Waves ist ein klassisches Strandhaus am Meer mit perfekten Proportionen. Es befindet sich an den Wanderwegen in Seaside, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand, den Geschäften oder Restaurants und den berühmten Airstream Trailern des Seaside Centers entfernt. Es ist nur ein paar Schritte von den weißen Sandstränden und dem smaragdgrünen Wasser von Seaside entfernt. Der private Zugang zum Strand erfolgt über einen eigenen Pavillon.



Waves hat ein super Strandgefühl und ist gut geeignet für einen Urlaub zu zweit oder für eine kleine Familie.

Good Overall

I left notes on the note card in the space. But overall a good stay. The few notes I had were as follows: Floors dirty with hair Counter tops & sinks & shower had hair Bedroom Ceiling I could not get to work Hot Water was minimal - lasted about 4 -5 minutes per shower then ice cold Drinking glasses and utensils had to be washed before I could use Please see note left in space for any other comments

Perfect location!!

Such a great location- close walk to beach and Seaside!! Great carriage house! Perfect size for our small family of four!! Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect spot

This was the cutest house, and it was in the most perfect location. It was a super quick walk to the shops/restaurants and even shorter walk to the beach. Perfect for a couple getaway!

Lovely Seaside cottage for Two

This is a really sweet home and right in the middle of all the fun things to see and do in Seaside! Having a roomy outdoor space was so nice as well.

Seaside Dream!

We loved our stay at Waves! It is truly the perfect location. The property was clean and easy to get to. All the directions provided to us were extremely thorough and made check-in and check-out seamless. We cannot wait to come back and stay again!

Perfect location...adorable cottage!

Place was perfect and so close to downtown. We came in for a long weekend for our anniversary, and they had left us a note and wine. The customer service was amazing!

Waves Property Seaside

We had an excellent stay. In fact we're already discussing a return trip to the 30A next year! The Waves cottage is quite small, but it is a great location, and is bright, clean and comfortable. It's great for a couple or a family of four with small kids.

Amazing location

Our stay here was overall really nice! I do agree with the other reviews in that it could use some updating along with some additional cleaning. The location is great and perfect for walking to shopping and dinner.

Vacay with Dog

This property was exactly as advertised. Communication was always efficient and the property manager checked in routinely to make sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and out was easy. Wonderful location and our dog loved being able to tag along. Would stay again!

Blissful stay in this adorable beach house. Perfect size for 3. Fold out couch was very comfortable, AC was perfect. Some extra lighting fixtures would’ve been nice, but this house was perfect for a week.

Love the location!

Stayed here for my husband’s 40th birthday. The carriage house was beautiful, very clean. Within walking distance to the main square in seaside. There was some confusion with parking, but overall an excellent time.

A nice stay. Nice and cool, nice pool with comfy padded chairs were a nice touch. Bathroom and Bedroom on main floor was musty - only complaint. Very close to beach, pool, and town
