master Suite, die mit einem schönen "Fog" -Polster ausgestattet ist. Sie bietet ein Kingsize-Bett und eine Veranda mit Blick auf den See. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet zwei Einzelbetten für zwei Einzelbetten für 4 Personen. Es grenzt an das Spielzimmer, in dem die Kinder Platz haben, um Spiele zu spielen oder einen Film im 48-Zoll-Smart-TV nach einem langen Tag im See zu schauen!

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer und ein Vollbad und ein Halbbad. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und bietet Blick auf den See. Das vierte Schlafzimmer bietet 2 große Betten in einer schönen Glacier Grey-Polsterung. Außerhalb dieser Räume befindet sich ein zusätzlicher Familienbereich mit einem großen 65-Zoll-Smart-TV, einem 8-Fuß-Billardtisch und einem Stehtisch / Hockern.

Kinder mitbringen Wir haben eigene Kinder! Alle Renovierungen und Updates wurden für Kinder gemacht! Es gibt sogar eine Tür oben auf der Treppe, die für Sicherheit gut ist!

Nachdenken über Mahlzeiten? Wir haben einen Weber-Grill direkt im Außenbereich, wo Sie am See speisen können!

Auf einem flachen Grundstück gelegen, sind Sie nur wenige Schritte vom überdimensionalen Dock am See entfernt. Wir haben ein großes stationäres Dock und einen Schwimmer. Viel Platz um dein Boot zu binden. Unser Angebot enthält zusätzliche Informationen darüber, wie und wo Sie ein Boot mieten können, falls Sie dies wünschen. Direkt am Hauptkanal am Caddock Creek gelegen, sind Sie im Hinterland der Bucht geschützt. Wir haben eine Schaukel, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten oder in den neu gepolsterten Außenmöbeln von Gloster zu entspannen.

We had an amazing time! The house is well maintained and has everything you could need for a fun, family lake vacation. The house was also very well prepared for little kids, as well. The hosts were super responsive and commicative. Our kids had an amazing time jumping off the dock, and we were able to rent a boat locally and have it at the dock. Our family would love to come back again!

What a fabulous way to spend a 3 day weekend!! We planned ahead for lots of time indoors with all the fun games the house provided, as well as games from home. The host was very accommodating and welcoming. We look forward to staying there again when the weather is warmer.

The Kitchen was not stocked as well as we would have liked for all the cooking that we did for Christmas. The dining room chairs definitely need upgraded. The beds were quite comfortable. My son thoroughly enjoyed the shuffleboard. Overall it was a very relaxing enjoyable home.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving family vacation here! The house was perfect for the 8 of us plus our dog. Plenty of room for all. The billiards tables, foosball, and game cabinet were most definitely used, lots! The kitchen was well stocked for putting together a Thanksgiving dinner. The rooms were very comfortable for everyone involved. We will definitely be returning, hopefully in the summer!

When they were being loud upstairs we just sent them downstairs and it gave us some peace and quiet lol. There were some cleanliness issues and a few items that were broken/missing when we arrived. Kayaks are only one person so we were not able to take our kids out with a parent (ages 2-7) which was a bummer. However, the fishing off the dock was amazing! Everyone caught at least one fish. Each night we cooked out on the charcoal grill and had a fire in the exceptionally large fire pit. It was so quiet at night and truly a beautiful place to stay on Smith Mt. Lake.

We agree — the lot and the easy walk to the lake make that view truly amazing! Thank you for sharing that photo. I’m so glad you loved the home and all the indoor activities for the kids. We’ve also ordered two sit-in kayaks that will be available starting April 25, 2026, so we hope you’ll come back this summer and enjoy those as well. And it’s great to hear everyone had fun fishing off the dock — it’s a fantastic spot on the lake for catching some pretty big fish!

Host was wonderful!We did run into a few issues but they were resolved quickly. If you like cooking and grilling this isn’t the house for you. No pantry of sorts to put any food away that you shop for. No counter space in the kitchen to prep. The grilling area, well there isn’t one. Just a round charcoal Weber grill ( small) no table to put the food you are cooking on, I had to use a chair. Again I like to grill and cook. Other than that we all had a wonderful time.

Just as a quick update for future guests, we have added a new large Weber grill as of April 26, 2026. The kitchen layout and amenities are shown in the listing photos, and in the seven years we’ve been hosting we haven’t received concerns about the kitchen setup, but we always appreciate feedback and are continually making improvements for our guests. Beautiful Place

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay at this property. We had small children, and they absolutely loved the play room! We had a wonderful time playing in the quiet cove with the multiple lake toys. It was a wonderful experience, we will be back!

The house is okay & the lake is on a quiet cove. The trampoline is fun! It's not far from a brand new DG so if you forgot anything, it's an easy distance to the DG.
