Diese Wohnung ist nur wenige Minuten von einem Grillstrand oder St. Peter Beach entfernt. Diese Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, brandneu w / d, Geschirrspüler, Schränke. Das Hotel liegt auf einer Insel in der Nähe von schönen Restaurants, Golfspielen, Bootsverleih, Stränden und dem Fort Desoto State Park, wo Sie Fahrrad fahren, wandern oder einfach nur an schönen Stränden sitzen können. Sie werden diese Wohnung lieben, wie wir heute buchen !!!!! Penthouse-Eigentumswohnungen mieten für 7 Tage, 14 Tage, 21 Tage oder eine halbe Stunde. Bei der Ankunft im Condo Management Office ist eine Registrierungs- und Parkgebühr von 100 US-Dollar fällig. Spring Break Stay

We enjoyed the property very much. It was clean and updated and the pool and beach area were great. You need to drive if you want to go to a restaurant or beach, but that is fine. Overall a very good time.

We stayed 8 days with our 3 children and we had a great time. The property and pool are renovated and have a nice view of the canal. You have to go by car to the beach and restaurants but it takes only 5mins. We recommend it for those who want to rest.

This property is great! Conveniently located on the water’s edge and a pleasure full walk to St. Pete beaches, shopping or restaurants. Nice water view of inner coastal and pool directly below the 2 BR with individual bathrooms layout. Nice kitchen and decent appliances. A real joy!

Beautiful views

Very clean condo and probably the most furnished vrbo we have stayed in from dishes to beach supplies. Security was present and helpful. The grounds and pool area was very well taken care of. We watched dolphins playing in front every morning. A 5 minute drive to all restaurants and main st pete beach. Will definitely rent again.

Very clean, great views, great location, awesome pool and hot tub, close to beach and amenities

Would recommend this property as great lay out for two couples, bedrooms separated by two bathrooms, very private . Deck is great size, water view and pool view. Has an electric barbecue on deck that works great. Entire complex is clean and security is 7 x 24. Close to St Petersburg and TAmpa.

The only complaint I have the bed for 2 was a blow up mattress.Hideaway bed much more comfortable..

Home away from home with spellbinding view!

Condo is as described in pictures. Clean, comfortable, and close to beaches. Pool was warm, we could use it in February (not true everywhere!). Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Kitchen had those little things (condiments, sandwich bags, coffee filters) that make a big difference. Owner was great; called us a day early to say we could check in anytime. Next time, we'll stay longer!

Amazing recharge and beautiful stay

This is my second time staying at this property and it again was absolutely perfect. The unit itself is clean, bright, well appointed and was even more perfect than I remember. I chose this area both for the ease of rental with the owner, as well as the absolutely stunning location and close proximity to so much of the gorgeous area of St Pete Beach and Tierra verde. <5 min drive to Pass A Grille or St Pete beach, though sunsets are perfect from your own balcony here and the pool. I already miss morning coffees on the balcony watching the dolphins and boats from the balcony on the inter-coastal, and walks around the property. It can’t get any better. Will definitely be back.

This property is as advertised. Interior is like new, nicely decorated, and with a spectacular view. Centrally located to restaurants and places of interest. Our 11 night stay could not have been better. We would certainly book it again if we were in the area.

Perfect Getaway

Absolutely Beautiful

We had an amazing stay. The condo is beautiful, clean and updates. Everything we needed to have was there for us. It was a great socially distanced trip with beautiful views everywhere. The dolphin watching was the best. Be sure to have dollar bills and quarters. Florida tolls require to pay a dollar coming back over the bridge from the beach.

ANOTHER FANTASTIC FAMILY VACATION

OUR FIRST TIME HERE. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! EVERYTHING YOU CAN ASK FOR AND MORE. THERE'S LOTS TO SEE AND DO. EVERYTHING IS SO CONVENIENT. BEACHES, SHOPPING, AND THE VIEWS. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT. THE DOLPHIN VIEWING IS PERFECT FROM THE WATERFRONT BALCONY. THERE IS SOMETHING TO DO EVERY WHICH WAY YOU TRAVEL. EVEN AN HOUR OUT EACH WAY. WE MET LOTS OF OWNERS WHO LIVE THERE AND ALSO PEOPLE LIKE US JUST ON VACATION. THE NEIGHBORS RIGHT NEXT DOOR WERE SO WELCOMING AND SUCH A FRIENDLY COUPLE. FOR THEM TO WELCOME US FROM DAY ONE AND THEN COME OUT TO SAY GOODBYE TO OUR FAMILY WAS SO NICE. WE WILL DEFINETLY MAKE PLANS TO STAY AGAIN. RICHARD HAS BEEN A GREAT COMMUNICATOR DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS OF BOOKING THE CONDO. WE AS A FAMILY OF 6, WITH 4 BOYS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 3-16 HAD THE MOST AMAZING FAMILY VACATION TO ADD TO THE BOOKS. UNTIL NEXT YEAR...

Great Location

The condo at Bahia was beautiful great location very clean and cozy. The only issue we had was the condo was very tight for five people. We went with our sons 25,22&17. It says that it sleeps six that’s with a blow up mattress on the floor in front of the entrance door. Also the master bedroom bed is HARD. Other than that the condo is great everything you need is there and the owner was great to deal with. I would recommend it to anyone It would be Perfect for four people.

Incredible home and oasis

My partner and another couple just came back from a 10 day stay at Rich’s condo and it was just what we needed - relaxation and a beautiful environment. My partner and I love the area, and have been many times, and continue to come back. From the start Rich was easy to get ahold of and even helped me to extend my stay easily when my travel plans changed. His condo is impeccable - clean, yet not impersonal. We booked this condo specifically since it had a beautiful view of the bay and sunset, and access to a pool on the water, and also had a layout that accommodated two separate couples (most other units in this area have a master suite and a spare room with 2 double beds meant for kids). The area is beautiful with easy 5 minute beach access by driving, or 30 minute walk over the bridge (if you’re up for it - it can get hot!). The condo has absolutely everything you’d need to go spend the day at the pool, or at the beach, including towels (even ones specifically designed for beach chaises), coolers, beach chairs, and even a boogie board and sand toys. The basic amenities are also already in the condo for daily living, including soaps, ziplocks for packing lunches, and Tupperware. Our only problem was that we didn’t want to leave! We know the area well and so are aware of the tolls - but if you haven’t stayed in the isla area, just be aware you will need 1 dollar to go enter the isla area coming from either the highway or the gulf (and at night you may need 4 quarters as the toll booths are not always manned). This is just part of the area and in our opinion, is worth staying here to get the serenity and beauty. Plus, Fort desoto is right around the corner and has gorgeous pristine beaches and fishing. You can even see dolphins and manatees off of the balcony. Overall an incredible trip and we we hope to be back. Thank you Rich!
