Modernisiertes Cottage in einer abgelegenen Bucht im Herzen des Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Unser Seehaus heißt "Getg Inn". Entspannen Sie sich in diesem 300 Quadratmeter großen Haus, das buchstĂ€blich 30 Meter vom Seeufer entfernt ist. Der Panoramablick ist atemberaubend. Das Haus liegt an der Westseite des Seneca-Sees und bietet Ihnen tagsĂŒber sowohl Sonnenschein als auch Schatten. Der Ufermauer ist flach und 15 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Rauchverbot im Haus, aber auf der Anlegestelle verfĂŒgbar. Wir sind voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Urlaub zu genießen. 3 Einzelpersonen-Kajakfahrer mĂŒssen auf eigenes Risiko ĂŒbernehmen. In der Veranda abgeschirmt. Kleine Terrasse aus dem Schlafzimmer.


Dieses voll möblierte einstöckige Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 BÀdern befindet sich in der NÀhe von Dresden an der Westseite des Seneca-Sees.

GemĂŒtliches, komfortables, sauberes Lake House. Herrliche Seevorderansicht, zum des Sonnenaufgangs aufzupassen. Drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer. Schlaf 6 leicht [3 Königinbetten]. Westufer Seneca Lake auf der Seneca Lake Wine Trail. 15 Minuten von Genf, Watkins Glen, Hobart und William Smith College, Restaurants, LebensmittelgeschĂ€ften, Filmen, Bowlingbahnen usw. entfernt. KĂŒche mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Herd, GeschirrspĂŒler, Backofen, KĂŒhlschrank, allen Utensilien, Töpfen und Pfannen. BettwĂ€sche wird gestellt.


Anlegestelle zum Festmachen des Bootes vorhanden.
Screened in Veranda mit Deck aus Schlafzimmer. Schöner grasbewachsener Hof. Videorecorder und DVD mit verschiedenen Filmen (einschließlich Kinderfilmen), Schwimmen, großartiges Angeln, Wasser beginnt flach mit allmĂ€hlichem GefĂ€lle. Ufermauer mit Zugang zum See vom Dock durch Leiter. Der Check-In ist um 16:00 Uhr und der Check-Out um 11:00 Uhr. Im Sommer wird eine Vermietung von 7 NĂ€chten (Sonntag bis Sonntag) bevorzugt. TĂ€gliche Anmietungen werden berĂŒcksichtigt, sofern verfĂŒgbar. In der Nebensaison gilt ein Mindestaufenthalt von 2 NĂ€chten.(MĂ€rz, April, Mai) In der Saison von Memorial Day bis Labor Day Wochenende muss 3 NĂ€chte bleiben.

Very nice, cozy property. Open floor plan made it easy to hang out in the morning and evening. Location was great for west side of seneca and keuka lake. Beautiful view of seneca lake.Communication with host was outstanding. Smaller bedrooms were tight to walk around (totally fine for us - just for other's awareness) and the beds in those rooms were tighter for taller adults.We'd stay here again.

The house was very clean and thank goodness for the AC!!! We loved the location, right on the lake. We enjoyed kayaking in the morning and watching the ducklings. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet cottage on Seneca Lake!

We had a nice stay with our family in this nicely kept home. Situated halfway between the north and south ends of Seneca Lake. We enjoyed the kayaks on the property and fished from the dock. Many nice wineries were close by and Watkins Glen was 25 minutes away. Hiking the gorge in Watkins Glen was amazing Great spot to stay.

Beautiful views perfect location!

What a perfect location on Seneca lake ! We were pleasantly surprised by how large the cottage was compared to the pictures. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch and the views of the lake which was just steps away. Enjoyed taking our boat out for nightly cruises or just sitting and relaxing-the dock is beautiful. Hope to have the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful cottage again some other time!

Perfect Lake Getaway

We LOVED staying at this property over Memorial Day weekend. It is so beautiful and secluded down a quiet road on Seneca Lake, but also right smack in the middle, close to wineries, restaurants, and great hiking. The house was lovely with a great kitchen to cook in, comfortable beds, and a perfect dock to play cards, drink wine, and enjoy the lake. The master bedroom is much larger than the other two, but we spent so little time in the bedrooms, it didn't matter! Would def come back again.

Gorgeous, clean cottage. Incredible lakefront.

We would come back here in a minute! The cottage was spotless clean when we checked in. It is very well stocked. Love that linens and towels were included. The dock and screened in porch are lovely for fresh lake air. The kids swam every day. Lots to do locally. Our hosts were gracious and communicative. Thank you! We’ll be back :)

Beautiful home

My husband and I and our two grown sons really enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and beautifully decorated. Really enjoyed waking up to a beautiful sunrise which I could see from the bed. The screened in porch was very nice and where we spent most of our time. The owners live next door and were wonderful when my husband left some of his clothes there. Would rent the home again!

