Diese neu und wunderschön renovierte Eigentumswohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern im Kern von Aspen ist ein echter Hingucker! Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock mit angelegten Gärten, die Sie in der Wohnung begr������ßen, und einem privaten Balkon außerhalb der Rückseite der Wohnung mit einem Tisch, Stühlen und einem Gasgrill. Beim Betreten der Wohnung werden Sie vom wunderschönen Natursteinboden begrüßt, der Sie zum Herzen der Einheit lockt. Auf der rechten Seite befindet sich ein übergroßes Gästezimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Fernseher und einem eigenen Eingang zum gemeinsamen Bad im Flur. Auf der anderen Seite des Flurs finden Sie ein zweites Gästezimmer mit 2 Etagenbetten. Eines der Kojen ist in voller Größe und das zweite Koje ist ein Zwilling. Dies ist der perfekte Ort für die Kinder, um sich nach einem langen Tag am Berg zu versammeln und ihre Lieblingsfilme anzusehen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Beide Bäder sind mit Fliesen und Granit geschmückt.
Eine Enklave und eine Bank sind der perfekte Ort, um Ihre Skischuhe auszuziehen und Ihre Mäntel aufzubewahren. Ein separater Schrank beherbergt die stapelbare Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Küche bietet schlanke, klare Linien mit weißen Schränken, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, einem Waschbecken und einer atemberaubenden Marmorplatte, die zum Unterhaltungs- und Wohnzimmer hin offen ist. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Wickelcouch und einen Kamin aus Naturholz. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Sofa und einem Holztisch ausgestattet. Die dunklen Holzbalken, Türen und dunklen Akzente definieren den Raum und verleihen der Wohnung ein reiches, elegantes Flair. Fantastic

Amazing place to stay and would recommend! We had 7 guests and 2 dogs and the place fit us all without any problems. We really enjoyed that every bedroom had its own bathroom as well. Location is pretty good and just a quick walk into town. Pool and spa were also a plus!

We loved everything about the place - comfy, clean, spacious. It was roomy for 6 adults and 2 grown kids. Location was spot on and we enjoyed the pool as well. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was 3 reasons: the wifi didn't work for all of us -most of us stayed on data, living room TV barely responded to the remote and parking more then one vehicle was a challenge. When asking where to park the office had no other options besides street - which was impossible and we found a garage a walk away. Would saved an hour of driving around if they had suggestions for parking options. Other then those 3 items - it was a really nice place and now that we know the drill...we would definitely consider staying there again.

Just Adorable

We are frequent visitors to Aspen and have stayed in almost every hotel and several VRBOs. This is hands down one of the best remodels and use of space I have seen. Lot's of perks like ski storage and ski in ski out. Will stay again!

We stayed March 23-30, 2024. Two master bedrooms for two couples in town for skiing worked well. Well appointed and recently remodeled. There were a few things that were in need of repair or non-working and with the price point, a disappointment.

Great location

We were in Aspen for a family wedding. The location was perfect for our events. I liked having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms There was a room with bunk beds which I got which was fine. I’m not sure I had remembered that. I’m 70 I gave the other two to the couples in our group. The apartment is dark. But communication was outstanding. I appreciate that. Thank you. !

Lovely Stay

Always love staying at this condo. One block up the hill from St. Regis. Great location. One small set of stairs down to this unit. Otherwise all one level. Easy to unload luggage and groceries. Fully stocked. Comfortable bedding, extra blankets, towels and pillows, fans in every room and dehumidifiers. Love the heated bathroom floor in the master. The kids love the pool and hot tub (both are very clean). Plenty of parking. This unit is shaded by trees which is great in the summer - keeps it nice and cool without the fans. Love that the Aspen Mtn trail is right behind it & best of all this property management is great. We have never had an issue with them. They always are great at communicating and their properties are always well kept & CLEAN.

Not what we expected and advertised

Definitely not a ski in / out at all even with all the lifts open. It’s up On a hill and you have to walk at least 2 1/2 blocks to the mail gondola. Super tiny we could not have all of us in the living room at the same time. Poor shade and you can see straight from outside to inside and outdoor lights goes straight on to both bedrooms. Kids were exhausted during because they couldn’t sleep due to the lights being so bright. Such a bummer for our first visit to Aspen

Cute place! GREAT LOCATION!! The property managers are fantastic. Check in was easy and convenient. They are exceptional. The unit is in a great location in Aspen. Nice pool and hot tub on site. Great trail right behind the building to hike on! Would be very easy to ski into the property. Possible to ski out but would be an incline at first. I can’t say how hard it would be since we went in the summer, but def do-able. Clean, well kept, mattresses on the king beds are medium firm; bunks were soft. The property is well equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need (minus groceries), but includes the basics- paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, dishwashing detergent pods, spices, cleaning supplies, olive oil, coffee filters. Plenty of towels. The property managers are topnotch at stocking things. The location of this complex is uphill, but not a super steep incline. It’s two blocks up from St Regis on the left. Easy walk to town for everything you need. No car necessary! Location, location, location!
