Der private Pool, die üppige tropische Landschaft, überdachte Balkone und der Pavillon sind bei unseren Gästen sehr beliebt. Die private Außendusche auf der Rückseite des Hauses ist ein Muss für alle, die sich beim Duschen auf natürliche Weise im Freien aufhalten möchten. Die Leute sagen weiterhin, dass sie dieses Erlebnis lieben.
Nur wenige Gehminuten von Stränden, Bars, Restaurants, einem Tauchshop, Paddelboard und Sonnenuntergangs- / Schnorchelkreuzfahrten entfernt finden Sie in diesem zentral gelegenen privaten Villenhaus für jeden etwas. Nach einer kurzen 3-minütigen Fahrt gelangen Sie zum örtlichen Lebensmittelgeschäft, in dem Sie alles finden, was Sie im Urlaub benötigen. Eines verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, ein Bad mit Dusche, ein Wohnzimmer mit großem Futon, eine Küchenzeile (Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Spüle) und einen überdachten Balkonbereich. Das 3. Schlafzimmer liegt nebenan und verfügt über 2 große Betten und ein Einzelbett. Der Vor-Ort-Waschraum ist entweder vom 3. Schlafzimmer oder von der Rückseite des Hauses zugänglich.

Das Haus ist in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und verfügt über öffentliches Wasser, Strom sowie einen Notstromaggregat und einen Wassertank für den unwahrscheinlichen Fall, dass es vorübergehend während Ihres Aufenthalts benötigt wird.

Lovely Home

The home is well designed for multiple families. Small kitchenettes in bedrooms on the first floor. Main kitchen on the second level. The pool was lovely as was all the outdoor landscaping. Some very minor housekeeping issues occurred during our stay and they were taken care of promptly. Property was comfortable and clean and close to Rincon Beach.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed ourselves. House was perfect for our family. Kitchen pots and pans needs updating. Need a few trays. Welcome kit like coffee, tea, milk and cereal for first morning would be nice to have upon arrival. Our hosts were very responsive to our communication. Enjoyed the pool. Grounds were nicely manicured and clean also.

Family vacation in Rincon

We absolutely loved the pool and outdoor areas. The house was clean but could use some updating to the furniture/fixtures. The house was close to beaches, places to eat and grocery stores. The hosts were very responsive. We could hang by that pool area everyday!

Spring break/50th birthday celebration

we had a amazing week at this vacation home in Rincon! The property itself was so relaxing with plenty of outdoor space. Our family of five had enough room to spread out. we could walk to several restaurants, coffee stands, etc. We loved the town of Rincon and the many beaches in the area. Perfect vacation!

Nice Spot in Rincon

We had a few afternoon rain showers during our stay and the balcony was perfect to enjoy the view until the sun came back out. Lovely place, would recommend.

We absolutely love this property! It's a beautiful, spacious and clean space with all the amenities needed. The location is great! It's within walking distance to some great places to eat and drink. Would definitely recommend to anyone vacationing in Rincon. Hope to stay here again soon!

Peaceful Getaway

Other than a couple of issues…ac not working properly and not being able to get into the establishment at first. Plus downstairs cable not working for the first two days as well. And the toddler’s chair was nasty but should be great now after a little elbow grease from yours truly. Other than that it was a really nice and peaceful experience. The location is truly close to just about everything (beaches and restaurants). You will need to travel a bit for groceries if you plan on cooking so stop at a store before getting to your destination to save yourself a trip. And double and triple check the drawers before leaving so you don’t leave anything behind like I did! I guess I was in too much of a hurry and assumed I checked everything before leaving. Now my loss and someone else’s gain.☹️

Absolutely amazing home steps away from all the fun

Honestly this house was perfect. It is close to everything in town, beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.. the owner's instructions were clear & concise so I didn't have to bother them for anything. The A/C runs cold, pool is beautiful, there's like... 3 refrigerators, even 2 outdoor showers. My only complaint is that I wish we stayed longer than just a week! Seriously so much to do in the area. If you're coming to Rincon make sure to stay over a Thursday night to attend the Art Walk in town, it was a great opportunity to find some beautiful souvenirs. We loved our stay here.

