This property was awesome! All the comforts of home, and then some! 7 of us (all adults) were very comfortable with plenty of room and privacy for all. Wailea Beach and the beachwalk were a 5 min walk from the property. Communication with CBIV was great; very timely responses! All in all, a wonderful place!

Family reunion

The property is beautiful, in a great location. We had 7 adults & were extremely comfortable. The villa was well stocked, better than we expected. The only issues we had were the dish washer did not work. We called & repair man showed up within an hour & said it was fixed, but we continued to have the same issue. Also limited space to hang wet swimsuits & towels. A few hooks in the laundry room, bathrooms or even garage would have been nice.

Perfect!!!!

This was the perfect unit for our family of four. From the three bedrooms, to the spacious lanai, to the short walk to the pool, it fit all of our needs. The short walk to the beaches and shops and close proximity to golf courses were a bonus, as well. While we were out enjoying Maui during the day, we looked forward to coming back to our beautiful condo in the evenings. The kitchen was very well equipped and the washer and dryer gave us a mid vacation wardrobe boost. The communication was spot on throughout our stay. Kaitlin even suggested a restaurant to celebrate our anniversary at. If we plan to return to Maui in the future, we will try this property first!

Great place to stay!

My family and my friend's family stayed in this beautiful townhouse for a week. It was great! - Living room on the 2nd floor is large, connecting with a big balcony. Our kids ran around and had much fun! - Spacey kitchen allowing 2-3 people to work together! - Master bedroom on the 1st floor is equipped with an awesome bathroom. Taking a bath there was so enjoyable! - Great swimming pool in the community! - Walkable distance to the beach! - The host was very helpful and responsive! Here are some tips for future visitors: - As it's located near the hotel area, there isn't good grocery stores nearby, until you drive ~8 minutes to a Safeway. So plan ahead! - Remember to take the towels if you go the swimming pool. - If you want to take beach chairs to the beach, it's better to drive a car, although it's within walkable distance.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the unit and property in general, 10/10. Impeccably clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Road noise is a major issue that just can't be overlooked. I live in the city, and I want to get away from the noise, so this was a huge letdown that I couldn't relax on the lanai without listening to the traffic. Good thing the doors and windows do a good job of sound isolation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this is a spacious, "premium" unit that "checks a lot of boxes". However, some things were inconsistent with the general vibe of the place, and showed an unexpected lack of attention to detail.General condition: As pictured and comfortable. The kitchen was rather basically equipped, probably adequate if you don't plan on cooking many full meals there. The bottom rack of the dishwasher seemed to be missing one row of tines needed to support dishes properly. Also, the rack itself didn't fit well, so it kept sliding off the rails when loaded with plates.Location: Conveniently located near the entrance to the complex and the swimming pool, with beach access a short, pleasant walk away. However, the lanai faces a small garden which backs up along the main Wailea thoroughfare. Because of this, it is quite loud inside the unit when the lanai doors are open and when you sit outside on the lanais (2 of the bedrooms also have lanais that open out onto the garden area), despite the lush foliage blocking the view of the road.Cleanliness: Living room rug showed some staining and clearly had not been vacuumed (cracker crumbs all over, plus an old, squished grape on the rug and dried up grape stem on the coffee table). Several surfaces in the kitchen would have benefited from a simple wipe down. Heard scurrying (along the gutters) and later saw a large rodent scampering across the lanai. Carpet in the master bedroom needs cleaning.

You have plenty of space in the common areas to be together or separate in the luxury of your bedroom. The furniture throughout is super comfortable and the house has every amenity including plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The lanai has a garden view, but in less than 10 min you are on the Wailea beach. And the pool oasis is just steps away. A real luxury find for a great price at one of the top beaches in Hawaii!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 8 (6 adults, 2 kids) loved our time here! The unit was very clean and comfortable, and it was a pleasure to use the well-appointed kitchen. The welcome snacks and included beach chairs/towels/umbrellas were a very pleasant surprise. Our POC Cody was very timely and reliable, especially when we forgot a wallet post check-out and had to go back while the cleaners were there. The only minor issue we had was finding a couple of small cockroaches (dead, thankfully!) here and there throughout our stay. Location was really great: walkable to Wailea resorts and beach, a quick drive away to great beaches and restaurants in Kihei, and relatively painless to get to central Maui. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!!
