Neu auf dem Vermietungsmarkt, unsere wunderschön komplett renovierte Wohnung verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad mit allen neuen Möbeln. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine sehr komfortable Schlafcouch für 4 Personen. Diese wunderschöne Anlage befindet sich auf dem makellos gepflegten Gelände von Maui Vista und bietet mehrere entspannende Pools und Poolgrills. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock des Gebäudes 2. Vielleicht der begehrteste Ort in Kihei, befinden wir uns direkt gegenüber dem wunderschönen Charlie Young Beach, der sich mit seinen großen Sandstränden hervorragend zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen eignet und nur wenige Schritte von hervorragenden Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt ist.

Unsere Wohnung bietet allen Komfort von zu Hause, einschließlich Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit und alle Ihre Küche muss Mahlzeiten zu Hause zubereiten, um auf der ruhigen Veranda genossen zu werden. Unsere Veranda mit Blick auf den schönen Garten und den oberen Pool. Für Ihre Strandtage bieten wir Schnorchelausrüstung für zwei Personen, Boogie-Boards, Liegestühle, Handtücher, Sandspielzeug und einen Kühler. Great location and had thoughtful amenities

We enjoyed the location of condo in Kehei with its access to multitude of beautiful and child friendly beaches (Keawakapu Beach) and food trucks. Kehei is a good location for Mountain Haleakala and Road to Hana. Condo had some items like beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear for guest use…very nice. We had great stay overall.

Great vacation base

I stayed at Sean & Theresa's property with two friends while snorkelling and hiking our way around Maui. Their property was a restful retreat after full days of adventuring and has a truly fantastic location — just a short walk to excellent snorkelling, surfing, and eats. This property is excellently situated on S. Kihei Rd close to great food, shopping and beaches. Walking was safe and a very enjoyable part of our stay and daily routines. The unit is well appointed and comfortable. We made good use of the full kitchen facilities (fridge, stove and spacious counters) and appreciated the small touches like the blender and tupperware as we like to cook and eat well. Was great to have a washer/dryer too. The complex is peaceful and well maintained, with incredible gardens. Our kind hosts were *amazing* and helped ease our travel stress home (we were visiting during the fires.) Mahalo to our hosts and thank you again.

Kihei Retreat

This condo is nice and the pictures are as exactly as shown, very clean and modern. Our check in process didn't go as smoothly as expected but after the situation was resolved everything was great. Beach is just across the main street and the condo grounds are well kept. More beaches and restaurants are just a short drive away. Having a washer/dryer in the condo was a plus. Kitchen could use a few more cooking pans and some towels, the bathroom could use a hand held shower instead of a fixed shower head but everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. Great stay. Nice upgrading done by the owners, very clean and looked like the photos. Very quiet building, didn’t hear any noise from neighbours. Owners were very pleasant. Any questions we posted on VRBO site were responded to within the hour. Liked the short walk across the road to a great beach (Charley Young beach) and found many of the amenities within walking distance . We came in Feb and whale watching from the beach was a plus. Spacious living room accommodated a visit from our grand kids no problem. First time staying in Kihei, normally go to Kaanapali but found Kihei great, less expensive, less windy and warmer. Great Spot, very comfortable stay

It was me and my two teenage boys. Location is wonderful - just across the street from Charley Young beach, walking distance to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, etc. Totally quiet while we were there, no trouble with other condos at all. Owner was communicative and helpful. Small ant issue in kitchen but we made sure to keep food cleaned up and put away and it was a minor problem to trade for tropical climate! The beach gear is pretty rough, boogie boards and a chair are all broken and the towel rack in the bathroom is broken. Kitchen equipment is minimal but did the job honestly all that stuff was really minor compared to just being in a great location. Bed was super comfy and it was amazing to have laundry on site. Definitely would recommend & would stay again.

Nice condo , quiet building, have stayed many times in condos in Maui...missing a few items on check in so had to call property mgr, only suggestion is to have a beach umbrella , the one there was broken, called property mgr, told me they didn’t have one to replace it with, I of course didn’t want to bring one one the flight so it was an important item to have when I’m there. They told me I can go rent one, I figure for $25 they can have a few on hand from Costco , it would be a nice thing to go with beach towels and chairs they provide! Which I appreciated, other than that condo was very nice, I would also suggest a larger coffee maker .

