Unser einzigartiges Anwesen ist ein Loft / Apartment im zweiten Stock im Herzen der historischen Innenstadt von Auburn, Ca. Es ist ein geschmackvoll renoviertes Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad, das sich über einem charmanten Einzelhandelsgeschäft an der Hauptstraße von Downtown Auburn befindet. Erbaut im Jahr 1889 und derzeit im Jahr 2018 aktualisiert. Wir haben hart daran gearbeitet, den Charme des Charakters der Jahrhundertwende zu bewahren und gleichzeitig sicherzustellen, dass wir den Raum aktualisiert haben, um moderne Annehmlichkeiten anzubieten, die Ihren Aufenthalt komfortabel und angenehm machen. The pictures don't do the apartment justice. It's even better in person. It was the perfect location. Easy walk to Downtown and Old Town with lots of nearby shops and eateries. The place was super cozy and very charming. It was a perfect getaway to celebrate my birthdya. Dined at Josephine. Stayed one night with just my husband and me. Had my friends come stay for a girl's night the next day. Perfect for both.

This is a beautiful apartment. Excellent facility and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds.Only drawback was an over abundance of scented oils and incense which was overpowering to our breathing.

After a delightful visit to Coloma, we drove to Auburn. I had high hopes for our third stay in Auburn at The Apartment, and they were exceedingly met. We have loved its location. We walked to most everything we wanted to see - museum and little stores. The place was quiet yet convenient to restaurants. The kitchen had what we needed for simple meals, the beds and furniture are comfortable, and it was fun to look out the windows and see downtown below. Dawn was welcoming as usual.I very much hope to be able to return next time we are in Auburn.

This was the most amazing stay we could have hoped for! The apartment is much bigger than we anticipated. It's clean, well kept, and beautifully decorated. The area is so incredibly walkable. Dawn was very sweet and helpful to us. We had the perfect stay.

I’ve stayed here twice. It’s my home away from home for a festival I love that’s nearby. Great location, fun during the day. Many conveniences, great browsing, food choices and cool things to enjoy looking at within walking distance. Food options until about 9:00 close by or a decently stocked kitchen to eat in if you bring groceries like I did. Super quiet and private after 9:00. I go outside at night as part of my bedtime routine and I feel comfortable going for a short walk in the neighborhood. I feel safe arriving late at night, even if there are people (rarely) they are walking their dogs or headed to to a vehicle. There is very little car or foot traffic after 10:00 weekends 9:00 M-TH. I stay by myself and love that after I’m back from the festival and winding down I can play my music loud because no one else is in the building then. During the day I’m careful to be considerate of the downstairs being a business during the day. Communication with Dawn and Don is fantastic, they are prompt, friendly and thorough. The Apartment is a really great place to stay for a visit to the Auburn area.

The pictures and description of “The Apartment” was completely accurate. Check in was smooth. The location was exactly what I was looking for, in downtown and close to old-town Auburn. The home was in pristine condition, tastefully decorated and super homey feeling! Very spacious, comfortable bed and the living room was a “living room”. It is very cool to stay in downtown Auburn in a historic apartment above the downtown shops. It is a great location since you can do all your eating and shopping just steps away from your comfy apartment.

Fantastic experience

I had high hopes for our three-night stay in Auburn at The Apartment, and they were exceedingly met. We were so happy with the loft apartment and its location. We walked to most everything we wanted to see. Auburn has delightful museums and little stores. The place was quiet yet convenient to restaurants. The kitchen had what we needed for simple meals, the beds are comfortable, the furnishings are perfect, and it was fun to look out the windows and see downtown below. Lots of hiking is nearby. Dawn was helpful both before and during our stay. I very much hope to be able to return next time we are in Auburn.

Great spot!

This is a great spot with restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable with the AC keeping up well with the 100 degree highs during our stay. The host was kind and responsive, quickly helping us out when we accidentally locked the door handle. If we're ever in Auburn again, this is where we'll try to stay!

Auburn Charm

The Apartment was absolutely perfect. The space was immaculately clean and well appointed. All the amenities were top notch. Decor was not run of the mill Hobby Lobby junk. It is apparent the hosts put time and effort into creating a space that feels like home. We cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay without sounding like we are being paid by the hosts- which we are not. (That is unless they want to!). We will stay here again and again.

Perfect get away!

Great location, fun and bustling during the day, mostly silent at night! Easy to get around the immediate area on foot with access to groceries, restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to surrounding areas in your car. Well equipped, clean and architecturally unique. Tasteful aesthetic to the furnishings and decor.I travel solo and felt very secure here with four, count them, four deadbolts on solid door to the apartment. Check in and check out were easy peasy. The owner was communicative and very helpful. You're smart to book this place if you're headed up to the Auburn area!

My husband and I are raising 4 boys while we run our bicycle shop in Downtown Auburn.
In 2017 we purchased this wonderful property. We quickly renovated the downstairs retail space for a new business to move in. In 2018 we remodeled the upstairs Apartment area. We take great pride in providing such a unique property for you all to stay and relax.
We love the outdoors. Auburn has so much outdoor fun to be had. We fell in love with this town over 30 years ago, we still love Auburn to this day. We hope you find the beauty this town has to offer.
