Neu renoviertes und dekoriertes Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer. Wir hatten Ihren Komfort im Sinn, als wir diesen schönen Rückzugsort geschaffen haben. Unsere Möbel sind so bequem und unsere Betten sind unglaublich! Unser Kabel- und Internetanschluss ist auf dem neuesten Stand und unser 55-Zoll-Smart-TV ist ein Genuss. Unser Deck liegt zum Golfplatz und bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten für einen ruhigen Nachmittag zum Lesen oder für Gespräche und Cocktails.

Unsere Kingsmill Wohnung ist nur wenige Minuten von Busch Gardens entfernt. Kingsmill bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice zum Park. Das historische Williamsburg bietet wunderbare Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Pelhams Ordinary verfügt über einen eigenen Pool. Der Pool ist vom Memorial Day Weekend bis zum Labor Day Weekend verfügbar. Es ist nur wenige Schritte von unserer Wohnung entfernt.

Susan ist jederzeit per Text / Zelle / E-Mail erreichbar.

Williamsburg visit

Relaxing Spring Break

The property and location were perfect for our spring break getaway to Williamsburg. It was a little cold to play golf, but being right on the course was still a plus. Very comfortable bed and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to eat in. Our host, Susan, was super responsive whenever we had questions and very accomodating for an early checkin. We visit Williamsburg 2-3 times every spring and this was by far the nicest place we've stayed. We will definitely visit this property again.

Great Weekend Stay

We rented this well appointed condo for W&M Homecoming weekend. We booked somewhat last minute as hotel options were limited. Booking here was a great decision. Condo was a great value given the location, the space, and comfort provided. It was easy to check in, the condo was clean and Susan was a great communicator pre and post stay. We would definitely stay here again for a weekend stay to Williamsburg!!

This property backs up to 9th hole of the River Course. Clean, quiet development. Exactly as advertised. Susan is a great communicator. Hope to stay here again. Be advised, however, that renting this property does not give you access to the resort restaurants and services.

Excellent Kingsmill Condo

The condo was just as listed - very comfortable and spacious for a one bedroom. The golf course view and walking distance to Kingsmill activities were pluses. Our host, Susan, was very responsive although we didn't need much assistance. We have stayed in many other Kingsmill units and can say that this one is the best we have seen.

Awesome Williamsburg Getaway!!!

This place was an awesome home away from home while enjoying Williamsburg. Everything in the condo exceeded expectations. Spotless clean and a very welcoming place to stay. Susan was an excellent owner/host making the entire process incredibly easy for us from start to finish. Checked in with us through our stay to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommended on all fronts…top shelf owner and property! We will definitely be back!

Great accommodations, wonderful host

The one and only drawback to our stay was the noise level. You can hear everything the next-door and upstairs neighbors do. Otherwise this was a stellar visit and Susan is a wonderful, responsive host!

This is our first year owning and renting during the holiday season. There are only a handful of privately owned condos and the resort manages all the others. Thanksgiving and Christmas are a busy time for the resort and it is disappointing to hear these comments about the noise. Brian and I have never experienced this but we haven't used the condo for a holiday season yet. I can't control the resort guests rudeness to their neighbors and I am sorry that you experienced this increased noise. Thank you for your kind comments about our condo and my performance. We really care about our guests. We are proud of our condo and love sharing it with others.
