Good location, had necessities

The location was good and easy to get around town. The property had necessities and plenty of towels. Bathroom situation could have been awkward with more than one couple, but it worked fine for two of us. Linens were clean and looked new. Overall, happy with our stay.

great stay over holiday weekend

We spent the weekend in Steamboat Springs for 4th of July weekend. This townhouse was a great location. We had easy access to a bike path that led downtown. The place was clean and well taken care of. It had everything we needed, although an AC sure would have felt nice. I had prompt responses from the owner and had no issues with our stay. Recommended!

Not as advertised.

Great location. Condo is outdated, not a huge deal though. The condo was clean but has a stale smoke smell that is not pleasant. List stated there is a hot tub/pool at the clubhouse however when we arrived it was closed indefinitely and per local residents had been closed for awhile. We would not have rented if we had known the hot tub wasn't functioning. Property management acknowledged the issues but didn't provide any solutions, basically it was "sorry but oh well" attitude.

Brad, thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear of any odors present in the home during your stay. Please know that this is not the typical standard our guests can expect as we do have a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking in our homes and take every opportunity to rectify concerns such as these as they occur. Our local team will inspect the home to ensure it's odor-free for future guests' stays. Unfortunately, there was an emergency shutdown of the pool area due to snow damage. This was unforeseen and quickly done. The area should be back open by summertime. The hot tub is closed for the rest of winter and all future guests have been notified. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment this caused and we hope to have a chance to better impress you on a future visit.

They got me.

What we were told was very misleading. There is NO AC so good luck with 90° days, the only restroom is upstairs and there is only 1 real bed, the other is a set of bunk beds and a pull out sofa. There is also a very small public pool with hot tub. The place isn't bad but had we been told these things we would have chosen a different place.

Steamboat condo

Great location and perfect condo set up for a small family or two couples. My only complaints are that we made the reservation for 3 people, but only 2 towels were provided. Also, it would be nice if there was some storage/Tupperware available. Overall though the condo and shuttle was very convenient and we enjoyed our stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Everything our family needed for a long weekend in Steamboat. Perfect little kitchen & family/dining area. The bus stop is about 50 yards from the front door. We will be back!

Fine place, no frills

Apartment is old and you can tell owners are working on updates. It's not fancy but it worked for a couple of days. Two pads was confusing - one on building is most obvious but doesn't work. We almost didn't open the door to see the correct key pad.

Pros: Check in and check out, super easy! Very cost effective. Beds were comfortable, all switches were labeled, stocked kitchen with all you need. Cons: Parking, condo was semi updated, pool was small. Condo looked clean but some things got missed (dishes were in the sink, used soap left in the shower, trash not taken out).

Loved the deck and the view. Moose cow and calf walked by! The master bed was very, very small to be comfortable for a couple, but plenty of bed space for the two kids with a bunk bed. Well stocked for families (we didn't need it but there was a booster seat for dining room and plastic dishes - which I would have appreciated a few years ago!).

The property was nice and the beds were comfy. We loved all the Magpies that hung out in the trees surrounding the condo. We were just a short drive to downtown Steamboat Springs. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is very nice and functional with a lot of space. We stayed there with our 2 kids for a ski weekend. We thought it was an excellent value for this area in Steamboat.

Excellent family friendly condo!

What a great family friendly condo! We have two kids (7 & 9) and they loved all the games and toys at the condo. It is a very cozy, nicely remodeled condo that is in a super convenient location. It has an awesome brand new deck for having some adult beverages in the evening, a great grill and picnic table. Furnishings are new and in great shape. Kitchen is the best stocked of any house/condo I have stayed at. Appliances all appear new and the washer dryer in the unit was a life saver. Did I mention the kids loved the video games and board games? It is decorated very nicely and has extremely comfortable beds. There is a free bus a very short walk from the condo as well as walking/biking trails. The ski resort is literally down the road. It is a very short drive to town for shopping, dining and activities. Coming from Texas it was incredible to have such cool weather in the "dog days of summer". Steamboat has so much to do in the summer, its a fantastic town! The kids can't wait to come back. We only wished we had stayed longer! Owners are very nice and responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Summer Vacation!

We came up from Fort Collins for a long weekend (Thurs-Sun) summer vacay! We have an active family of five so we had a lot planned. We were very impressed with this condo! It had everything we needed, plus stuff we didn't know we needed, like board games, Wii games and toys for the kids. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable! The large bunk bed was a hit with the kids and they were super excited that they didn't have to share a bed when they discovered the hidden bed under the bunk bed! My parents joined us midway through and took the pullout sofa bed, and there were plenty of well labeled sheets for sleeping there. The pool was a big hit with the kids after a very busy and active couple of days, as was the deck where we sat with a cold beverage to enjoy the summer evening. Overall, we had an incredible weekend and it was so wonderful to be able to stay in such a nice condo, close to town. Steamboat is such an amazing place with tons to do! We couldn't fit everything in so we plan to be back and we will definitely book this condo again!

Clean, quiet, family friendly

Steamboat was a new adventure for us, and we stayed for five days and four nights with 4 adults, a toddler, and a baby. This place fit our needs perfectly! We were able to cook meals so we didn't have to eat out every meal. It was extremely affordable. There were enough beds for everyone. It was clean, comfortable, and homey. The toys and other comforts were greatly appreciated. The pool was great, too! 5 stars, would definitely stay again, WAY better than a hotel.

Great Family Condo

The condo was perfect for our family! We traveled with 2 children (1 & 5) and Grandma. We were able to have our family stay in the bunk room together and Grandma had her own space to get some quiet from the kids! My sons love the large variety of toys and games! They kept them entertained when we were not out enjoying Steamboat. The condo was well stocked with other kid items as well such as dishware, port a crib, booster and sound machine. While there are neighbors on either side we could not hear them at all. The bus stop was literally right at the end of the parking lot and about a 10 minute ride to the Gondola/Base area. We will absolutely look into booking here again for summer or winter travel.

Modern Comfort

Love this place! Plain Jane on the outside but super modern and uber clean on the inside. I think the whole interior has been redone in the last year. Owner is kind, generous and responsive. Bunks great for kids. Location excellent. Will stay here. Repeatedly.
