Unser Haus ist voll klimatisiert und verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, nur wenige Minuten von allen Disney Parks entfernt. Es hat einen voll abgeschirmten Pool und einen privaten Vinylzaun rund um den Hinterhof für Privatsphäre. Es hat eine Sonnenterrasse außerhalb des abgeschirmten Pooldecks, aber innerhalb des Zauns, der von den Nachbarn privat ist. Zu Ihrer Beruhigung wird unser Haus von einem lokalen Verwaltungsagenten verwaltet, der 24 Stunden am Tag und 7 Tage die Woche für Notfälle und während der normalen Geschäftszeiten für andere Anfragen zur Verfügung steht.
Das Familienzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit Loveseat / Sofa und 50 Zoll Fernseher. mit Kabel und Telefon nur für USA.
Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über Herd / Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühl- / Gefrierschrank mit Eismaschine, Mixer, Keurig-Kaffeemaschine zur Einzelnutzung oder reguläre Kaffeemaschine für mehr Tassen. Alle Utensilien für Küchentöpfe, Pfannen. Die Frühstücksecke bietet Platz für 4 und der Essbereich bietet Platz für 6. Haus hat Waschmaschine und Trockner für die Bequemlichkeit, es gibt auch Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Kommodenstuhl, begehbarem Kleiderschrank und einem 44-Zoll-Fernseher. Ein Badezimmer befindet sich im Hauptschlafzimmer. Rund um das Haus werden Ananaspflanzen gepflanzt. Vielleicht haben Sie Glück und bleiben in unserem Haus, während eine reife Ananas gepflückt und gegessen werden kann.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist mit einem französischen Bett, einer Kommode und einem 44-Zoll-Fernseher ausgestattet.
Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett mit voller Größe im Boden und zwei oben.
Das zweite Badezimmer befindet sich zwischen den 2 Schlafzimmern.
Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt.
Auf der Rückseite des Hauses befindet sich ein vollständig abgeschirmter privater Pool mit Poolmöbeln, einem Tisch und 4 Stühlen.
Außerhalb des abgeschirmten Pools befindet sich eine Terrasse, die zum Sonnenbaden oder einfach zum Genießen genutzt werden kann.
Die Beheizung des Pools ist optional. 30 $ pro Tag mit einem Minimum von 3 Tagen oder 200 $ pro Woche.

Very happy with our stay here! The house was very clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Pool was super clear and warm. We spent Christmas here and we had the most fantastic time. The house is immaculate. Has everything you need.The pool is sooo clean. This is our fourth rental and this pool was by far the cleanest yet. Pool heat worked fantastic .Neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet. Close to everything.The host is phenomenal. Had a minor issue with the door code on arrival but it was rectified within minutes. He was super responsive.If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this home.

So much fun!

Perfect home away from home!!

This property comes highly recommended from our family. The layout, location and overall atmosphere of the property and surround location is great. Quiet neighborhood but very close to many shopping and dining options. Only a stones throw from Disney property too!! The next time we need a house near Disney/Orlando, we will surely be checking the availability of this property.

Volleyball Nationals

We stayed at the property for a trip to Florida for our daughter's volleyball nationals in Orlando. The property was immaculate and the owner was excellent in responding to my messages. The ONLY complaint we have is we did not have access to a bbq pit for outdoor grilling... not a deal breaker-we just bought certain food to bbq)The location of this property is quiet, clean, and perfect for Disney trips. Beautiful comfort

This property is even nicer in person. Everything was extremely clean. The pool and the lights were amazing. The owner was easy to get a hold of through the app and responded in a timely manner. We would love to stay there again.

Perfect for families

We had a perfect family vacation! The house was so clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a perfect respite after a long day at the parks. The washer and dryer were so helpful. The house was a convenient location for both Disney and Universal. We would definitely recommend it!

Family Trip

House was in a great location and having the pool there was the best part as that's where we spend most of the time. The extra games in the garage were a surprise to see. Overall we were happy with everything, definitely will be looking at this property next time we are in the Orlando area for a trip.

Nice house, close to everything.

Our stay was great. The house was clean and as advertised. Check in was easy. There was a problem with the Air conditioning and Julio took care of it right away. Great communication. We will definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect stay for our families trip to Disney. The house had everything we needed to have an enjoyable week. We did have a little trouble figuring out the lock to get in but the owners communicated back immediately to ensure a smooth access to the property. It was a bit of a drive each day to the parks and airport but we didn’t mind. The property was clean and everything functioned as it should. Overall, our family had a wonderful stay.

