Luana Life ist ein brandneues, schönes, modernes, zweistöckiges Haus, das im Sommer 2018 fertiggestellt wurde und an der schönsten Straße in Crystal Beach liegt. Der geräumige Wohnbereich mit einer Fläche von 300 Quadratmetern bietet in seinen sieben Schlafzimmern bequem Platz für bis zu 20 Personen und verfügt über einen großen beheizten Pool. Alle Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad !. Es gibt viel Platz für große Familientreffen oder mehrere Familien, um gemeinsam Urlaub zu machen!

Erleben Sie den Komfort Ihres eigenen großen privaten Pools. Entspannen Sie im Poolbereich, während Sie auf dem großen Propangrill kochen und den Kindern beim Spielen zusehen. Es gibt viele Plätze für alle! Der Pool ist beheizt und seine Lichter sorgen für eine tolle Abendstimmung.

Das Haus ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom weißen Sand und dem smaragdgrünen Wasser entfernt. Gießen Sie morgens eine Tasse Kaffee ein und schon sind Sie am Strand, wenn Sie ein paar Schlucke trinken. Dieses Haus bietet eine schöne Einrichtung an der Küste, sechs Master-Suiten und einen Schlafraum für Kinder, die alle mit Flachbild-TVs ausgestattet sind. Great Spring Break

We had an overall great experience on this trip. The house had plenty of space for multiple families, kitchen was stocked with all cooking essentials, pool area was great and a perfect location for a short walk to the beach. Loved having access to the private beach area! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful House

We really enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room for our three families. We enjoyed having so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids loved the pool! We loved the open living room and kitchen and the huge dining table! The house was very clean. The house is an easy walk to beach. We would love to stay here again!

Dream Vacation!

We absolutely loved this home - the layout, the location, the heated pool, the management. The house was clean and inviting - great kitchen and family area. We had 13 people and it never felt crowded. Loved that we could all fit at the table! It's in a quiet neighborhood with easy walk to the beach and at the same time SO close to everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again

Outstanding!!

The property was absolutely as advertised, spacious, clean, well stocked with dishes, kitchen utensils and small appliances. Our two small concerns were addressed immediately. The property manager was very friendly and attentive when needed. Our family of 14 was easily accommodated. We highly recommend this property. The golf cart was very helpful for bringing items the short distance to the beach.

Luana Life and it's pool are fantastic!

My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary here with our kids and grandchildren. The house was perfect inside and out. It is just the right distance to walk down to the beach and away from the noisy traffic. The pool is a perfect size for all of us. We were in it every day and night. Also the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom made it easier when we were getting ready to go out to dinner or to the boardwalk. Overall Luana Life is amazing and we will definitely keep it as a place to go back to in the future.

great property and pool. Very comfortable beds. house was great. Very disappointed about weeds around pool and surrounding gravel area. We spent a lot of time in and around pool and this took away from our experience. Weeds were obviously growing for weeks and could have been addressed very easily.

Our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 teenagers) really enjoyed our stay. This house was perfect for us. We appreciated that every bedroom had its own bathroom and loved the great room - especially the comfy chairs in the circular configuration. Kitchen was very nicely appointed. It even had a crockpot and griddle. Could have used a few more mugs, but otherwise was great - plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. The outside pool area was fantastic and was shaded from about 3:00 on - wonderful for our July visit. House was only 2 blocks from a beautiful private beach. We rented the golf cart which was helpful for dropping chairs, etc. off at the beach and just fun to drive around in. Wonderful house with helpful owner / manager!

PERFECTION UNDER ONE ROOF!!!

We had 16 people & a 5 month old! The house was so perfect for our group. All 6 adult couples had their own King room and private bath. The 4 younger kids had a bunk room with their own private bath. The house is so well insulated, you could hear nothing between bedrooms or living area. The living area and kitchen and dining area had better than sufficient seating. The kitchen had almost everything you needed to prepare fun meals! It was a 2 block walk to Barracuda beach access. Go down the boardwalk and then go down 15 steps to beautiful white beach sand. Handicap parking was available (get there early to get a spot) free of charge! The umbrella and 2 chairs are not assigned/reserved. We would go down to the beach about 8:00am and take additional chairs and our towels to hold our spot. It was ours for the day! Grocery shopping and fun tshirt & accessory shopping were VERY close. The house had beach chairs and boogie boards and other pool toys. The owner and the manager were readily available! Great people. The house was maintained VERY well and we do not have one complaint! Thank you for a beautiful place for our family to gather and make awesome memories!

