Rachel, we understand the frustration with the hot tub access and the inconvenience of having to call someone. We had the largest snowshoe storm during your stay that we have had in several years, to say it hampered our serviceability is an understatement. Regarding the heating and fireplace, we apologize for any discomfort you experienced. After checking our records I can not find any record of our office being notified of any of these issues. It appears we only learned about the issues when you checked out. We strive to respond to and correct issues in a timely and effective manner. We strive to provide a positive and memorable experience for our guests, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations. Please know that your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to making the necessary improvements to enhance our guests' experiences.