Great Outdoor Space

Our two families enjoyed Casa Ensenada very much. We especially loved all the outdoor space so that we weren't on top of each other. The pool was wonderful, we were in it every day, the kids were in it by 7 AM! The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Fabulous house close to everything

This house really exceeded our expectations. The house itself is beautiful and is exactly as advertised. The views from the balcony and roof are great; the pool and deck area was a great place for our family to hang out. The kitchen is well stocked with things you would need to cook. The beds were comfortable. We really couldn't have asked for more. It was a bonus that beach chairs, coolers, an umbrella and towels were included and there were pool toys and snorkel gear that someone left behind. I look forward to the opportunity to stay here again. We all agreed it was one of the nicest properties we've booked. The hosts were great and super responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. Finally, we couldn't have asked for a better location. It's a quick 12-15 minute walk into town and you could walk to the marina and one of several beaches in 5-15 minutes (Steps, Black Eagle, Balneario). Honestly, if you like to walk, which I do, you can walk to every beach from Playa Donna to Domes in 25-30 minutes and a fabulous find was the trail that connects all of the beaches from the Marina to Domes that begins at the Paseo Communitario and follows a trail through the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve. This was a great and easy morning hike. Finally, another bonus: the house is a quick stroll away from a great coffee stand, smoothie stand, and breakfast/lunch spot at the corner of 413 and C Cambija: Cafe 2 Go and Wake and Break. Highly recommend! Can't wait to return!

Absolutely wonderful stay

5 friends and I stayed at johns property for 1 week. John was very gracious during our planning process and even changed dates for us not one, but two times! Casa Ensenada is absolutely a dream come true. We went to Gozalandia waterfalls, snorkeled on Steps Beach, found Domes beach, went to crash boat beach, explored all around Rincon, and drove through old San Juan due to delayed flight. Rincon is an absolute gem of a town and the locals are extremely friendly! The food is amazing, and pina coladas are out of this world. We hope to come back one day soon! Thank you so much John!

Best location / amazing property

Our family had a blast while on this property. Everything was well explained, check in and check out instructions very easy. The location is perfect and close to restaurants and the beach!! The house is well equiped and the owners' attention to details is above expectations. They had beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella, big plus!! John was very responsive. I can continue writing how spectacular our stay was but I will leave it at this... you will not regret a stay at this property. We are already looking at dates to come back!! They also have a property that sleeps more people next door!! Thank you John!

I’m an avid traveler who stumbled upon Rincon Puerto Rico nearly 20 years ago and 10 several years ago decided to bite the bullet and build this home for myself and later decided to let others to enjoy it as much as I do. I live and work in Oregon and having been raised near rivers, the ocean, mountains and an abundance of nature came to appreciate what I consider the best kept location in Puerto Rico, Rincon! It’s geographically located on the very western tip of Puerto Rico with an amazing mix of locals and people from the States and even a scattering of people from Europe. I enjoy the long stretches of beaches that are not lined with big hotels but instead allow for a truly relaxing time with little restaurants, shops, bars and of course vacation homes. Snorkeling with the friendly wildlife (fish, manatees and turtles) is always a special treat that always brings a smile.

Perfectly located with easy 5 minute or less walks to the beach, town and restaurants, horseback riding, water rentals, diving, snorkeling and a short 2-minute drive to the romantic Rincon Light House and many other things such as street artists in Rincon Puerto Rico. The home is also equipped with a 600-gallon water tank and propane generator in the unlikely event either are temporarily needed.

What I enjoy most is the location of the home as it allows people to easily walk around much of Rincon without the need to hike uphill or be tied to using a car. The private pool, lush tropical landscaping and covered balconies are a favorite for most guests. The private outdoor shower is a must have for those wanting to go natural outdoors in private while showering... people continue to say they just love that experience.