This condo perfectly suited our needs during our first stay in Maui. The location was great and easy to walk to restaurants or beaches. The location in Kihei was ideal as well because it is very central to many areas on the island. The only thing that was difficult for me was the incredibly creaky/squeaky bed. I’m a light sleeper and every time my partner and I moved it was very loud and woke me up. If you’re not a sensitive sleeper though I’m sure it wouldn’t be a bother especially since previous reviews didn’t seem to mention it. All in all though a very enjoyable stay and very good communication with host! I had trouble finding my code to get in initially and Theresa was super responsive and helpful.

Great apartment for an unforgettable vacation

This vacation home in Maui Vista is perfect! We felt very comfortable in the tastefully furnished and very clean apartment. It all looked just like the photos here and the plaid in the bedroom was even prettier. The complex is very well maintained and safe and well equipped with three pools (very relaxing!) and various tennis courts. BBQ places are also available, but we did not use them. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen has a large stove with oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. Coffee, tea, salt and pepper were conveniently already available. And the washing machine and dryer in the apartment we have also appreciated very much. The sofa bed in the living room-kitchen area is big enough for 2 people and it's a good place to sleep. Likewise on the bed in the bedroom. There are even beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel and body board for a beach day. We were so happy to be able to use all of this. We highly recommend this vacation rental! Thank you to the owner, also for making it easy to contact him with any questions!

Perfect location.

We had an 8 day stay and it was very relaxing. The weather was perfect-high 70’s/low 80’s during the day. Cool and breezy in the evening. Furthest beach we traveled to was about a 15 min drive away. Otherwise there is a beach right across the street. Easy access to local town shopping. Maui swap meet is well worth the drive to Kahului (Sat only). The condo itself - Grounds are perfectly manicured and very clean. Kitchen and bathroom are updated. Plenty of cooking utensils, coffee maker, microwave, and dishes. A small and basic amount of seasoning left in the cabinet, extra garbage bags, soap, sponge - which made life easier. Minor critiques: Water pressure was pretty low in this unit. Shower could use a shower caddy for soap/shampoo. Shower curtain rod and toilet paper holder were rusted. Two over the door hooks in the bathroom for your towels but could use additional hooks for clothes and toiletry bag. It is worth noting that we appreciate the beach towels, chairs and beach umbrella. But the chairs are dated (heavy) and also broken…if you’re over 110lbs, you will fall back in the chair-which did gave us a few laughs at first.

VERY Last Minute Trip to Maui!

We have never been to Maui and needed to book a last minute trip (like 12 hours before flights!). We were very happy we found this listing! The property itself (on the outside) was a bit dated, but the unit was very modern and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Grocery store and restaurants are right down the road and the beach is across the street. It’s fairly windy in Kihei most of the time and particularly at the beach so we only went once to that one (Charlie Young). We also never used the pool—-usually full of families with a lot of kids and it’s pretty small…but no biggie. Geographically speaking we found Kihei to be very convenient. 25 ish minutes from airport and Pai’a, 40-45 minutes from Lahaina and Kaanapali (we drove there multiple times on our trip. Do’s- Rent a car! It’s worth it to be able to explore the whole island and all it has to offer! Have a breakfast or two and Kihei Cafe—great food, fast service and reasonably priced. Stock up on snacks and some essentials at Foodland right up the road (we also stopped at Costco when our flight got in). Go to Whaler’s Village for shopping and have a beach day there at Kaanapali Beach—it’s absolutely gorgeous! Shop around in Lahaina and take in some of the historical sights. Drive The Road to Hana! We downloaded the Shaka Guided tour app on our phone for $20 and it takes you to all the sights along the way and provides a rich history of the island. Don’t- don’t be afraid to explore!

Wir waren vom 15.9. bis 29.9.2018 in der Ferienwohnung und wir müssen sagen, dass die Wohnung dazu beigetragen hat, das wir 14 wunderbare Tage auf der schönen Insel erlebt haben. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Sie ist modern und ganz nach unserem Geschmack eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und es ist alles so, wie es hier beschrieben wird. Wenn wir von Deutschland noch einmal nach Maui kommen, dann wären Sean und Theresa unsere ersten Ansprechpartner. Mahalo Wolfgang und Christine We were from 15.9. until 29.9.2018 in the apartment and we have to say that the apartment has helped that we have experienced 14 wonderful days on the beautiful island. We felt very well in the apartment from the first moment. It is modern and decorated to our taste. There was nothing missing and everything is as it is described here. We would like to thank Sean and Theresa for everything here and wish that they will have many nice tenants for their apartment.
