Unser stilvolles und neu erbautes Haus am Logan Square bietet ausreichend Platz für eine Familie oder eine Gruppe von Freunden, die zusammen reisen. Außerdem haben Sie einfachen Zugang zu den besten Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften, die die Nachbarschaft zu bieten hat. Sie werden vielleicht in ein paar Nächten kochen! Wir sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der blauen Linie von Logan entfernt, sodass O'Hare oder der Loop von hier aus leicht zu erreichen sind. Kostenlose Garage für 2 Autos. Wir wünschen Ihnen einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem geräumigen, sonnigen und schön eingerichteten Haus!

Sie betreten - ob von der Garage oder von der Straße aus - die Hauptebene, in der sich alle Bereiche versammeln: Wohnbereiche, die lichtdurchflutet sind, Essbereiche und eine große Küche. Es gibt auch ein halbes Bad auf dieser Ebene. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad, zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten und ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein weiteres Badezimmer. Auf der unteren Ebene befindet sich ein Familienzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein Badezimmer.

Das Haus bietet superschnelles Wifi-Internet, drei Smart 4K-Fernseher, Sonos-Lautsprecher, Alexa und Spiele. Fantastic Stay

A few friends and I stayed at Amit’s place during our weekend trip to Chicago. It was such a beautiful home with everything we needed. The location was great, too. It only took us about 10 mins to walk to the blue line, and the neighborhood was very nice and relatively quiet with easy access to the highway, as well. Amit was very responsive and accommodating—a super host for sure. You could not beat this stay for the price, especially. 10/10 would stay again.

We stayed here for a large group trip to Chicago, and it was an excellent option for us. The only hiccup was that the cleaning service was still getting the property cleaned when we were supposed to check in at 3. Otherwise, we had no issues!

Great chicago stay

The house was clean and in great shape. Excellent location w quick interchange access. Easy to jump on and get to downtown attractions in minutes while staying in a nice Suburb. Great having a garage for parking! House had kitchen equipment for easy meals. Games were left under the tv! Had a couple questions, host was very quick w response and easy to get ahold of. Attended Wedding

This property was great. Listing was accurate. More than adequate space, great communications with our host, lower level was shockingly large. I've never seen ceilings in a lower level this high. Outdoor decks were awesome. Utilizing the garage was a necessity because of the typical Chicago parking availability. Pulling in and out requires patience but our Expedition did fit in. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall a Great Place to Stay

Overall we were very happy with our visit here. We had 13 guys and this unit has more than enough space for all of us. Our only issue was that we could not gain access to the garage to park our cars. The code to open the garage door did not work which was a bummer. We were able to easily find free parking on the street right in front of the house so in the grand scheme of things, it really didn’t matter. Other than that, very happy with our entire stay!

No real problems, but some things that are pretty disappointing for the price point.

So, all in all the place is fine and lives up to the description. We do an annual trip with seven 50 year old guys to a city for a relaxing weekend. Three things however I would comment about for people considering renting this place: 1) The owner has a ridiculous list of things that he says he will fine or penalize you for. It is like a laundry list of $50, $100, and more financial penalties. It is very unfriendly and given you already pay for insurance, it seems absurd. it is also written like the renters (who are paying a LOT per night) are in elementary school - say that you will make people pay for damage. I expect that if we damage something we should pay, but I don't expect such an odd approach to dealing with customers paying multiple thousands of dollars. Treat people like adults. 2) The owner seems to have a weird level of focus on the place. He mentions monitoring visitors from cameras by the doors,... It just makes the whole thing seem creepy. 3) A lot of stuff was in poor state - the garage door didn't open so we had to raise it manually/park on the street, the coffee table had damage to the edge when we arrived (which worried us given his crazy list of things he would "fine" guests for), one bathroom had an issue with the faucet, stuff was clearly low quality and not holding up,... Just odd for a place that is this expensive. Again, none of these things are a deal breaker, but we wouldn't ever rent here again given the oddness of #1 and #2 above and the reality of #3.

Hi Michael - I’m sorry you found a simple list of instructions overwhelming. If you had reached out I would have explained that we clearly disclaim external monitoring (most short term rental hosts have them) and have a short list of items (like don’t smoke) with fees because during COVID folks who weren’t 50 year olds (like your group) were trying to throw parties. In attempt to preserve the neighborhood and the short term rental ecosystem we had to use stronger language to prevent people from throwing said parties with very elementary language. We have hosted over 1,000 people with a 5 star review so we know that we don’t always get “adults” as much as we would like to make that supposition. Wish you had been more communicative about some simple issues that could easily be addressed.

Our family of 13 found this house a terrific gathering place for our long weekend in Chicago. The main living room and dining areas were perfect for our number, and there were enough bedrooms with enough different size beds to provide everyone with a place to sleep with a private or somewhat private bathroom. The house was well stocked and provided the supplies we needed. The online pictures do represent the home quite well as do the descriptions and reviews. The house is listed as a10-minute walk to the Logan Square Blue Line station, but one reviewer called it a 20-minute walk. Our experience was that the time of the walk was highly related to the age, energy, and burden (e.g., suitcases) of the walkers within this 10-20 minute range. The neighborhood, located about half an hour from the Loop by car or train, was quiet and attractive. Amit, the host, was extremely responsive.

Great house for a group event

We enjoyed our stay at this house. We were in town for a NCAA basketball weekend. There was plenty of space for three families to share and gather in the hearth room or spread out to our own rooms. Great Place for a Large Group Gathering

We were looking for a place for 6 couples for a family get together in the Chicago area and this place worked wonderfully. Spacious areas in the family room and kitchen for large group gatherings. Great for a large group

We were very happy with the house. Great location - very easy to get downtown and having the garage in which to park our vehicles was appreciated. The house was clean although we were surprised by the number of warnings to not scuff the floors or walls given the number of marks already there. They were not an issue for us and did not distract from our enjoyment of the house, but the warnings did not match the state of the house. We would definitely recommend the house based on location, size, convenience and comfort.

AS Good As It Gets

I travel frequently and have stayed in some beautiful rentals all over the world, and I have to give Amit a gold star. This is a very beautiful home that is well represented by the online photos. We had a group of 10 (family and friends) in Chicago for a family wedding- we stayed several nights and couldn't have been more comfortable. I am a mattress snob and need my sleep- so the beds were very important to me! VERY comfortable beds and all of the furnishings were top notch. Will absolutely stay again. Nice stay but under construction??

My family and I thought the host was really nice but the home had a lot of marks on the walls and floors. The microwave and the dishwasher handle is taped on. I think the home is over priced for all the issues that’s going on inside it. The foosball table was missing a couple men on it but it was enjoyed by my family. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay!

We're a 10 minute walk to the Logan Square blue line station, and just steps to the Diversey and California Ave. buses - you won't have any trouble getting around town without a car from here! If you do bring your car, however, we offer on-premises garage parking and a close shot to highway on-ramp. Most of our guests grab an Uber / Lyft and enjoy the quick ride to downtown Chicago!
