I'm so sorry our place did not meet your standards! We have a rotating cleaning crew so if you would have contacted me I could have sent someone else over to freshen up what was not clean. If you want to reach out to me and let me know what was not satisfactory, that would be helpful, as this review is vague on what did not meet expectations thus I can't talk with my cleaning crew about what to improve. Thank You!

Obviously this is a retaliatory review as I said I was going to charge you a late check-out fee for not being out on time per legally binding contract.. Let's proceed with the lies in this review . You stated the the place was dirty with ants in the bed, so you are telling me you slept two nights with ants crawling all over you, are you used to sleeping with bugs in your bed? If this was true. and it isn't. why didn't you complain, take pictures, where is your proof?? We always take pictures of the home before new guests arrive so they can't lie about condition of the home and our pictures show no spiderwebs or ants, plus you didn't complain. So you are telling me you slept with bugs in the bed, hmm, right. Pet hair everywhere? You had a dog that I'm sure shed and you left their feces for our cleaning lady to pick up, she has dated pictures of feces. Again no complaints from you about cleanliness of house. The cleaning lady did not violate your rights, the legally binding contract you accepted said you agreed to being out by 11:00 a.m. sharp as I had new guests arriving. You were not out at 11:00 legally this means the contract ended and you were trespassing. My cleaning lady came in to clean around you, at 5 foot 1, she was not yelling or being violent to grown men. This is a lie. Also, as both she and the property manager are both Hispanic, how dare you play the race card saying that you were called slurs! That is very offensive! The VRBO service team believe this is a retaliatory review based on the communication through the VRBO messaging system and will most likely be removing it but it takes time, so this is to protect our reputation while it goes through the process. As anyone reading this can see from our other reviews there has never been a 1 star review, this is our first one and is so blatantly obvious. Also if the home was so horrible and dirty and you slept with bugs in your beds, why were you not out on time? you think you'd be in a hurry to get out of such a terrible place, which again shows the lies.

First of all I was generous enough to just refund your whole payment for the rental, even though you sent me no pictures of spiders. I took you word for it! I have had no other complaints about spiders being everywhere whatsoever! I tried to help you get your vrbo service fee back even though it was something I had no control over and as I was making zero profit I was doing it out of empathy. Then you threatened me with a negative review if you didn't get your service fee back, which again, I have no control over! As I told you before if I could go back in time I would have made you honor your rental contract and just sent over a cleaner to vaccuum up these so called spiders (that there was no evidence of) or got you a room for the night and set a bug bomb. This is an unfair review. Once you threatend me with a negative review of course I stopped helping you, so you left a bad review, good for you I hope you feel better trying to ruin the business of a property owner that spent 17 days trying to help you.

I wrote you asking what was not cleaned to your specifications and you never answered me which makes me think you were just upset at the price. If you had contacted me upon arrival I would have refunded some of the cleaning fee or sent a cleaning lady over if it was not satisfactory. As for the price I have to charge a base price per the way VRBO is set up whether you are staying 1 niight or a month, so of course I base it on a longer stay but I can't change it for just one night due to the way VRBO is set up. Sorry you were not impressed but I've had no other complaints and since you won't communicate what was wrong I have to assume it was based on price. I would have helped you if you had said anything but you didn't.
