Unsere Luxus-4-Zimmer-Reihenhaus ist Teil des Regal Palms Resort in Highland Reserve Golf Club und privaten Wohnanlage. Es ist voll klimatisiert, voll möbliert und verfügt über eine eigene Zufahrt und einen Balkon. Die Schlafzimmer haben ein King-Size-Master-Suite, Queen-Size-Suite und zwei Suiten mit zwei Betten, sowie 3 Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche. The cleanliness of the unit was lacking, there were ants everywhere even all over my kids toothbrushes (not even just in the kitchen), the sheets were so old and poor quality that my body stuck to it weirdly and I slept very poorly. Reached out to owner and he kept referring me to the management company even though he was the one that did the listing. Dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes, and the dishes in the cabinets were mostly dirty. The fridge froze all of our food.

Shot little stop over

This is our 4th time staying at Regal Palms in the town homes. We absolutely love the area and the resort. The homes are mainly the same with slight different nuances. This home was exactly as you would expect. It was perfect for our short stay. The owner was easy to get a hold of and everything we needed was in one spot. Appliances and decor slightly outdated however we don’t go on vacation for the appliances. Lots of room for everyone and everything we needed was there and clean. Would stay again

Great place, would stay again

Resort was great, owner was fantastic! House was overall good, but a few shortcomings. The description said the king bed suite was on the main floor, but it was actually in the second, that was hard on my knees. We were not made aware of the resorts towel service so we ended up buying beach towels before we checked in. It would be nice to make guests aware of that. We were also told there would be a small amount of basic things in the house; however 2 bathrooms had no toilet paper and the other 2 had a few sheets per roll, not even enough for our first night. There was no hand soap in 2 of the bathrooms, no dish soap at all (we were told there would be at least a bit). The house is for 8-10 guests but we only had 5 cereal bowls, so that made breakfast an ordeal each morning. Considering there are minimal bath towels, it would be nice if there were at least bath mats to avoid the floors getting so wet. Also, it would be nice if coffee filters were provided. It seems like a waste to buy a pack (which has min 100 filters) for a short vacation. Lots of tvs bit batteries in most of the remotes were dead. We appreciated that there was a big fan for each room, a nice big fridge with an ice maker (so amazing) and a huge comfy sectional! We also loved the large dining table, and the fact that there were 8 chairs was great!Laundry machines were great! And we were so impressed with daily garbage pickup. There was no AC we called management they showed up 3 1/2hrs later there was no battery in the Thermastate and she couldn't fix the AC. We called VRBO put in a complaint that we wanted a refund with VRBO and Management. We left and gott a hotel at Holiday Inn Express. Where is our Refu

Outstanding Deal--Great Accommodation

Came here for the Labor Day weekend with my family and we had a blast. We had more than enough room to spread out, the beds were very comfortable, the living areas were very clean, the communication between the host and us was excellent, the distance from the house to the pool was pretty close. Some of the appliances were a bit outdated, but they were in great shape and operational. I'm including that here because some folks prefer the look of updated appliances, whereas, we're just excited that we have amenities that a hotel cannot offer. If you're traveling with a large party, then this is the best bang for your buck. Cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you to the host for giving our family a cost effective alternative to other lodging options.

Ok stay

Property is overall ok. It really depends on how much you expect. I have rented other homes multiple times. It’s basic nothing spectacular nothing that would prevent me from staying again but it wouldn’t be a first choice. The resort in total needs updates. The property itself needs new pillows, sheets and towels. The sheets have stains which we initially thought was dirt. There were 5 bath towels one hand towel and no wash clothes in the downstairs bathroom. Pillows extremely flat. Front door doesn’t close good dishwasher doesn’t close well. The fridge sounds like a lawnmower. Both sliding doors need repairs and a good cleaning

Disney Trip

This property was in a perfect location for our stay. It was about a 30 minute trip between the condo and parks and the traffic in the area was not bad at all. The condo was clean, but could have used a little deeper cleaning as there was a lot of dirt/dust/grime on the light fixtures and switches, BUT nothing that would have made me want to not stay there. Kitchen was well stocked and there was ample room for our family of five. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kids loved the arcade(even the 18 and 19 year olds!) and the pool was refreshing to dip into after the parks.

Week long stay

Overall a decent place to crash after spending many days at the parks. The unit had plenty of space for our family. The unit is a 6 min walk from the pool and other amenities.

pool and water slides were very nice. convient to grocery. Lock box not near door but on side of porch, hard to find in the dark when we arrived late at night. But we were able to call and got assistance right away. The unit could have been cleaner. Over all nice place to stay.

Great Location and perfect for families

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Checking in was a breeze, and the staff was friendly. The condo had everything we needed for our family if 5. There’s a Publix grocery store 2 minutes away in a shopping plaza that also had a liquor store. We will definitely look to stay in this property on our next trip to Orlando.

Nice Resort, unit could have been better.

Our stay was primarily so our family could spend our days at LEGOLAND prior to being family to there airport. This location was ideal as it was halfway in between and the large unit allow for our family of 6. Although we didn’t spend much time in the unit other the to crash at night. However there were a few things that could have been better. Upon arrival the dishes were found to be put away soaking wet there were only 6 forks even though this unit is designed to sleep 6 and even less spoons. The kitchen also have a bad case of ghost ants which being from Florida I am familiar with but surprised I didn’t see anything being used to combat them. Also the tvs were also an issue at the nice tv downstairs would be ideal but it was not hooked into the cable and would not allow us to sign in to any of our paid subscription channels and the tv in the bedroom had no sound which was a little frustrating when you just want to come back and unwind. Overall the resort was very nice, the pools the water slide and the attendants. I would probably stay in the resort but not this unit.

Love this place

I love this place. The restaurant onsite is fantastic and the pool is amazing. The townhouse we stayed was clean and spacious, with room for everyone to have their own space. The location is very convenient to all the parks!

Great Location, Filthy Townhouse

Family vacation of 6 adults and 1 child, from Upstate NY. We absolutely loved the location and resort area. However, the townhouse was not clean; our feet bottoms were black after just 10 mins of checking the place out, there were ants, sheets had crumbs on them, overall just felt like we stayed directly after someone without cleaning in between. We will book in this area, for our next trip, but not this specific townhouse.

A Nice Resort with a Close Proximity to Disney

Overall, I enjoyed our time at the property at Regal Palms. The house was large enough for my family, and it was clean, safe and accessible. The only downside was that I chose this property, largely for the lazy river and water slide for the days that we weren't at the park. When we arrived the lazy river was drained for refurbishment, which meant that the hot tub and slide were non-functioning. I know this wasn't the fault of the listing agent on Vrbo, but I would recommend calling the resort ahead of time before booking in the winter months if you are attracted to those features.

Great location

This property is very close to Disney (10-15 min) and Universal (30 min). The rooms are all spacious and lots of areas to stretch out after a long day at the parks. The condo itself is in need of some TLC, general maintenance, and a deep clean. If you are looking for a no-frills "home base" this condo is for you. The pool area was great for our family.

Bad experience

My experience @ Regal Palms Resort was a terrible experience. We had to check out a day earlier due to bed bugs, roaches, odor in house, and the air did not work very well. I called several times and could not reach the property manager.