Clean with amazing pool!

Very clean house, comfortable accommodations for our family of 4. Washer and dryer, 5 minutes from Disney! Walmart is 3 minutes up the street for groceries. No complaints about this property. Highlights; the private pool is absolutely amazing and the owners are awesome to work with!!!

Florida Trip

Our stay was great! The house was very clean, had a nice fresh scent upon entering, and everything was like the pictures as well as being well stocked with basic essentials. It's located in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to stores. I really appreciated that the pool was well kept and the privacy fence all around was a plus. Good communication with the owners, if we needed anything the response was quick. We travel to Florida often and hope to stay here again soon.

Snowbirds vacation house

This is our third year staying at this house for 4 months. The house is always perfect as usual. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe for taking daily walks. Our children and grandchildren fly down for a week and enjoy the house and especially the pool which is always crystal clean with a privacy fence all around. Julio the host and owner always makes sure everything is always to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this vacation rental....

Great stay

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was well kept and clean. The pool was fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils that anyone would need. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, but not far from any store you might need. Julio was always quick to reply to any questions I had. He even went above and beyond by contacting me to let me know his cleaning crew found a small bag of electronics items that we had left, and arranged to have it sent back to us. 10/10, would recommend.

Amazing 3 months stay....Monique and Claude

Upon entering the property it was exactly like the pictures. The house was very clean, the layout is very nice. The pool area was very private with fence all around. Pool maintenance would come in every week to keep water crystal clear. It's a very quiet neighborhood close to all shopping. Our children and grandchildrens came for a visit. They all enjoy the house and especially the heated pool. Last but not least Julio the host and owner was super. He went above and beyond to make sure all was to our satisfaction even from his airplane seat before he left for his vacation. He is only a phone call or text away. We already planning our return visit.

3 month stay as snowbirds

For the past 4 years staying as snowbirds house was always cleaned when we arrived.Pooland lawn maintenance was done on a weekly basis. Owner Julio can always be reached either by text or phone if a problem arises. Its a very quiet neighborhood and you have access to the park where there is a pool,tennis/pickleball court and very safe to enjoy walking or jogging.When our children and grandchildren fly down to Orlando airport which is about 30 minutes away they really enjoy the pool at the house which is fenced in for privacy which is a great asset to this property. Last year we were lucky at the time of our stay we had a pineapple that was ready to eat .Delicious.. Even had a couple of bunnies that would drop by every night for treats!Walmart superstore is about a 3 minutes drive to do your shopping, for those who golf like my son its a 2 minutes drive to Mystic Dunes golf resort. There is plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Disney is about 15 minutes away too.So this property is very central to a lot of stuff to do.

Perfect Disney Getaway

I couldn’t be happier with my stay at this property. This is the third time we’ve traveled to the Disney area but our first time without a large group so we needed a smaller home this time around. We coordinated with the property manager to accommodate an early check-in (because we drive in from NJ and it’s definitely nice to have a place to go when we arrive). We also wanted to ensure the pool would be warm when we arrived and it was. The pool heat was great and made our “off days” so enjoyable. My daughter loved the pool! The home was the perfect size for us and the rooms were lovely. Also the air conditioning was perfect and the fans were a nice added touch. The only negative was that we couldn’t get the ice maker to work (although there was a bag of ice in the freezer) so we just bought bags of ice. We had a little problem (completely my fault) because I thought I had booked the property for one more day (we like to book an extra day and then leave in the evening since we drive overnight back to NJ so our kiddo sleeps in the car). The property manager reached out to me when the cleaning crew arrived and all our stuff was still there. Luckily there wasn’t another family arriving that day so we worked out a late check out. Overall a fantastic experience and I’d absolutely recommend this home to any family!

This place was fantastic, the host was amazing, house was beautiful and clean, fully stocked, and the pool was amazing. Lots of room and nice to just relax. The area around here was quiet pleasant and inviting. We absolutely loved our stay here and we would highly recommend people to stay here and we would stay here again in the future if we head that way again. Lots of nice places to eat and shop nearby. We had the best week ever here. 10/10.
