The light switch configuration in one of the bedrooms is original to the home and can be a little unique, but we understand it may not be intuitive for every guest. Guest comfort is very important to us. Regarding the complimentary refreshments, we don't advertise or charge for a welcome basket. The bottled water, tea, and snacks are simply a small courtesy we leave for arriving guests after their travels. While we're sorry they didn't meet your expectations, they are intended as a thoughtful gesture rather than an advertised amenity.
