Dieses Haus ist perfekt für große Zusammenkünfte, Familientreffen oder Firmenausflüge. Es gibt viel Platz für alle mit mehreren Sammelbereichen, geräumige Schlafzimmer und Vollbäder.

Eagle Feather Lookout befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Garden City mit einfachem Zugang zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sondern bietet auch ein abgeschiedenes Gefühl von den geschäftigen Sommerverkehr. Der Yachthafen ist eine acht-minütige Autofahrt entfernt und das Skigebiet ist nur 15 Minuten vom Haus entfernt.

Zugang zum Wasser: Der nächstgelegene Zugang zum Strand befindet sich etwa 3 km entfernt über den State Marina. Weitere Zugangspunkte am Strand sind Rendezvous Beach (South) und North Beach (North). Jeder Standort erfordert eine geringe Eintrittsgebühr. Der Zugang zum öffentlichen Strand ist ungefähr 8 km südlich.

Beautiful Vacation Home!

We loved our stay here! The views from the windows of Bear Lake are spectacular! The home was very clean and very well supplied. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and other necessities. I liked how the kitchen was labeled with where things are so it was easy to find things and put them back again. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the home to others.

Good times with Family

It a lovely home. Its a little old, but is kept up nicely. It was kind of dirty cob webs in corners, the hot tub was dirty, the back porch where the grill is was covered with leaves and dirt. There was animal hair on the couch. But looking past all this, the location was perfect. The house was accommodating and nice for our large group.

Family time

This home has great sleeping space with excellent beds. while the open common space was not as big as I thought from the pictures, the outside deck space and the amenities provided plenty of space for my large family to play games, eat together and enjoy ourselves.

Great View of Bear Lake

The view of Bear Lake from the deck was great. This is a very good house for a group of children of all ages, which is what we had. We played outside lawn games (in the garage when it was raining for a little while) and had a great time.

Great large family stay!

We will be back

This home was clean, and exactly as advertised. Comfortably handled our group of 20. We loved the ping pong table, and pickleball courts. The deck with multiple picnic tables made a great spot to eat as a group and had beautiful views. We were not able to get the TV's to work, but I'm not sure if the Internet was the issue or is we just didn't know how to cast to them. We will be back in summer for sure. Probably every year for many years to come. I would recommend this house to anyone

Great family reunion

This was a beautiful home and location. Plenty of room for everyone. When we first arrived there was a problem with the lock and they were quick to help and get everything resolved. The view is amazing and we were so close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Family Reunion

We had a family reunion. We enjoyed our stay. The location was great with beautiful views. It was close enough to the beach to take a trip down but far enough away to have privacy and not bother neighbors. We used the pickleball and play room garage much of the time. There was plenty of room for sleeping. There were waiting times for the bathroom because there were so many of us and more towels would be appreciated. Biggest complaint would be no grassy area.The driveway and parking was all gravel and the spot that was advertised as grass was just a small area and full of weeds and super tall grass that needed to be cut. We could not play on it. We initially had a hard time unlocking the door but we eventually figure it out

Great location with lots of bed options

This property shines in the summer, spring or fall, when your group wants to congregate outside on a huge deck. The common area and kitchen inside is on the smaller side for a huge group to stay inside. The hot tubs were welcome.

Phenomenal place for large family gatherings

Great location!! Plenty of parking-even for our boat-but there is also a parking lot below, by dumpsters where boats can be parked. Grandkids LOVED the garage playroom and the pickleball court to just run around on. Great firepit and hot TUBS with views of the lake. Very clean, plenty of towels, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of dishes, and food preparation equipment, plenty TV's and plenty of of hot tubs !!!!

Perfect for our family gathering

The cabin was great; well equipped with ample space for our group of 30. The garage game area was a huge bonus and kept us entertained on a rainy day. We loved pickle ball and soaking in the hot tub. The deck was an awesome place to relax and enjoy the views. Overall a great experience.

Great for a large family weekend getaway!

We used this home for an large family weekend getaway and it was perfect! Each couple had their own bedroom and the littles were able to be in with their parents while the older kids were in the open space sleeping area. Easy access to the lake and plenty of things inside/outside this home to keep everyone entertained but not on top of each other. This home was perfect for gathering everyone together!

Family Reunion Funhouse

This clean and fully furnished property was perfect for our recent family reunion! There a variety of different bedrooms and sleeping arrangements, all with proximity to multiple bathrooms and showers. I love that there are so many different hangout spots both inside and outside. From the basement foosball table and garage game room, to the outdoor Pickleball court, fire pit, and two, yes TWO hot tubs, you’ll never want for things to do! The unobstructed view of Bear Lake is breathtaking and it’s only a quick trip into town to your milkshake stand of choice. This wasn’t the first place we’ve rented for a reunion in Bear Lake; but now that we’ve found it, we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else!

Amazing family vacation location

We spent five days at the Eagle Feather Lookout and absolutely loved it. The cabin was immaculate and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone (ages 1-70). The littles especially loved the area in the garage with the toys and ping pong table. The teenagers loved having their own hang out areas and especially loved the basketball hoop and the beautiful hot tub. I loved watching the sunrise and being able to see the views of the lake. It was breathtaking. The location is close enough to everything but gives you peace and quiet as well. We loved eating out on the balcony which had plenty of seats for everyone. I have no negative comments except that I wish we had stayed longer!

Loved this beautiful place!!

The location was awesome- only a few mins down to Garden City and raspberry shakes! We loved the house and it was big and fun! The kids loved exploring and loved having the loft room upstairs. There were many areas to gather and plenty of chairs/tables. Loved the pickle ball court and game garage room! Definitely would stay again!!!

Family weekend vacation

We were a 20 family member vacation and we were beyond comfortable in this house! It has everything we needed, plus!! Lots of wild life around (deer, turkeys, ground squirrels, birds) All communication was timely and easy to follow.
