Die Wohnung befindet sich in Venedig, im Stadtteil Santa Croce, in der Nähe der alten Kirche San Simeon Grande.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer zentralen Gegend, die vom Bahnhof und der Piazzale Roma (Busbahnhof von Venedig) sehr leicht zu erreichen ist und eine sehr gute Anbindung an alle Bereiche der Stadt bietet. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in Gehweite des Apartments. Weniger als 100 m vom Apartment entfernt befindet sich die Vaporetto-Haltestelle "Riva de Biasio", von der aus Sie jeden Ort in Venedig erreichen können, ohne zu Fuß gehen zu müssen.
Die Wohnung ist groß (130 qm) und wurde gerade komplett renoviert. Es ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, drei 51-Zoll-Fernseher, Klimaanlage und Wi-Fi. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett (jedes Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Einzelbett). Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen 51-Zoll-Smart-TV, eine Klimaanlage und kostenfreies WLAN. Es gibt ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit 51-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, Klimaanlage und kostenlosem WLAN, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle usw.), ein Esszimmer und ein großes Badezimmer.

we did not end up staying nobody was there to greet us. We could not get in and when I messaged the guy, he told me that he was blocked from VRBO and then proceeded to block me and then there was no more contact until I contacted you guys directly. we ended up getting a hotel that we had to pay for and then I’m trying to get back my money.

We planned a 4 day stay in Venice and chose Venice Central cozy apartment. Very spacious apartment. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big living room and kitchen. Very responsive property manager. He went out of the way to accommodate our early stay. Very well connected with the Vapparato system for travel. 1 min walk from Water taxi station and 5 min walk from Train station. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a stay in venice.

Magnificent Apartment!

As a world traveler, I expect smaller apartments and tight quarters whenever I visit different countries. In fact, I had just enjoyed a 700 sq ft apartment the week prior in Venice. However, this 1400 sq ft apartment blew me away with its spacious rooms, remodeled bathrooms, COLD A/C and perfect location nearby sights and a water taxi stand. I couldn’t suggest a better apartment if you are looking for some fun with friends or family!!!

Was perfect for our one night stay coming in by train. Was only about 6 min from train station. Costante’s assistant met at one of the water taxi stops near that and took us to the apartment. The apartment was very neat and clean. 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers were great for our family of 6. It was nice as they had a king in one bedroom and a bigger bed

Pleasant stay

2 night stay mid March. Host was pleasant. Brought us to apartment from meeting point and gave quick tour. Unit was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, one of the bathrooms had a sewage smell, but the other bathroom was fine. Had some mosquitoes getting into apartment as well (despite closing windows). Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Cute place but communication left more to be desired

The space overall was great, very spacious and comfortable and in a cute area with some small bars, restaurants, and shops around the corner. Only complaint is that the property owner was incredibly slow to respond to messages. They sent me a message two weeks before my trip, and then ignored the two messages I sent in response until the day we needed to check in. The bathroom doors also had no keys so the doors wouldn’t stay shut, and when I messaged to ask about it the owner never responded. It was a good place to stay for the one night we needed it but staying any longer and not getting responses to any questions would be incredibly frustrating

Charming spot for first time in Venice

Spacious and clean, loved the 2 bathrooms for our family of 5. Great kitchen. Nice AC except livingroom unit hose needed to be connected better to the wall. Convenient, quiet location. It was so nice to be met at the pier and an easy walk with all our luggage to the apartment .We would certainly stay there again.

So let's start with the good, apartment is very spacious and very close to the train station. House was clean and in good order. What I feel could be improved were the details and that's why I'm giving a 3/5.First of all there are two bathrooms, but one of them doesnt have a latch that locks, and after about a minute or so of you being in that bathroom that door will creep open, so just keep in mind if you are with a group that requires privacy. The second door has a ghetto rigged latch you have to fight with to get locked. Again, seems like an easy 5 minute fix to get a proper latch in but seems like it doesn't bother the host that privacy is not important .also the bedroom doors don't have locks, again a privacy thing. There was also no shampoo or soap provided, so again because everything was closed we had to do without a late night shower after you are running around sweaty all day. Second we were a party of four, and the house was equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper that were almost done, is say about 25% of a roll. We arrived late so all the stores were closed and we kind of had to do without. All the other places I stayed in Italy (Rome, Florence), we're stocked with enough toilet paper . This seems like a really cheap thing the host skimped on. The apartment is a bit old but by Venice standards was ok.

Quiet spot

My spouse and I stayed here, and we liked it quite a bit. I thought it was a nice quiet area and it’s really close to the water bus system to get around which is nice. There are a lot of beds and places to sleep, much suited for a family or group of friends. The only thing I was not a fan of was that there is NOT a bath tub as listed, but rather two showers in separate bathrooms. They recently renovated, separating the one into two. Great for some, we just didn’t need that.

Family of 4 (including 2 college students) stayed here Aug 1-2, 2022

Excellent location for arrival via train, approx 10 mins (or less) walk to apt. Communication with the host Constante was outstanding! Arrangements to meet for checkin was perfect. Apartment 4 mins to water bus (vaporetto) stop or 10 mins back to train stop for other vaporetto stops. There were several restaurants and bars 2-5 min walk as well as a grocery market. Location in Santa Croce was nice to escape to - away from the busy San Marco area. Apartment was equipped as described and much needed AC in living room and each bedroom. Door lock was a little tricky so practice before you leave the first time. Overall, great location and excellent communications by host. Highly recommended and would stay here again!
