Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re glad to hear that your family enjoyed the spacious home, convenient location, well-equipped kitchen, and outdoor spaces. It sounds like the home worked well for bringing multiple generations together and enjoying the beach and surrounding area. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We understand how uncomfortable it must have been to arrive while the owners were still at the property, and we’re sorry for the disruption. We also understand your concerns regarding the bounce house and the added inconvenience of bringing linens-we do try our best to make it as easy as possible to rent them. Most importantly, we’re very sorry about the smoke detector incident. We completely understand how upsetting that must have been, especially with children present. All of the smoke detectors are inspected by the building department before the beginning of the season- but sometimes they will still go off at the most inopportune times. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as guest feedback helps us continue to improve the property and the experience we provide.
