Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time at Port Clinton Reef! The condo was very well appointed, the pool and hot tub was great, the area had everything we wanted, including a very quick walk to the Jet Express and we met some very wonderful people! Thank you for a wonderful long weekend and the memories you helped us build! Can’t wait to return to our new favorite spot!

Great location!

My family and I had a relaxing stay at this property. The views were gorgeous and the location is ideal. When an unexpected issue popped up the owner was responsive and resolved it as quickly as possible. I would recommend.

So relaxing!

The condo was well-stocked and beautifully decorated. I loved the balconies and ate most of my meals outside. The bed in the main bedroom was really comfortable. The beds in the bunk room were adequate, but probably only comfortable for children. My 13 year old was comfortable, but my 16 year old thought the mattress was too thin. The pool and hot tub were great and well-maintained. The other residents at the complex were quiet, which made for a very restful stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

nice place

I have stayed at this property 2 times. I like it being on the 2nd floor. I appreciate the absence of decorative breakable art pieces, with little kids I always had to run in first and pack up all the items I was afraid could get broken. The bunk beds were uncomfortable for adults. One touch light didn't work at all. The living room tables were damaged and put together poorly. I liked the regular size table, the bar height so frequently found at rentals are uncomfortable for a family. The best coffee machine ever. Loved that. We may have to find a place with better beds for adults. I rate it at 7 out of 10.

Hi Ann! Thank you for staying with us again! We fixed the end table’s decorative bottom. I was not able to find any bulbs not working but I suspect the culprit to be a light switch. We have added an extra living room lamp and another in the adult bedroom. We greatly appreciate your honest feedback so we can ensure our condo is an enjoyable retreat!

Comfortable and safe feeling

As senior citizens we appreciated the indoor staircases with handrails on each side. Views were excellent. Having two balconies increased the feeling of privacy between me and my sister. The second bedroom felt too crowded with two set of bunk beds, so not ideal for an older person. This would be the reason not to return to this particular condo, otherwise all was fine. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

Weekend getaway

The booking and check in process was incredibly easy, no complaints at all. The condo itself was nice, the cleaning could have been better. There was some residue such as dirt and hair left on the bed rails. Dirt and dust on the floor. The couch seems dirty as well. Overall, the condo fit our families needs. Not wanting to complain, just wanting to make the condo owners aware that if they have a cleaning company taking care of that for them, they may want to address that.

Perfect setting!!

The condo was super cute and inviting! Lots of little extras ( look in the cabinets and drawers!) The front has a spectacular view of Lake Erie and behind the condo was a small marina on the river! Every sunrise and sunset was amazing! It was very close to restaurants and lots of places very close by to explore!

Nice, relaxing, peaceful place!

This was an excellent place to stay for a long getaway weekend directly across from Lake Erie. Nice and relaxing. We had coffee on the patio every morning and just listened to the waves. Close to all amenities too.

Great location

The condo is very cute. The lake is on both sides of the property. Easy to fish from either side. Walking distance to so much. Express Ferry, the beach, restaurants, bars, jet ski rental just to name a few. Immediately reply to all issues, only had two. Neighbors were friendly. Would stay here again if in the area.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay and cannot complement the property enough! The views of the Lake from the balconies (living room and Master) were beautiful. The location was convenient - we walked to town for breakfast one day. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to the JetExpress. The unit was tastefully decorated with all needed amenities, including extra cleaning supplies and all the kitchen supplies you could need. We also visited the pool one day which was really fun. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back.

Our weekend visit.

We only stayed three days but wanted for nothing. The owners were quick to respond to any of our questions. The location was just minutes from everything. The view of the lake from the living room was beautiful! A short walk behind the condo we were able to watch the boats come in. Jet Express to the islands was just minutes away. Amazing Vacation Space

Wonderful weekend getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for our impromptu weekend getaway to the lake. The owner was very responsive given out last minute decision to rent the property. I cannot complement the property enough! The views of the Lake Erie islands from the balconies (living room and Master) were beautiful. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast overlooking the lake every morning. Location was perfect and unit was tastefully decorated with all needed amenities and scrupulously clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay

Condo was clean and just as described. The recommendations for things to do and see in the area was appreciated and fun! Aside from the email recommendation there were brochures and coupons for savings in the condo which was a nice surprise! Our only complaint was the wi-fi was not working very well during our stay. In the bedrooms, we had no wi-fi. At the kitchen table, my husband was trying to get on his laptop and kept losing wi-fi. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we come back to the area!
