Even Better Than I Expected
My expectations were high for this stay based on the reviews I’d seen, but I couldn’t believe it was better than the pictures and reviews. But let’s start with the communication. Before I got there, Monica sent me a message detailing exactly how to get there, which was great because even though it’s just minutes from the main road, the winding driveway feels like you’re maybe way off track. But with the message having explained the location in detail, I was confident I was on the right track and the drive was really easy. Parking was easy and the walk to the studio was short. I dropped my bags inside and was quickly greeted by Monica and got to meet her happy dog who took time from his very busy day to pour on the charm. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and beautifully decorated. They thought of everything. Everything was spotlessly clean. I spent four nights and slept so well. It was the best mix of feeling like I had my own place in the pretty forest but knowing if there was anything at all I needed Monica was only a message away. It really is one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. I’ll try to book it again any time I’m staying in Tryon.
