Thanks for your review and feedback also. We have addressed all the recommendation after conferting our propoerty from long-term rental to short-term Disney guest. We hvae repainted entire home, TV are replaced in the childrens rooms, furniture are replaced with new luxery sofa plus lot more. You are all welcome to visit to enjoy our club-house and fresh our vacation home now.

Great Location but needs some upkeep

The owner was good to work with and prompt in getting back to us. Upon checking in it appeared the house hadn't been cleaned in awhile. We vacuumed, cleaned the dishes, and had to wash some of the bedding. The pool needed to be cleaned as well, we notified the owner and he had it taken care of. However as the week went on it appeared that the pools filtration system needs some attention as it never cycled. We also had problems with the refrigerator/freezer and had to contact the owner to get a response from the property manager, it took them 2 1/2 days to get a technician there to "fix" the problem which really couldn't be fixed until after we left. Also 2 of the bedrooms TV's didn't work at all. Overall the house is in a great location, close to main Orlando attractions and a Super Wal-Mart for groceries. However I think that the house could definitely use some overall upkeep and maintenance.

Very disappointed

Worst place ever I arrive with my family and the place wasn’t cleaned at all, I took may pictures and sent it to the property manager and she didn’t care so i sent it to the owner same thing, they didn’t do anything about it to fix the problem, i understand the weather was bad but at least yo need to make it up to the guests, I requested to leave a little later and he said no because he has someone else check in, still to clean that house it’s not more that 2 hours and check in it’s a 4 and he denied it, also i have to be calling the owners to set the AC because it was too hot, every place I have been with my family I do have the access to it, I don’t have to be calling the management or the owners, completely disappointed, family of 6 people and it was only one toilet paper in each bathroom not towels paper no soap it was nothing at all And he has the nerve to tell me to comeback

Thanks for feedback. I spoke to guest. It seems like he is very particular about cleanning process. He gave us good tips how to check post cleanning to insure cleanning is done perfectly. Our home are cleanner after checkout plus sanitized. Thereafter our property manager performs post checkout cleanning inspection. I have a cleanning team that is working with us for more than 4 years. They work very hard to please our guest but it was very hard to please expert in cleanning.

As life-long Floridians, we were so excited to be able to come back to Central Florida for vacation. The home was in great shape. Clean throughout. Whenever we had questions, we were able to directly communicate with both the owner and the property management company and they responded very quickly. No major issues to report! Would definitely consider coming back to this home in future trips to Central Florida!!

Nice property, helpful owner

We had a great short stay at this property for a couple of Disney days and a family wedding. Working with the owner ahead of our trip was an excellent experience! We needed wheelchair accessibility for a power wheelchair, and he was kind enough to provide a short ramp to help us get the chair up the 2-3" step into the home. It was spacious in the living areas and not overloaded with furniture, which was super helpful so our son could move around the home in his chair. We were able to make showers work with the walk in showers as well. We greatly appreciated the excellent communication and the above and beyond service to allow the home to be accessible to us! Those who need these features know how important they are and how rare to find. The weather was a little cool, so the pool was a bit too chilly for us to use. We ended up using the community pool, which was very nice and warmer since it gets more sun. The community game room looked fun if you have little ones. Pool has a full bar, which was an unexpected bonus! A couple of suggestions might be adding a few pool towels, and hand towels for the bathrooms. We only found bath towels and washrags. It might also be nice to provide a couple of trash bags since those cannot be purchased in small quantities usually. We were able to get by with the one provided plus using some grocery bags for trash since our stay was short and we were gone most of the time. Also the garage photo needs updated since all of those items are no longer in the garage room. Perhaps it is being updated? Did not affect our trip but it might for those who have young kids. Overall a very nice property located in a beautiful and secure neighborhood. We would definitely stay again when visiting the Orlando area. Thank you so much Surendra for your courtesy and communication, making this a very smooth process and an enjoyable trip!

Best family Christmas we had in lovely home

The reservation process was excellent painless. We were communicated with all the details on time along-with tips for the Disney vacation. Additional details were given how to access the local restaurants and shopping center. The house is in excellent condition we all enjoyed in this lovely home, we had lots of fun plus good memory from our stay. The owner had communicated with us from time to time.. we will visit again and stay in the same property

Very clean, perfect for family

We went to Orlando with family to visit Disney World and we stayed in this house. It had modern upgrades and amenities, conveniently located near the theme parks, roomy and spacious. I would stay here again.

That made me to invest in this beautifully kept property form Mickey. Now I have a freedom to get away from the east cost to sunny and warm area...

This is a very seculated community near Disney. I wanted to have nice family rambler home. The villa has many extras to make your stay very enjoyable. It has been furnished to a very good standard. The great floor plan secured entry 24/7 gated community, 4 bedrooms, game room and the pool area.
