Lovely Bungalow

The home was spacious and clean very comfortable beds great decor beautiful home. They should provide more plates and silverware and cups and pots to cook on. The shower curtains should definitely be switched out after every stay. They were grimy especially the one where the tub was. There should not be a fee for early check-in for stays considering that the amount paid and this is not a hotel .

The inside of the house was clean and had plenty of space. We had a little difficulty unlocking the front door when we arrives. But, we were able to reach the owner quickly to get it resolved. The outside of the house could use some updating. The house is close to OCU and the Paseo District making it convenient for our needs.

2021 stay

The house was not very clean. There was dust and dirt under all beds and on windows/blinds. One night we heard gunshots next door and people screaming. This police came but we did not go outside to see what happened. We did not feel safe staying here with our children at night.

Overall the house was nice, old and very airy, but nice all around. Needs matienence.

The home was not set up with TV, the amount of money you pay, should be able to get local chanels, especially in the zone the home is in. Second, the kitchen utenstils and cookware, was worse than what you can use in a 18 years olds apartment. The house was very airy, and needs maintenance BAD. Contacting the property manager should not be so difficult. It would take almost a whole day or two before he returned replies, which were short and uncertain. Overall the whole experience was good, it sufficed for what i needed, but next time I will know more questions to ask before agreeing to anything.

Horrible. Infested with bugs and the owner is aware

Bugs are so bad and the owner is aware. There are bug plugins in almost every room and the bugs are horrible. They are on the floors , curtains, beds they were even crawling out of the pillow cases. they fly they crawl it's crazy. The house also has black hair everywhere. We tried to contact the owner by email and phone to tell him we were not staying, he never responded. The pictures on the web page are doctored it's not like pictured. It even shows beds that are not there. The smell in the kitchen will make you sick. Not sure if it's coming from the bug plugins or the gas stove. OMG it don't show pictures outside the house for a reason the house across the street looks like a drug house and the one behind is almost as bad i have pictures but this site won't allow me to show them. I would hate someone else to believe they are getting a nice place

The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable.

The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen smelled like fish the entire week but it was too hot to open windows. The air conditioner worked great. Wonderful large walk-in shower in one of the bathrooms. The location was convenient to drive to all the downtown and north OKC things we wanted to do. The neighborhood is a bit run down but quiet. It had a good security alarm system. The house is decorated beautifully. We enjoyed our stay there. We had 4 adults but it could easily accommodate 6 adults. We would stay there again.

Nicest house in the neighborhood.

The house was beautifully restored inside. Very comfortable - great shower! Cute, well stocked kitchen. It was close to Brick Town and all the areas we hoped to see while in OKC. The house was adjacent to a big parking lot and the neighborhood was a bit run down, but we felt safe. Hopefully the neighbors will take a cue from this house owner who did a fantastic job fixing his place up.

Great house near OKC fairgrounds with 3bdr/3bathrooms

This house was so convenient to the OKC State Fair Park during the AQHA World Show. The house has been updated and was stocked well for use. It was very clean and the technology was great. The yard was wonderful for the dog we brought along. Dennis, the host, was very responsive. The only reservation I have is that the house is in a developing area. The house had a security system, but I just hope the neighborhood continues to be renovated and improved.

Nice.

House was squeaky clean and recently redone. Stocked like an extended stay hotel with the just basics. (Bring your own corkscrew. :-) ) The house shares the property with a smaller vacation rental but is situated so each feels private. Located 2-3 blocks from Plaza District which had good eateries. One of the reviews I read before booking referred to the neighborhood as in transition. It's not far along in the transition (why 4 stars instead of five) but it was quiet and there is an the alarm system.

This was the perfect place for our weekend celebration.

Great things come in small packages! This home is wonderful. We all enjoyed staying here so much. The decor is very classy and everything was immaculate. Also, the deck under a canopy of shade was perfect for entertaining. This area of Oklahoma City is becoming the trendy place to be. We loved it.

Perfect Weekend Getaway Tucked Into the Plaza District

This house was the perfect setting for a girlfriend getaway. It comfortably slept 3 and could have easily accommodated 5-6 adults. The house is beautifully decorated and was spotless. It had comfortable heating and a/c; the kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend; and the neighborhood was perfectly situated to many bars, restaurants and boutique shopping. We will definitely stay here again for our next weekend getaway.

Great stay in OKC!

This home was very clean and pleasant just as the pictures depicted. The location is in an up and coming neighborhood that felt very safe. It was convenient to everything. We even walked a couple of blocks to restaurants, bars and unique shopping. The POC (Dennis) was an excellent manager. He was very cordial and actually checked us in a bit early. There was an incident with the A/C and he went out of his way to get a maintenance technician onsite within the hour. Thanks again for a great weekend!
