Unser Turm 3 im fünften Stock, 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer verfügt über deckenhohe Fenster, die allen Zimmern einen unglaublichen Blick auf den Strand, das smaragdfarbene Wasser und spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge über dem Golf von Mexiko bieten. Die Wohnung verfügt über 1756 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche. Neues Sofa und Liebessitz, Stühle, Bettwäsche, Wandkunst und Akzentstücke. Atemberaubende Küste Dekor !!!!!

Alle 3 Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig und verfügen über 3 eigene Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschtischen und übergroßen Gartenwannen. In allen Schlafzimmern gibt es große Flachbildfernseher.

Die Küche ist komplett für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten ausgestattet und das Sitzen ist kein Problem - Esstisch für sechs Personen und Sitzplätze für drei Personen an der Frühstücksbar.

Die Wohnung ist mit einer brandneuen Waschmaschine und einem Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit ausgestattet. !

Nicht zwei, sondern ZWEI Balkone schaffen am Ende des Tages die perfekte Atmosphäre für Spaß in der Sonne, Entspannung und Privatsphäre.

Das Long Beach Resort liegt direkt am zuckerweißen Sandstrand des Golfs von Mexiko. Das Resort verfügt über 2 polynesische Pools (saisonal beheizt), 3 Whirlpools und einen 6800 Quadratmeter großen Lagunenpool mit Palmeninseln, Wasserfällen und üppiger tropischer Landschaft. Die HangOut Bar and Grill liegt günstig am Lagoon Pool.

Das Long Beach Resort ist rund um die Uhr an sieben Tagen in der Woche besetzt. Das Parken ist direkt vor Ihrem Gebäude - nicht auf der anderen Straßenseite - nicht in einem Hochregal-Parkhaus!

We’ve stayed at Long Beach Resort for the past four years and it never disappoints. First time in this condo and it was great, plenty of room and privacy for our family. Easy access to the parking lot, beach and pool.

Wonderful location. Perfect spot for our family.

We had a wonderful week at the beach. Great location. Close to places to eat and shop without being in a crowded area. Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing week with family. Each group had their own bedroom/bathroom and plenty of space in the living areas to be together.

Fabulous condo

This condo was everything we were looking for! Fantastic views, plenty of space and pools! All bedrooms had ocean views and balcony access. Nothing like waking up to the sounds of the waves crashing while having your morning coffee in the balcony. We would love to stay again!

This is a great condo!

We went with our adult children and teenage grandchildren. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of room to sit on the porch; along with open area inside with space for games, meals and tv. Can’t wait to go another time.

Stay Here!

Long Beach Resort was perfect for our family! The condo was very clean and Kim's Condos was great. Check in was easy and they answered any questions we had quickly. With 3 pools at the resort, we had many swimming options and never had to wait long for an elevator. Access to the beach was great! We loved the gated community of the resort and the security guard letting residents in and out! The beach was never crowded in front of our resort. Many restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this resort and Kim's Condos to anyone!

Perfect Place!

Condo was perfect! Big and spacious, beautiful decorations, everything you could want/need was supplied. Host was exceptional to deal with, no complaints what so ever. We will definitely be back next year to this unit! PS~ all outlets worked, ac units were great. If you like a really cold bedroom~ sleep in one closest to laundry room~ vents blow directly on bed~ and it feels amazing 😀 Elevators were quick, pools were awesome also. Easy access in and out to beach.

The location was great the condo is nice but they need to get new cleaning people. the shower curtains in all 3 bathrooms have mold on them. The floors need a good cleaning as well. There also need to provide more towels. Other than the cleaniness which is very important it was nice

Thank you for your review, once you let us know as you were departing that the shower curtains needed to be changed, we immediately put in new ones. We provide 5 towels per bathroom for a total of 15 towels in a 3 bedroom, we also provide a washer/dryer in the unit for your use if you need to launder those towels. Thanks again!

Would definitely stay again

Condo is very beautiful and great place to stay. Only issues we had was that it wasn’t getting cool in the front bedrooms. The bedrooms never got below 79 during the day and 74 at night. The king suite stayed very cool and no issues. Windows let in a lot of heat even with the curtains closed and both sliding doors are very hard to open and close as the tracks is worn out. Other than that we absolutely loved the condo and the resort itself. Quick elevators, easy beach access and chair service, great pools and hot tub!

Good Location, Good sIze Condo, nicely decorated.

Not as clean as expected especially with COVID 19. No TP upon arrival. Not enough towels. Management was responsive with our concerns. We have stayed at Long Beach many times over the last 20 years and enjoy the size and location. Condo really needs a thorough cleaning. We enjoyed our stay in spite of the bad weather due to SALLY..