Wonderful week!

We spent a week here and wished we could have stayed longer! The cottage had everything we needed (and more!) for a wonderful vacation, including great lake views - especially from the rocking chairs on the porch! The interior of the cottage was just beautiful - extremely clean and nicely furnished and decorated. We had so much fun boating on Seneca Lake - which is gorgeous - everyday. And the surrounding area is amazing! The location is perfect - not too far from either Watkins Glen or Geneva. The owners even called us on our second day to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Time!

Had a family- girls weekend at the Finger Lakes. It was our first time and we throughly enjoyed all wineries and most importantly, the house. It was clean, kitchen fully stocked with supplies, and beds were comfortable. Had to call Dan and Sarah for a little error on our end and they were quick to respond. I spoke to Dan personally and he was kind and helpful! We loved being on the lake and are already talking about staying here next year!

Disappointing

This cottage has a wonderful view of Seneca Lake. With the exception of the master suite, the accommodations fell short compared to other properties where we have stayed. For example: There were used bars of soap left in the bathrooms; hair around the drain in the hall bath as well as a very moldy shower handle; used clothing left in the dresser; and some furniture was very worn - seat cushion torn and stuffing coming out. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this cottage as a place to stay when visiting the Finger Lakes.

Beautiful, pristine house

This house has been beautifully rehabbed and is very comfortable. Kitchen is completely stocked, and there is a gas grill. I loved the screened porch and spent mornings watching the sun rise and reading. The deck is new; I wanted to swim, but the algae was not conducive. Just taking a star off as there really wasn't any internet service- we tried multiple times, but just couldn't log in. While vacations are for getting away- I do need to respond to work emails on occasion. Be forewarned- the house is on a road which is reached by a a very steep gravel road.

Great vacation home!

My husband and I, and 2 other couples, visited the Finger Lakes for a few days. The house is easy to find off of Route 14 (just look for Climbing Bines Brewery)....it's a little remote, down a gravel road, but worth the ride.....it's adorable! The living/kitchen area was great for our group to spend time together after a long day of winery & brewery hopping. The house was spotless and the view from the porch and dock was amazing, with beautiful sunrises every day. The master bedroom was spacious and had it's own little deck. The check-out process couldn't have been easier!! Sarah was awesome to deal with and was available for any questions or concerns we had. The only downfall was the lack of closet/storage space. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are very small and don't have closets.....there really wasn't any place to put your luggage or clothing. I suggest packing light since you have a washer & dryer at the house. Despite that, I would recommend the house to anyone and we hope to go back again soon.

Disappointed!

The house was NOT updated and cleaned as advertised. I noticed the ad now has eliminated the word “updated.” The furnishings are dirty/stained, and faded. Some pieces were even ripped/damaged. Overall the house was worn, old, and dirty. It needs a deep cleaning both inside and out. Most of the plates, towels, and bed sheets need to be replaced. We had problems with the water pressure, washing machine, sliding glass door, and kayaks. Host said they were aware of several of the issues but responded with this is our family lake house and we have never had anyone concerned about their stay. We were the first who expressed concerns. They did try to get a few of the things fixed while we were there. The kayaks were the only things replaced during our stay. The icing on the cake was the old dirty pair of panties we found on the master bedroom mattress when taking off the sheets at the end of our stay. The host did agree to refund some of our money after I contacted Vrbo. They then said they would not refund any money. I contacted Vrbo again and words were exchanged and host agreed to the refund. Overall we were very disappointed with the house as this was our vacation and we just wanted to relax and enjoy spending time with our family. If we wanted to deal with all the issues of the house, we could have just stayed home.

Perfect property for a relaxing getaway

We have stayed at this property multiple times in the past and absolutely love it! It is one of our favorite places to vacation. It is right on the lake and has the most amazing views! You can't help but relax. It was perfect for our party of 6. The kitchen is fully stocked should you want to cook a meal at the house. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the dock and fire pit after a fun day of exploring. There are so many wineries, breweries and distilleries in the area that you can't visit them all! Watkins Glen is a must too. We had a very nice relaxing time at this lake cottage. It had everything we needed for the five of us. Nice screened in porch to enjoy the sunrise, kayaks to explore the lake, and beautiful Watkins Glen to enjoy some hiking nearby.

Its proximity to nearby towns on Geneva (15 min), Watkins Glen (15 min), and Penn Yan (10 min) provide us with more opportunities than we could imagine. And being right on the same private road as Climbing Bines is a huge plus!
