Wonderful Place!

We stayed here for a short vacation. The location on the North beach was phenomenal with views of dolphins and boats from the balcony. The kitchen was well-stocked and clean. The bed was comfy. Overall, very pleased with the place and would rent again when coming back to Tybee!

The view and location could not be better. We saw dolphins every day. The beach was quiet. Very nice pool. The only downside was the mold in the bathroom and the strange smell. The condo looks like the pics. Well stocked kitchen. Building is a little run down but the condo itself is nice.

Great for a weekend getaway

Was just what we needed for a weekend away. Wasn’t expect the bedroom to be right inside the front door and the bathroom was tiny but other than that it was nice and neat and in a great location for waking to the pool, beach and shops.

The address for the check in at the local office is wrong. When we put the address in our maps, it took us 2 miles past where we were supposed to go. The condo however is super nice, close to the water and very private. All the amenities were great!

Great getaway

Loved this stay! Property is north on the island - not in the thick of things but 5-7 minutes from everything. Our stay in April was quiet and we had full access to the pool and the beach. Having an ocean view from our balcony was a bonus.

Loved watching the dolphins.

We were able to watch the dolphins from the balcony and see the beautiful sunset. Easy beach access and close to restaurants. Some of the other guests were not considerate during the night and early morning, but we enjoyed our stay

Perfect Location by the Beach

Tybee Rentals was a perfect host. Communication was good. We could walk to the beach, Tybee Light, Huc-a-poo's & TyBean for morning coffee and it was close to South Beach when we wanted that busy-ness. Ideal location and clean!

Cute Unit Quiet Location

The property was clean and well maintained. It is closer to the beach, in the quiet side of the island. Rental car or bike needed to get to majority of restaurants. New mattress and bed and sofa bed would be welcomed. Also a box of Kleenex would have been nice.

Summer getaway

Great update condo. My daughter and enjoyed our time away before she leaves for college. We love the small quiet beach where we were able to watch the boats and ships going to and from Savannah.

June 2020 Stay

My new husband and I loved our honeymoon to Tybee Island! The place was really nice and had such cute decorations. We loved the updated kitchen and spacious balcony with good views. The beach was not crowded at all and was very relaxing. We also loved being so close to Savannah and spending a day there. Lots of beautiful views and great restaurants nearby! We hope to come back someday soon!

Love the view!

Our favorite part is the view of the ocean off the little balcony and the 60 seconds it takes to walk to the beach! Kitchen has everything you need, even though we chose to walk to get coffee and try different seafood places. The bed is comfortable but makes a lot of noise when someone moves. The bathroom is tiny / adequate - - and the ceiling needs some attention. Regardless, we plan to book again!

I feel like we were misled as to this being an oceanfront property when could barely see the water which was not the ocean. The condo was not very clean with mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and a very rusty shower rod. The bathroom was too small and the bed was awful. Very disappointed we have always had positive things to say about our trips but this one was very disappointing.

This is a beach front property - the condos are on the beach, and it has an ocean view - this part of the island is where the bay and the ocean meet. The room itself was nice. Love the location. Upon arrival, we found many light fixtures either not working or strobing effect. The screen on the patio door was ripped up the side. Called property management immediately, approx. 4:16 pm. No return call until 1:30 pm the following day asking if everything was taken care of. Nothing had ever been addressed. Asked to notify us prior to maintenance entering as we were not there. Came back and found they had been there and fixed only half the problems. Didn’t care for the woman’s response they have 400 properties they take care of. Was that her empathy??

Our technicians have their own codes to enter the properties and have right of entry. Unfortunately, we can't always know what time a tech will get to the property and address issues; therefore, we cannot guarantee we will be able to notify the Guest of their arrival time. We tell our Guests that they do not need to be present for work to be done, as we do not want them to spend their vacation waiting for a tech. The remaining issues have been addressed.