We appreciate your comments, however I must disagree with the fact that no toilet paper was left, the housekeeper leaves an unopened wrapped roll of toilet paper on the roller in each bathroom. The unit is stocked with 4 towels per bath for a total of 12 towels and you are provided with a full size laundry room with side by side washer/dryer to wash thru your stay, however we did bring you more towels to make it more convenient for you. Thank you!

Location, Location, Location

Great location, the bonus, and it is a large bonus is the 4 beach chairs the unit comes with. Some of the sliding patio doors would not lock or close all the way, and other small issues but it really didn't matter since we were gone the majority of the time. I would rent a car for the entire trip next time. It is located around several stores etc. but much easier with a car.

Okay, not great

Upon entering the property all I could hear was sand crunching beneath my feet leading me to believe that it was not swept or vacuumed prior to my arrival. Several electrical outlets did not work. There was pop tart wrapper on the floor under the curtain In the living room, pillows on the floor. It just didn’t seem clean at all. There was a box fan in the closet which was a nice surprise, but it didn’t work.. the air vents were dusty and filthy. The couch was old and worn. People above us were loud all night. It is close to the pool, but that just meant you heard kids screaming all day. I just expected more after paying over 5k for a condo. Not impressed, but the beach views were great. If you’re going to spend this much money stay somewhere nicer.

This cleaner sweeps, then vacuums, then mops the unit, so it is surprising to hear you found it SO sandy, however if that was the case had you called to let me know I would have been happy to have sent her back. We checked all of the outlets once we read your review and found them all to be in working order, some of them operate off of a light switch so maybe that was your issue. We don't provide box fans so I can't speak to whether or not it worked. The couch is only 3 years old and is a distressed leather suede fabric that is certainly not old or worn. Every 3 bedroom at Long Beach resort is located over one of the pools there so during summer you're going to hear kids and probably adults as well.

Will Not go Back

We could not get in at 4:00 checking time because condo was being clean. we had to wait almost 1/2 hours outside the condo in the heat and entertaining 2 year old. when we went inside the condo was filthy. i took pictures and contacted kims condos. she offered a refund but no compensation. after i said “were are we suppose to go”she offered us another condo while contacting the manager of the cleaning company. after looking at the other condo and returning to first and talking to manager we decided to stay. we had to leave for two hours for manager to reclean condo. again for our inconvenience we asked for combination but offered a refund. kims condo did refund us a cleaning fee and that was all. we had to stay we had no were else to go. the condo needs updated. mildew in the tubs. a light fixture hangs from the ceiling was reported and not fixed, the refrigerator was filthy, the sinks, tubs, countertops all dirty. food on table and countertops. dish in microwave missing. the sliding door stuck. the manager did do a good hob of cleaning but whoever owns this rental really needs to go in and give it a good scrub and fix fixtures. i would never suggest this condo to anyone. i cant believe it can be rented to people.

Thank you for your review. There was an issue with the cleaning people, they did not do the job that we expect out of our cleaners, so I contacted the owner of the cleaning company. She was there shortly after 4pm to do a complete reclean of the unit. In the meantime this renter was offered an identical unit at the same resort as the one they were currently due to stay in, same bedding, same floor level, but it did not suit this renter, she said she liked the other unit's decor and furnishings better. She could have checked into that unit immediately instead of waiting for the other unit to be cleaned, however she chose not to. We did refund her the cleaning fee for her inconvenience. The cleaner got the unit cleaned up and ready for them by 6pm. I spoke with this renters husband/son (?) on the phone, he was very apologetic and he told me they were going to dinner anyway so it would be no problem to have the cleaner reclean the unit while they were out. They were able to leave all of their belongings in the condo while the cleaner recleaned. The cleaner who recleaned did not leave dirty countertops, mildew in the tubs or a dirty fridge, I'm sure the renter is referring to the way the first cleaner left it. After that first incident with the cleaning, we did not hear from this renter again so I think if it had been as bad as she says, we would have most certainly had a phone call from her ..

AMAZING!

Absolutely beautiful condo with breathtaking views of the ocean in every bedroom and the living room! Easy access to beach, pools and parking area and no wait for elevators! Had a great time and didn’t want to leave! Thank you Kim’s Condos, we’ll be back!!

Nice condo, just not enough utensils for a group of 10. Constantly having to wash for the next meal

Everything was perfect and plenty of room. Location was great. Pools amazing

Amazing stay

It was an amazing condo and will rent again. Very convenient it was nice and a lot of room. Great stay.
