Standard, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Loft und 3 Bäder Eigentumswohnung in Gehweite zum Canyon Lodge Skilift. Schlaf 8 Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über 1 Queensize-Bett und einen Flachbild-TV / DVD-Combo. Das Loft verfügt über 1 Kingsize-Bett, einen 47-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und einen Blu Ray-Player. Die Einheit verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten, die in den Schränken des Schlafzimmers untergebracht sind. Im TV-Alkovenbereich gibt es auch ein Queen-Schlafsofa von La Cross mit einer extra langen, extra dicken Matratze. Hergestellt in den USA. Zusätzlicher TV- / Bar-Bereich neben dem Wohnzimmer hat auch einen 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit Blu Ray-Player. Das Gerät verfügt über insgesamt vier Fernseher, zwei Videorekorder, zwei DVD / Blu-Ray-Player und eine Stereo-Kassette / CD.  (Ca. 1300 qm) Das Gerät verfügt über einen drahtlosen Internetzugang. Die Einheit besteht aus 3 Ebenen ... Sie betreten den Innenflur des Chamonix B-Gebäudes. Die zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer befinden sich im ersten Stock. Der zweite Stock ist das Wohnzimmer, die Küche und das Esszimmer. Der dritte Stock ist der Dachboden. Das dritte Vollbad befindet sich auf halber Höhe des Dachgeschosses vom Treppenhaus und das Dachgeschoss ist bis auf den Treppenhausbereich geschlossen. Es stehen 2 Außenparkplätze zur Verfügung. Chamonix Recreation-Zimmer verfügt über einen großen TV-Bildschirm, eine Leseecke, einen Billardtisch, Tischtennis, einen Kicker und ein Businesscenter mit Faxgerät, Kopierer, Computer mit Internetanschluss und Laptopanschluss. Sauna, Hydro-Spa, saisonal / Sommer-Pool und BBQ-Bereich. Münzwäscherei im Gemeinschaftsbereich in der Nähe des Büros. Pluses - Great location (easy walk to Canyon Lodge). Good amount of space for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids). Kitchen had a good (if mismatched) assortment of dishes and pots/pans.Negatives - Unit is very dated. Carpets and linens clearly haven't been replaced in a while. One of the bathrooms didn't appear to have been cleaned prior to arrival (shower in particular needed cleaning before use)

Perfect Location!

Just a short easy walk to Canyon Lodge. Beds were comfortable and having the extra bathroom made it very nice for our group of couples. Downstairs TV had some nice movie channels and the large dining room table made playing games a wonderful experience. Rental Management was very prompt and pleasant, and the large supply of towels was very nice.

Family Weekend

Great location, easy check in process. House was as described, but didn’t have enough pillows for our group (I would suggest bringing a couple with you). There was a wide variety of household items to cook and keep it tidy. Would definitely come back! Small note: community areas were nice, but there was a family that occupied them for the weekend so it was hard to enjoy.

Friends ski/snowboard trip

I booked the trip with the intention of having 4 people total and and one of the guests backed out at the last minute. It ended up just being three of us and it was very comfortable that way. We each had our own room/bath which made it nice to have our own place to relax in when we wanted. The photos online are accurate to the condo, it is a little dated but to be honest it was perfect! I prefer places that are a little older with character.

Great Location and Great Layout

We had a wonderful stay! As many of the other reviews have said this property has not been updated but if you can move past that it is a perfect place for a slightly larger group. The place is clean and has everything you will need for a great stay. It is about an 8 minute walk to Canyon Lodge for skiing. Our teens loved the jacuzzi and rec room and used it every night after skiing. It is also walking distance to Austria Hof restaurant which we love! We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again. The only negatives are there is no mud room for taking off boots and the kitchen is really small. The kitchen is well stocked with everything but you might need to dig through all of the cabinets to find things. Thank you again and look forward to another visit someday soon!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfy condo but we encountered a few issues. The amount of stairs were a lot more than we expected for the older family members in our party. This condo is not suitable for anyone with issues climbing stairs. Some portable fans would help those staying in the warmer summer months. I contacted the property rental company prior to visit to see if any available. They were uncertain since not stated in listing but they assumed not. We brought our own in case needed which they were. The kitchen was extremely small for this large condo, we had to take turns using it. The two bedrooms downstairs could use more comfortable mattresses. We enjoyed the pool area and also watching the resident bear roaming condo grounds each day. That was a treat for all of us.

Great location!

This property is in a great location! Good communication with check in and basic info. The condo is definitely older in terms of decor, bed quality, and style, but we just pictured it as a cabin in the woods. Had what we needed in terms of the basics (cooking, bedding, etc.) but not luxurious. You get what you pay for.

Be prepared

The location was the best part of this rental. We have rented for 20 years in Mammoth lakes and I was disappointed by how run down and unkept this property is. If you are a group of bachelors who don’t plan to cook or relax at the condo and want to walk to a canyon lodge - this would be a great option. The property needs TLC .. cleaning was terrible when we arrived very dusted and barely wiped down .. thankfully we brought some cleaning supplies to do it ourselves upon arriving. Cookware is terrible.. rusted, mismatched and limited - also brought a few of our own (so we managed) bedding needs to be refreshed .. These are affordable items that can be picked up at Costco, TJ Maxx, Home Goods - the only highlight was the location to Canton Lodge and the Village but if you have a family and want to cook and eat in .. bring your own cookware and possibly bedding. Hopefully the owner/ host takes a better pride of ownership to make some basic improvements to show a pride of ownership

Great stay

Location is great. Close walk to canyon lodge, close drive to village, small field for kids to play. Space is great for large groups. Comfy spot. Internet is trash, whether normal cellular or WiFi. Overall, very pleasant stay. Would come again.

You were in Mammoth during a very busy time with lots of internet traffic which slows everything down. The speed of the internet is greatly affected by how many guests are visiting Mammoth at the time of your stay. We hope to see you again soon!

Great location

The condo is in a great location with easy access to Canyon lodge. The condo is a little pricey for the amount of people that can sleep there. It says 8 put with multiple adults that are not couples, the bed space is limited.

Wifi and Property management issues

Great location and very accessible. Wifi was incredibly weak (basically useless). Needed help from property management for fireplace and after waiting for 40 min (we were told someone would arrive in 30) we received an email saying no one is available and follow instructions!

The speed of the internet is greatly affected by how many guests are visiting Mammoth at the time of your stay. It is not part of our service to help our guests start a fire in the fireplace so that is the reason we communicated with you to follow the instructions on the fire starter kit we provided. Wonderful Condo... Great Location!

Very nice condo. 3Br / 3Ba quiet location. Highly recommended! The internet service could be faster but, overall we would definitely stay here again! We loved the space that we had for each couple and the deck was a peaceful area to enjoy...