Just what the doctor ordered

We had great weather and we used the pool a lot! We also rented the golf cart and it was very handy. The location of the house is excellent and the other renters nearby were respectful. Good communication from the owner. Hits 1. Clean! 2. 7 bedrooms with good sized bathrooms 3. Comfortable mattresses 4. Dual HVAC and thermostats 5. Plenty Hot water 6. Heated pool (even though it was extra $) 7. Well-stocked kitchen supplies 8. Beach service provided 9. Neighbor as point of contact 10. The BIG table - we ate in often Misses (nothing big) 1. Bikes not provided (mentioned in the description but not available) 2. Pool needed skimming on arrival 3. TV in one room wasn’t working 4. Stock that seems light for a week: garbage bags, Toilet paper, Hand soap 5. Paddle boards are very worn A little work on the landscaping would be a nice touch.

Nice house but not what we were expecting for the price

Our extended family of 16 (all adults and one infant) stayed at this house for a week in June. Pros: The size of the house - 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms & large common area There's plenty of parking at the house. The house manager lives next door, which is convenient when there are issues. Location is close to everything. There are 2 coffee pots. Cons: The pool does not have any handrails, and the pavers around the pool are not level. My mom fell getting out of the pool and broke her pelvis. There is an additional fee to heat the pool. Only one bath towel/person is provided. Not all bathrooms had washcloths. Not all bedrooms had extra blankets, and one of the blankets was stained. We weren't sure that it was clean. There was sand on the floors and in the showers when we arrived. The water pressure in the showers is poor. The propane tanks for the grill were almost empty when we arrived. We were able to grill one meal before running out while preparing dinner the next night. The walk to the beach is about 9 minutes from the front door to the sand, not 5 minutes. There is no parking at the "private" beach, so we saw no need for the golf cart. The "private" beach is very crowded, and you are not permitted to use your own umbrellas and beach tents. There is one umbrella and 2 chairs paid for by the owner, but you must purchase others. It was $360 a week for one additional umbrella and 2 chairs. The beds in the bunk room were uncomfortable.

It was a great time!

The property was nice and I would stay here again. Rent the golf cart to carry all the beach stuff. You have to pay to park but someone can drop off everyone and the beach stuff bring the golf cart back to the house and walk to the beach. The walk to the beach is short. Beach and Ocean are beautiful. It was a great time!

Luana Life was exactly as it looks in the VRBO pictures. It was so clean and there was plenty of room for all 16 people in our party. Renting the golf cart was such a great addition to getting our kids from place to place and transporting the beach equipment. Would recommend this property!

Great Family Spot!

We loved our time at this property! We had a combination of 5 different families during this visit, and this house was a great spot for all of us. With each room having a king bed and its own bathroom, everyone benefited from this space! The house was wonderfully clean, and we felt like had even more common space (kitchen, dining, living) than we perceived in the posted pictures. We also loved, loved the heated pool and golf cart - both added so much fun to our time! The beach is accessible and beautiful--perhaps a bit crowded a few days, but there was a beach chair and umbrella service included that was also wonderful. Our communication with owners and property was also efficient and helpful! Highly recommend!

Heated Pool was a must

The house was as advertised. The kitchen was very well equipped. The weather was cool and sometimes rainy, but it was our grandkids' spring break week, so it was our week to vacation. The owner gave us helpful recommendations for activities and restaurants. It was a good week.

Perfect for our reunion

This house is great! Exactly as it is pictured online. We stayed for a week with up to 14 family members and had a fantastic stay. The pool (so necessary) was just the right size for us to enjoy but also so big that we had to worry too much about our young swimmers. The beach (gorgeous soft sand! Beautiful blue water!) was close enough to walk. The thing I didn’t realize I would love was the HUGE dining table. Due to Covid we chose to eat all of our meals at home. We were able to seat 14! It was lovely to all eat together every night. Finally, I think having all the bedrooms with their own bathrooms gave us all a place to escape when we needed a bit of quiet time. We had a fantastic family reunion and would go back in a heartbeat!! Note: rent the golf cart! It was worth it.

Perfect Place for our family & friends vacation

The house was just as described, lots of room for the kids to play and room for adults when the kids went to sleep. The pool was one of the bigger ones we saw abs very clean. Lots of toys to play with and everything you need in the kitchen. The location was great, about a 5 minute walk, and the golf cart was a big help. We really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood and area is quiet but super convenient to local shopping and the private beach. The communication from Natalia was amazing and she was so helpful with all of our questions.

Rutland Vacation

The house was beautiful and spacious. Everything was close by and the pool was a bonus. Quiet neighborhood. Natalia and Lindsey was very helpful. I would recommend booking this house for a large family vacation. Not recommended if you are looking for a party house. This is a more family oriented neighborhood.

2021 Destin Family Vacation

The property was great. Plenty of room and the outdoor pool space was wonderful. The only thing I would do back there is kill all the weeds around the fence perimeter. Our only complaint was there were not enough bath linens and we had to go buy washcloths and kitchen towels and rags. There were only 7 washcloths for 19 people. You don’t expect to have to bring those things when traveling and renting a home. I would definitely rent this house again though!! Great property and location. Thank you to Natalia who was always available when we had questions.
